The outside is being remodeled but the shop is still open. You can access by going to the back. I really enjoyed my visit. It was fun and I love their organic choices.

I recently emailed the lovely folks at the Herbalist with some questions about their products. Their email back was prompt, friendly, and detailed. Once I made the purchase online, the order shipped out faster than literally anything I have ever purchased (almost within the hour). Great people, I am excited to try their products. I would absolutely shop here again to support the lovely and knowledgable staff!

Great spot for getting herbs and herbal supplements, staff is very friendly and super helpful. And the quality is very good, the kava I get is wonderful. And a good price for a local business and organic!

Very sweet lady helped me but you cannot go in and browse. Open for curbside pick up and phone orders only. Bummer. For that policy I’d leave a 1 star review but I saw inside and know they are an awesome business with quality products and friendly service.

Great supply of rare medicinal herbs. Lacking in culinary herbs, but that isnt their niche. Great ambience & helpful staff, beautiful organization and selection. Prices seem average for Seattle & the Pacific Northwest at large.

I called the Herbalist looking for herbal solutions to my pain. The catch is I take heart and blood medications that dont react well with many herbal solutions. Unfortunately I am one of those who couldnt find any solutions. However, the staff at The Herbalist spent over a week working to find me anything that would help me. What a wonderful staff to spend all that time on my case. Thank you for honest to goodness good customer service!

Very fine, very expensive shop with herbs and tinctures. Nothing here is cheap. I find the herbal tinctures to be of the best quality and therefore worth the price. Not for those in poverty, bring your debit card or payday loan. Easy to spend over $100 here. More loose teas and herbs than anywhere else I know of in the city. Very effective remedies. Nice staff.

The product range is VAST and super healing and very affordable in the bulk section, depending on what you’re looking for I was happy to see some low prices. For people who want a decent amount of bulk weight and gorgeous product, insightful people, and opportunities to learn about incredible healing potentials in many forms (inspired by the variety of their store), look no further. We are blessed to have this research & production herbal shop in Seattle. People from all over the country and even the world order from them, and I can walk in the door. The Herbalbiotic has nursed me through death defying symptoms; the staff is knowledgeable and kind.

I loved The Herbalist when I went there, living in Seattle from 1999-2006. Great store, great atmosphere. One year they had a winter fair with free product application, skin assessment, tarot, etc. Love more of these events. I sometimes still visit when I visit Seatown. It is true sometimes you have to wait a minute at the register, but I never experienced it as being so long I walked out. Its not a place to go when you are in a hurry, anyway. Take your time and browse.

Awesome products, but service is lacking. The two times I was there, they totally ignored me, and I gave up and left my products I wanted to buy at the counter. The third time I was there, I did get some attention to buy my items. While ringing my items, a customer interrupted, and said she wanted to buy an item, and the sales person added the item to my bill. I only realized the error upon reaching my car, and in a state of shock to spend almost $100 on tea. They credited my credit card, but was unable to give me a receipt to show the credit back to my card. Great products, but services sucks.

Been coming here for flu and allergy releif for many years. The staff seem to have more knowledge about the body than any doctor I have ever met. Im very impressed with this place and super thankful for alternatives to the toxic Biopharmaceuticals doctors are forced to push on there clients. I havnt needed precriptions in years since finding The Herbalist. Back Pain, Flu, Infections, muscle spams, Allergies, cuts & scrapes, sleeping issues, stress & head aches, Sciatica, all cures in the last 5-6 years of going to The Herbalist. Im ao happy Im not wasting money on rediculous western medicine from clinical doctors. I never got any of my issues healed until I started doing it naturally at The Herbalist. Thank you so much!!!!!
