What a wonderful business. We were visiting from Georgia and my Dads hearing aids died. We stopped into Better Hearing Center and Zach diagnosed the issue. Set my Dad up with a loaner pair and sent the broken hearing aids in for service. They came back quickly and my Dad was able to totally enjoy his vacation. Absolutely priceless! Zach is amazing! He is great at explaining all the technology and really helps you find the perfect hearing aid for your needs. He walks you through the entire experience and is patient with all the questions. A great honest and caring experience. I highly recommend.

I was able to walk in to make a later appointment with Zach. I found Zach to be very generous with his time during my initial screening. I felt like I received valuable information about my hearing loss and received a report I can take to my primary care physician and a layman’s version of the report that repeats what he plainly shared with me in the office. I found his office clean and very organized and there was plenty of parking. I would highly recommend Zach and Better Hearing Center for hearing care.

I decided to go to Better Hearing after I read all the reviews on Google. Their reputation is spot on! Zach is extremely knowledgeable, extremely professional, extremely nice, extremely hard-working, and I think that if every business ran itself like this one, the world would definitely be a better place!I love the fact that Zach let me try out two different pairs of hearing aids until I knew I was comfortable with one, which took some time. Zach accommodated my schedule, and went out of his way to help me.Hearing aids are an expensive purchase, and being able to walk away knowing that I definitely had all the time and all the options available to me before deciding what to buy was perfect.I am on the younger side to get hearing aids, but no matter your age, I highly suggest you see Zach and experience the level of customer service and quality he has to offer before making a purchase anywhere else!

I have purchased two pairs of hearing aids from Zach over the last 5 years and both times the experience has been what I would wish all buying experiences were like. Zach is knowledgeable and relaxed and listens to my desires and needs and then suggests. I was able to try out three different companys hearing aids and then make an informed purchase. My one other experience with hearing aid testing and sales, with someone affiliated with a local hospital system, was so different; impersonal and many additional costs (cleaning, check- ins, etc are included with Zach). While I agree with other reviewers that it important to keep an individual like Zach in business, that is not the main reason I recommend him, rather it is that you will be working with someone with both wisdom and caring, not an easy combination to find in a business relationship.

Zach is top notch! I went to him, because I like to support businesses operated by individuals rather than by large corporations, despite the fact that buying from a large corporation may be significantly less expensive. (I am not criticizing large corporations.) There were several sessions with Zach during which he explained the operation of the several brands of hearing aids he carries. In the first two sessions Zach spent about two hours with me explaining the features of various hearing aids. He demonstrated his extensive knowledge and answered all my questions. He inspires trust and impeccable integrity.

Zach is awesome. Very low pressure salesperson and fantastic support for you if you do decide to buy hearing aids from him. He will make sure your hearing aids are working properly whenever they are having problems. Super nice guy and always available to help.

Better Hearings Zach Kenealey is a friendly, knowledgeable and cooperative professional. He did lots of research for me and I have terrific hearing aids now. I will always take my hearing to his office in north Seattle.

The attention paid to our specific needs was superb, in introducing us to a range of possible hearing aids, then once a decision was made, supporting our use of the new devices with appropriate education and adjustments. This was an excellent experience in patient-focused health care, Zach was completely involved in making this an instructive and helpful interaction as we adjusted to this new experience. As a 15-year veteran of using hearing aids —often with frustrating results — a referral led me to Better Hearing Center. I immediately realized that Zach brings a rare combination of skill, diligence and integrity. He was willing to offer a very honest assessment of each product. He did not try to oversell, or up-sell. I never felt condescended to. He showed a genuine interest in wringing the maximum possible benefit from new technologies. Better Hearing Centers Zachs a thoroughly warm, smiling professional who has the experience and knowledge to first test hearing on-site and then find you the best hearing device to meet your needs. It was the BHC website that reflected a straight forward honesty. When I first walked in to ask about my mothers difficult time trying to find a hearing aid that worked for her, I felt instantly sure about Zach. He gave not one but several options when he later saw my mother, including one where he wouldnt make a penny. I write very few reviews, but when Im moved by my experience, I do.

Very friendly, very good service. My hearing aid case broke and I was a little worried bc I needed to get something before all the shops closed. I recently moved to the neighborhood and he told me to just come on by. He ended up giving me a case and even had several great options to choose from! I would definitely go back!

My mother from out of town is staying with us and had a hearing aid stop working. Zach checked on the warranty, called for the part, and had it working again right away! I had to go in a second time because I didnt understand how to care for/clean the hearing aid. He showed me how to do this and gave me a replacement piece that was needed.
