Excellent service, high quality work and quick turn-around. I spoke to Jose here about getting a longer driveshaft for my car - he told me how to measure it up, I brought the old one to him, and a day later I had a shiny new one-piece from him ready to install in my car. Ive since installed it and taken it out onto the road - fitment was absolutely perfect and Ive had no issues.

This is your one stop shop for anything driveline related! I needed u joints and a balance done on my three rivers unit for my fbody. Jose was quick to answer all my questions and even quicker turn around to get my driveshaft back to me. It was done in a couple of hours. Excellent professional service. I brought my drive line in fore repair it had a bade yoke .I decided to have new ujoints. Installed wile I had it out .they fixed it in 30 minutes.. I installed it works perfectly.Great customer service.I wish moor shops would do work like this .

I ordered a driveline on Monday and received it on Tuesday, great turn around time. While the price was a little on the high side compared to purpose build drivelines, we will see how it compares. Nice work!

I have a 2006 F250. I decide to do preventive maintenance and change the U-joints. Was having some vibrations afterwards and returned back to shop to have drive-line rechecked. The owner Dave went way above and beyond to rectify the problem. He even retubed my entire drive line front and back sections and made it even better than the Original Equipment. Ive managed retail for many years and its individuals like this that keep me coming back for business! Stellar results NW Drivelines!! A special shout out to Jose(counter employee at Seattle location) who could have easily charged me another $296, but instead, took care of the customer first! No charge! Very happy customer!

Extremely fast turnaround and great service!!

After working on trying to repair the driveline on my sons VW Touareg, my buddy and spent all most 2 days on a project that should have been much simpler. After exhausting options on locating parts and redoing the driveline 3 tines, I finally talked to Cal at driveline who said was super busy and slammed, short a worker but may be able to help me with no guarantees. I was also from Alaska and only limited time so just hearing the possibility of getting it done was great news! I was able to take the driveline in and they had one in stock and Cal helped us. He also suggested that we take the new part we bought and remove it and return to get our money since it was not part of the core return. Cal exceeded my expectations for a mechanic/repair shop with his willingness to help. He also suggested that we return the core to Everett since it was closer to where my buddy lives. Cal’s customer service deserves recognition and am happy to recommend NW Drivelines to my friends and families in Washington and Alaska!

Horrible customer service. refused to help in any way. Pathetic knowledge of the parts they carry and rude crotchety old man answering the phone, refused to transfer me to anyone who would help. Honestly deserves 0 stars.

Just lost a sale due to the rude man that answered the phone. Told him that the vehicle I had was lifted and he instantly said of course it is. Then told him the length i needed and started telling me prices before i could tell him any other specs. After he was done i asked if that was for a double cardon shaft and he said no. I said well thats what I need and basicly hung up after that. Someone hates their job!

Over priced but friendly to talk with.

The guys here are awesome got me going when my u joint broke on lunch had me right back to work.
