We came in from outta town. We have been here a few times. Its always hit or miss with the staff. But today! It was great, the gentleman at the door was very polite and friendly compared to before. We needed guidance to say the least, Malcolm helped us. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. Looking forward to next time.

Security guy working 9/4/2021 was a completely unprofessional individual, who tried to shut me in the door, and got mad I didnt ask his permission to come inside. If youre going to work security detail, dont be slouched against the door of the Safeway next door having a conversation with someone when youre supposed to monitor who is walking on and off of your employers property. Also would have been better if the security didnt block people from exiting the store either. Everyone inside the store however was very helpful, especially Malcolm. Definitely would consider returning, as long as the security on shift isnt working to drive customers away

Ive been an occasional customer here when Im in the neighborhood, and even joined the rewards program, but this place consistently and by far has the worst bouncers around.Id rather spend my money elsewhere and avoid the hassle and poor treatment at The Joint.

LOVE this place. The pricing is outstanding. The selection is incredible. The security is chill, but present. The bud tenders rock. The joints got me baked. Good wheelchair access.I want to give these guys 5 stars, but I did encounter an issue.A LOT of their products were not correctly scanned in their system. By law, they couldn’t sell them to me, since cannabis is a controlled substance. Granted, these guys carry 350-400 unique products, a lot more than most dispensaries. Still, not the perfect retail experience. Of the 6 joints I tried to buy, only 2 strains were available for purchase. I got high AF on the Js I got. However, it’s annoying to be looking at the j you want, but not be able to buy it because of a in-store mistake.I would love to come back and give these guys a 5 star, assuming this issue is corrected.

My fav weed shop, they have some great pre-rolls and you can even put in your order online to pick up! Megan helped us out most recently and she was so sweet and very easy to talk to! She made sure we had all the information we needed to make our decision before purchasing. All the employees have awesome attitudes/vibes every time I go in.The only downside about this place is that parking is nearly impossible sometimes (its a cramped little lot on the corner of a main road shared with two other shops). Although should be fine if you’re not trying to hit them up on a Friday or Saturday evening like I always am!

I love and appreciate the assistance that the staff provides. I’m always greeted respectfully and with kindness. It makes me less anxious when talking to the staff about my requests. We often have great conversations, too 😊 extra points from me!I like trying new things, but I get indecisive at times. Their knowledge/recommendations are always so helpful and dope. I also like to budget. Getting the best deals is what I want and they never fail to deliver or make me feel bad about my penny pinching. I still get fire products😌Covid precautions are still in place allowing only a few customers in at a time and require masks. This exemplifies consideration for others, another thing I really appreciate. They get lines sometimes but it moves pretty quickly. This indicating that it’s a pretty popular spot.Worth giving a chance!

2 great budtenders are Shelby and Matthew but they are all great. The discount program is really good. Their website isn’t always up to date with inventory but otherwise great stuff.

I am currently a local here in the University District. This is by far the best option in Seattle to purchase your weed products. They have a great rewards program, and coming from Alaska, they also have the highest quality weed. I enjoy the selection of edibles, and drinks, as well. I tell the staff the mood I am in, and they select my preference. Excellent job.Im a fisherman, and we like our weed, and I will be going back!My highest recommendation.

This place is great. Every time Ive been here the staff have been chill and helped me pick out something fun to smoke. Former budtender here, these folks are great. Security guy is great! Saw Matthew last visit, helped me pick out a fun infused joint, but all the staff are great. Emily, Aric, Jacob, Shelby, Kurt, all great. Theres usually movies playing while they work, which is good because this job is hard - its sales mixed with stocking at all times - so they keep the atmosphere chill.

Jess is the best. She always recommends the right products for me, and her service is consistently candid, professional, and friendly. She really cares about the client experience, always asking how I enjoyed new products. It’s because of this stellar service that The Joint is more than the closest weed store to me; it has the warmth and comfort that every neighborhood shop strives for.

I first want to say shoutout to KURT AND THE OTHER YOUNG GUY WHOS BDAY IS IN AUGUST ! I recently moved to Wallingford about six months ago, this is the only one that’s a 10 minute walk from my house. In this dispensary you will find not a lot of (good)products on the floor, very high priced products, and they do not price match. someone who is knowledgeable on marijuana and the pricing, this is one of the worst places.normally I get either Kurt or the nice young dude. yesterday I got the middle aged bald white guy had a completely horrible experience. First I told him what product I was looking for I tried to pull out my phone to show him but he immediately started shouting you cannot use your phones here, even though I’ve done this exact same thing to other budtenders…i said whatever, he pulled out 1 g and said here it is, is that it for you. I said oh no this is too little I’m looking for 3.5 g And it is nowhere near 3.5. He then replied in a very condescending manner that information we need to know from the very beginning which I informed him that’s what I was trying to do when I pulled out my phone. Someone Who just got off work may not know the specific amount be kinder..you guys have lost a customer I cannot justify these high Price products that don’t even match quality or you can find the exact same item $20 less elsewhere. Please go somewhere else college students they are taking advantage of you🤣 Please go to uncle ikes they price match, better selection and better budtenders! And to you bald 40 year old.. improve your customer service if you don’t like your job quit and find one better suited for you.. maybe with LESS customer interaction…

Been coming here for about 9 months, loyally. Wax Wednesday is everything! The budteneder Matthew is ALWAYS a doll! Always professional, always points me in the right direction.. Honestly, everyone at this place is awesome. Plus they have a literal security guard onsite, so if the theres a long line outside you still feel super safe alone as a female. Defs recommend it over any place in Seattle. Extra generous with their point system too. I almost always have a 10 or 15% discount to use towards my total purchase.

Fast, friendly staff, and savvy. Of course only thing that would speed up the line the usually have, is customers indecisiveness. If I had to rate them, there would be a comma in the number, great on performance recommendations, bad on any bill you have to pay.

I love going to The Joint when I need to pick up some dabs on my way home! The last time I was there, my budtender Matthew was particularly helpful!!! He had knowledge about strains, consistencies, and any other question I had! All questions were answered && were beyond helpful. As someone who uses marijuana- both as a medicinal tool for my gastroparesis && also to calm down because of my clinical anxiety I could not recommend The Joint more!!! && the help I got from Matthew was SOOOO useful!!! Not to mention The Joint’s’ Wax Wednesdays’ && other deals are great for those of us who use only 1 kind of MJ!!! If you’re looking for a dispensary, this is a great local shop to stop at.

Worst dispensary experience I’ve had in a long time got some old dirty dry weed instead of what I asked for and the man acted like he was giving me a deal but it was the cheapest lowest quality weed they carry when I looked at the menu and even worse I open my quarter ounce and it’s literally a little over 5grams I weighed it on 2 different scales 3 different times lol
