Customer service in parent branch was excellent. Customer service in branch where equipment picked up was excellent. Shop mechanic very helpful and polite.

Everything went good. Only complaints is that they picked up bobcat a week after drop off as I only needed it for 1 day. Homeowners werent happy about that.

After several weeks on reserve, I was told that the truck I needed was not available. Sorry. This is for a shop move and could have cost our business a lot of money and goodwill with our clients. Zero so far - very unimpressed. I called back later and the poor guy who had to make the call to begin with found a truck in Tacoma that was almost right (no walls). He had it brought up to Seattle for an on time pick-up.

Delivery of equipment that was unsafe to operate. Called for pick up the same day it was delivered. Machine is still sitting at the job location.

The rental was supposed to be in Woodinville, and ended up being in Seattle. When arriving there, the store was in the middle of renting the equipment to another contractor, even though it was on reservation. Not a great experience with either the reservation being where it was supposed to be, nor with store sales/management decision making processes.

United most always has the equipment that I need, and the ease of rental.
