Every time I spoke with these folks (and believe me, I harassed them a lot) about what I learned was a unique engraving request, they were always so happy to help me with my questions with thorough answers. Ultimately I was able to bring my piece in and needed it by a certain day as I was trying to leave the country with this gift for someone abroad. On the day I was to pick it up, there actually was a delivery issue on their end which was a bummer but they volunteered to deliver it within hours to my place instead! I was amazed that they would do that, incredible people, incredible service!

Gina at Barone Crystal was amazing to work with and the engraving on my gift turned out beautifully. They were fast, responsive, competent and extremely easy to work with. Love this place!

I used to communicate with Gina many times and purchased 3 beautiful crystal pieces by her father. I was quite sick for a while and have tried reaching her at least 3 times and nothing. I was interested in a couple of crystal items but maybe something happened! Too bad, I really love the pieces I have.

Two thumbs up for the folks at Barone Crystal.I came to them with a last-minute request for engraved thermos bottles and they nailed it. Not only did they follow the very detailed instructions I provided to a T, the gentlemen (Eric?) advised me on issues I hadnt considered. All said and done, they turned it around in under a day and at a very reasonable price.These guys are great to work with and know their stuff. Now I wont think twice about where to go next time I need something engraved!

Admittedly I procrastinated on getting a leather notebook lasered for a gift that incorporated a lot of people. I came in there and both Joe and receptionist were very accomodating. First we went over they would be able to fit my timeline and graciously they slid me in even though they were slammed (I wouldnt expect this because i know they are busy). The job was done in less than 24 hours and was done with a great atttention to detail. It actually looked better than i thought it would. As well the receptionist was able to help me with some design issues b/c god knows thats not my expertise. Loved the finished product and would highly recommend them.

Received my glass piece. It was broken. Now they wont return my phone calls.
