Randomly found this place while touring Seattle. Had no clue what to expect so was pleasantly surprised! I’m not even sure what all we ordered but it was super tasty, especially the potstickers! Place was clean and staff was friendly. I ordered a flavored Vietnamese coffee and it was super strong so beware. Place could have used a minor cleaning but otherwise was a good experience!
I absolutely love Bambu desserts. My favorite is the Chè, which consists of different jellies, fruits and A yummy drink. If you really wanna kick it up, try their combo desserts. My favorite is the mangonada, and the strawberry cheesecake. You won’t go wrong with those two (photo included). It’s an all around fun time there, and not crazy like other places. Just yummy drinks/food and a great atmosphere. I bring my family and friends here whenever they are visiting so you know it’s a big recommendation from me.
My favorite place to get Vietnamese ché. I love the variety and quality.
Bambū has SO many options, including dairy free and gluten free options, which are clearly marked on their menu. They also have ice cream mochis with vegan options! The atmosphere is nice and staff are friendly. It’s a great place to get a treat that’s different from anything else in the CID.
Really enjoyed my sandwich & my bubble tea. I accidentally ordered a bubble tea with a lot of beans in it, so just make sure to look at the long list of ingredients before you order a drink.
The place is a little hidden. It does not look like much on the outside but when you go inside its really nice and clean. It kinda looks a bit classy and its a decent size inside plenty of tables so its not too crowded. I ordered a passion fruit bubble tea and a friend got us a strawberry cheesecake. Over all both were delicious, a little pricey but great tasting. It has a variety of dessert selection. Customer service was great. The bathrooms were nice and clean. I would definitely recommend it to someone who wants some bubble tea or dessert or both lol.
I absolutely love this little hole in the wall. Every time I visit Seattle, I usually try to pick out somewhere new to eat for each meal but I have found myself going back here for their boba teas and mochi ice cream. Absolute must try!
Ordered the strawberry Cheesecake, wasnt expecting something that was more similar to shave ice, but was pleased all the same. Do note that the regular Cheesecake is more than enough for 2 people.
Coconut taro shaved ice, nuff said. So good!!!
Love the milk teas. Actually taste like tea, not weird artificial flavor. We also love the shave ice desserts. Its so good and summer treat but can be enjoyed year round. They have beverages at the Bambu inside the Ranch Market in Kent but not as much the shaved ice desserts.
Drink is sweet. 50% sugar suggested. Overall well selections of dessert and drinks
YUM. Try the Pandon Waffle. And Mochi 👍🏼👍🏼
Get their Mangonada and mochi ice creams. Absolutely mouth watering
This is where we go when we want our treats! Great drinks and very good pandan waffles!!
A large selection of drinks, smoothies, shave ice, iced teas and coffees. Prices are reasonable also.
Bambu has probably one of the more casual atmospheres around the area. The menu choices are mind-boggling and everything looks good! Our family ordered the snow ice Green Tea (family size) and it was the best dessert Ive had in a long time. I absolutely recommend this place if you are looking for a little treat. The staff is friendly and the dessert is fresh.
Always a treat. Who thought ice cream could be like cotton candy. Love the remodel.
Exciting drinks and shaved ice cream can be had here - provided Bambū hasnt run out of ingredients or that you can endure the blazing temperatures during the summer.Food: The Vietnamese drinks here are chock-full of chewy ingredients like pandan jelly and young coconut flesh. The yogurt drinks here are thick and sweetened with a hint of condensed milk, but Bambū seems to frequently be out of it (Im told they purchase the yogurt from a specialty shop in San Francisco that needs to order weeks in advance - time to start making it in-house!) You can customize the huge ice creams here with about 30 different toppings.Ambience: Industrial meets jungle in a space with wire lightshades and bamboo wall pieces. Seating here is spacious and comfortable. A small selection of board games makes this a fun place to bring a group of friends. Air conditioning was non-existent here the entire summer - combined with the large crowds, be prepared to take your drinks to go or shovel down your ice cream before it melts.Price: Reasonable for the quality. Drinks run between four and six dollars, with ice creams starting at eight. Note that Bambū charges an extra .50¢ for card transactions under ten dollars.Service: Friendly cashiers who are happy to make recommendations. Curbside pick-up is available for customers who want to grab and go without hunting down a parking spot.
Ordered black milk bubble tea, coconut milk tea, and Taro waffle. Absolutely delicious, its my first time ordering and will definitely return for more!
Discovered this gem via a referral from a friend. We’d heard it was pretty amazing but were blown away. We had one of the “snow ice” dishes. I can’t explain how they do it, but looks and has some of the consistency of shave ice, but much creamier. The flavours are ridiculous. This was strawberry cheesecake (see photo). We ordered a large size, feeds 2-3, there’s a regular and family size. Fresh, delicious and wonderful!
Deceptive business. Menu behind counter claims that toppings are free for the bubble tea. On my receipt I got charged .75 for bubbles, .50 for each additional topping. Nearly $10 for a normally $5-6 large tea. Not even about the money. Never coming back.
Salted caramel coffee was fantastic!
Great service! They have mochi cream
I love this place. They have the BEST rice paper salad!❤
Meh. Its an okay boba shop. Good variety for the price point
Wife loves this place! She wont stop coming back
I have developed a slight addiction to their smoothies :) the owner is extremely kind too! I mostly stick with their smoothies and banh mi and have never been disappointed
My favorite place to get vietnamese dessert drinks in Seattle so amazing and refreshing I love all of them
I love Strawberry cheesecake dessert 🍨 is sooo delicious and Bambū is the only place that make it great.
Drinks are always fresh and lots of options to choose from. My favorites are #2, 6, and 10 usually. A lot of people also liked the shaved ice desserts too. The place is quite spacious with plenty of seating. However, the place gets rather packed during the weekend and finding a seat might be a problem. You need to spend over $10 if you want to pay with credit card and avoid the transaction fees.
Great Vietnamese dessert drinks! You gotta hit up this place!
This is my go to for a sweet tooth fix. They have a wide arrange of bubble tea selections, and ćhe... A unique drink with yummy jellies and a variety of fruits. Number 10 is the go to if youve never tried it before (trust me when I say... It wont be the last time you try it either). With an all around great atmosphere, youre sure to make this youre go to as well. Bonus: there are games to play too! So if you want a casual date night... Want to meet new people, or hek... Forgot its game night and want to make it up to the fams? Go here. Its worth it I promise.
I did not like it, I went early and it was really dirty, although the drink was acceptable, it generated a lot of distrust
Drinks were alright but the one girl working was kind of rude
Shaved ice is soooo good
One of the best places to get shaved ice in Seattle. A bit pricey but the flavors are varied and well prepared. Definitely something for anyone who likes sweets here.
Fast service and their drinks are awesome.
I don’t have any pictures but I loved the drinks I got for my husband and myself.
Great selection of various sugary drinks at an above average price but they are quite delicious. I appreciate the option to customize sugar levels, toppings and such.
Hi, I was in here with my boyfriend few minutes ago and tried to order 2 fruit combo yogurts. Apparently, the girl said they aren’t serving yogurts ANYMORE? How disappointing. We came in there to order yogurts only 6 weeks ago. I don’t understand why you guys aren’t serving anymore yogurts. We go there for yogurts all the time so I guess we will not be returning to that Bambu anymore.
The drinks in this place are phenomenal! And they use all fresh ingredients, fruits, and even hand to make their own coconut milk and coconut juice everyday. I highly recommend it you will not be disappointed.
Yummy! Have the red velvet strawberry. The person I went with had chocolate Oreo, and I thought that one tasted better. Kind of snow like consistency. Definitely on the spendy side.
Very good and unique desserts. Although this place is quite expensive.
Sugar cane is tasteless and overpriced $7!! The entrance always has a swarm of flies greeting me whenever I visit. Why is this place so disgusting? And why do I keep coming back?? I always regret every time.
Some of the best bubble tea in town
One of the best bubble tea places Ive been to. Fruity drinks taste very fresh. They also have all the toppings out in little jars so you can see exactly what you can get without the guesswork.Their seating areas are really cool and some feel more private than others.
The store itself is a bit grimy, but their shaved ice is remarkable. I suggest getting one to go and eating it at a park. (It does not melt very quickly which is a huge plus!) Ill definitely be back for more.
We visit this place around 2:30 PM and we had a hard time finding this location because the light is off at their front door. Someone came in the door and if we hadnt seen that we surely miss the place because we thought theyre close since the inside looks dark. We ordered the Lychee Jelly and the Taro Lover. It tastes delicious but for me a little bit pricey. Service is okay and the overall experience is good.
Tried this place for the first time today and it was delicious! Their shaved ice desserts are creamy and delicious and HUGE! We shared ours in a group of 2-3, thats how big they are! They also do the typical milk teas (I got the black milk boba tea today, very delicious). The place itself is huge with tables allowing maybe groups of 4-6 with the ability to push tables together and a separate dining area with taller Tables. They require you to bus your own table, but its really easy and almost no effort. Definitely plan on coming again soon!
Very good taste
This place is pretty fantastic! Even before the quarantine, they were great in service and quality. I honestly never heard of Bambū until late 2018; and I feel more refreshed than ever.Honestly, this is a great establishment and turn from the hype of boba. Bambū throws down hard with a hefty menu that’s easy to read And boasts a variety selection. They even have boba for the die hard fans.I recommend going the the snow ice! It’s soft like snow, but way more flavourful (a dedinite necessity in these hot trying times). Secondly, take a gander at che. It’s like an exotic boba but feels far more healthy, they’re loaded with fruits and other various toppings you’ll be able to choose from. Not in the mood for drinks and I’ve cream? This place has waffles too! Ever heard of green eggs and ham? Well they’ve got green waffles! They’re chewy and have an explosive flavour that’ll fill you up.TL;DRBambū is a great Segway from boba to a whole new plethora of on the go drinks and Desserts. Give them a try! Service is fast, friendly and very inviting.
This place is good with very delicious, shareable desserts. There is a large selection of different types of desserts and drinks which is awesome. It loses a point, though, for the chaotic nature inside. Finding a place to sit is nigh impossible and with the layout of the place, waiting for tour order can be a bit awkward.
Menu is so big you’re guaranteed to find something you like. Paid close to $7 for a smoothie. A little high for a drink but it was tasty. I’m subtracting a star because every time I go in I feel a coldness from the staff for some reason..
First time trying this type of drink . Was very interesting and tasty. Definitely worth another try
Super delicious shaved ice! Best Ive ever had! Seriously it taste like creamy ice cream but its just flavored Ice! And the toppings are so unique and delicious! I got the grass jelly which is actually pretty healthy for you, and Graham cracker crumble. I also recommend getting there in their earlier hours as their best flavors seem to be out later in the day.**1.2020 Update. We have tried other shaved ice places since and in my opinion we have not found a better place so far. Close 2nd would be Melody Boba House in Federal Way if you dont want to drive into Seattle ;)
Delicious, soft shaved ice and bubble tea to satisfy your dessert cravings. I recommend the task snow ice with strawberry and condensed milk toppings but you really cant go wrong with the other flavors. A large is more than enough for 2 or 3 people.
They use fresh coconut and coconut juice. Not like other places using syrup. Fresh ingredients, fast service. Three color beans are cooked perfectly, not too sweet 👍
Came here on vacation. It is delicious! Get the snow ice. I also got a bubble tea and the tapioca pearls were delicious!!
The regular shaved ice size was good enough for the four us to share with our drinks. I was not impressed with the ice in my drink being more than half of my cups size. The washroom could been been cleaner too. I liked the selection of drinks though.
Good yummy drinks. Friendly staff and good food
Excellent service
Snow ice is really good. I mean really really good. Service is excellent. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
