I went for a test drive on Ducati Multistrada 1260 and enjoyed both the ride and customer service. Professional, informative and great ! Roman Lemeshkov made the experience amazing, down to earth, questions that I had all answered and I am definitely taking all of that information in consideration for the near future purchase.
This is a fantastic motorcycle dealership. Josh was professional and personable as a salesperson. They are very knowledgeable and helpful when checking out their motorcycle selection. They also allow test rides and are happy to send you out on one of their motorcycles. All around was a great experience and I definitely will be back, and recommend this business to anyone thinking of buying.
BEFORE declaring backruptcy without notice while working on my Ducati they were EXCELLENT! Great choice of inventory from bikes to gear and the staff are very nice and helpful... Much better than the Redmond store. Then the 5 store owners Noble Rush declared bankruptcy without notifying anybody and still selling bikes and repairs.
I stopped in for my first time this last Saturday to see the new renovation of the main sales hall. The place looks great! Their service area has seating, aerial view of the shop and sales floor, espresso machine, and TVs. The parking garage is free to park in. Their staff are seasoned riders themselves and just fun dudes to talk to. I got a sneak peak tour of their back shop and storage area just for striking up a conversation and being enthusiastic about bikes.
These guys are awesome. I’ve purchased two Ducati’s with them and it’s always been a pleasant experience. Staff is friendly and kind. The shop has always fixed any problem I’ve had with my bike without charging me a fortune. Tyson is awesome!! I would highly suggest you check them out.
Very cool showroom, lots of great bikes and cool gear. Sales person was very helpful. Very laid back atmosphere. Lots of nice bikes to test ride too!
Nice people. John is very knowledgeable in parts
They fit us in last minute to fix a tire on our Ducati. It was our only mode of transportation that day. They literally saved us. Theyll have us as loyal customers from now on. Thanks!
Had a rear tire blowout today. Had my bike towed here and they sold me the tire at cost and changed it - all quick and quality service. This place has great staff, cool location, and do good work. Duc Sea is a good place! Also, theyve changed ownership recently, and have changed some staff, too. Its not really the same shop as it was back then, but thats not a bad thing either.
Very poor customer service and communication with there service department. My problem is still not corrected. Its been over 3 months. I purchased the 1 year extended warranty and they will not take the time to fix my bike. I would give them 0 stars if I could.
What a bunch of nice guys. Lots of bikes. Huge selection of cloths and accessories. Will be back for sure. Great prices on accessories as well.
Fantastic shop. Got me in and out quickly. No BS and competitive pricing.
Tyson helped me get my dream bike at the price I wanted to pay. They are a knowledgeable and very courteous group of motorcycle enthusiasts. Consequently they have gotten and will continue to get my motorcycle business solely.
Service after the sale is non existent. Have been calling for weeks about my plate. It is now the 4th of July and I cant legally ride my motorcycle. Talked to the guy a week ago and the plates came to the store. He assured me he would get the plates out that day. Called a week later after my temporary plate expired and they still havent been mailed. Being that its a holiday I will be lucky to see them for days. They said I could pick them up but I dont have a day to waste running to Seattle. If you buy a bike here dont plan on having any service after they have your money. Thanks guys my 4th is ruined.
My boyfriend ordered the new 1199 in November and waited 8 MONTHS to get this amazing piece of machinery. It was worth it. The guys at Ducati Seattle gave us all the info throughout the process, gave a great deal on the warranty, and genuinely love what they are doing which makes it really fun to chat it up while th bike is being worked on! From the release party unveiling the bike to the following weeks when his was delivered, the Ducati Seattle team was on top of their game at all ends of the spectrum - Thanks, and see you soon!
Im from out of town an just went in to kill some time and look at bikes. Staff was exceptionally helpful and pleasant. Not pushy or annoying sales guys at all.
Took a bike in for a major service. They did not perform all of the service asked (replace belts), and upon further investigation charged me for services that simply were not performed (check bent tension). When presented with evidence that the bolts needed to perform the service had _never_ been touched, the GM denied any problem. Only after a meeting between myself, the GM, and my lawyer, did they agree to do the original work. Mike Castro was the mechanic who did the work, supposedly their best guyUnfortunately, these clowns now own Ducat Bellevue as well.If you have to take your bike there, go over the service recommendations item-by-item both before they start and after theyve finished. Review each item on the list to make sure its relevant to your model and year.
Great experience with a buyers inspection. They didnt have the equipment to service my bike, but they were fast, helpful, and honest.
Really swift about selling and thats about it. Bought a brand new streetfighter 848 last march and had it shipped to me. Bike came without accessories i paid for, with rust and paint falling off ( brand new) and a dent included in the gas tank . After their salesman Neal sent me on a goose hunt saying it was the packers and then the shipping company nothing happened . Still driving with a dent and rust after buying a brand new bike. Cherry on top first start was a failure since they didnt bother to even start it before shipping and battery leaked and went bad. They did send me a brand new battery for spending 15k with them. Highly recommended driving it of the lot after you test ride and fully inspect it.
Ive purchased 3 bikes from Ducati Seattle, Tyson in sales has always treated me well and the service folks do a great job!
Really friendly shop and give great suggestion for new riders
I sure would like to try an Alta.
When I needed a part they got it to me really quick and for a better price than getting online at my own.
BRETT IS THE MAN!!! Ive been to many Ducati dealerships in this state and others, and I can honestly say him and the guys at Ducati Seattle some of the best Ive seen. The old shop kept me away due to a bad customer experience I had. When I heard Brett came from the Bellevue shop to the downtown shop, I decided to check it out again. They now have one of the best sales floors Ive ever seen (newly remodeled), and about 6 times the apparel selection than any other dealer in this state. Ive owned a Hypermotard, a couple Monsters and most recently a Diavel, and I cant picture buying a Duc anywhere else, and from anyone else. Thanks again Brett for the great service.
Had everything I needed for my monster 696 in stock. Service in and out quick.
Theres just something about Italian bikes. These guys put on some great BBQs at their store with free dyno runs. They were very open about allowing test rides, even on their top 1198 superbike. Too bad they dont sell MV Agustas!
This is definitely the place to go if you are interested in a Ducati. They have knowledgable employees in every department, and are generally helpful and approachable. Their prices are pretty high across the board (service is really expensive, parts are crazy expensive, and you should NOT expect to pay less than MSRP for anything...), but when you take into account the costs of running a botique business in the middle of Seattle, its really not unreasonable. In fact, it would be a horrible shame if Seattle lost Ducati Seattle, so we should feel good supporting them. Your only alternative is to drive north to Skagit Powersports, which I would not reccomend doing...Ducati Seattle also has a great selection of Dainese jackets, and has a complete dyno-tuning room.
This shop needs to improve customer service.I asked one of the employee for assistance after waiting for 45mins,all he said to me is “I’m not a sales person”and turned his back on me..
Super knowledgeable and always helpful
Brought bike in for service and because electrical system need a part. I was getting warning lights for no reason. Originally told that was just out of warranty. Michael in Ducati service advocated and they Ducati covered it.
Always has everything I need.
Always great service
Horrible customer service, very rude.
