Autochlor Seattle does a fantastic job for both of my restaurants. Darnell was great from beginning to end in the setup process and continues to make this a great relationship. Sandra, my service tech, continues to knock it out of the park every month that they come in and I would highly recommend their services in this ever adapting business world we live in currently. While other options may save you a bit of money, I assure you, the level or service and care they provide in order to keep my stores up and running is highly valuable. Instead of saving a few bucks, then having my dishwasher break down in the middle of service and wait until monday for someone to come out, I’m looking at regular service to keep me up and running through all the misgivings the restaurant industry has to offer. I’m a firm believer in not stepping over a dollar to make a quarter. Go with Autochlor.

I work at a local cafe called Katys Corner Cafe here in Seattle. We use Auto-Chlor and they are amazing. Our technician guy Anthony is incredible. He is always in the best mood, makes me smile and actually taught me about the products. Not a typical customer service experience I expected from a company like this. He really went above and beyond. He even showed me how to use the products on our different surfaces we have and it made me more efficient at my job. I highly recommend this company!

My fiance came to work there and zach was very disrespectful and unprofessional. He should not be in a supervisor position. My fiance enjoyed it there and liked his job he got along with everyone. Zach was demeaning and not helpful. He did give my fiance a compliment while saying he did more than anyone but himself. He acts like the employees are an inconvenience and he shouldnt; considering he came from a temp service. He should be more than willing to help out. Bummer for the company

Jacob H is always so great, he has the best customer service out of any tech that comes in at The Meyer and always goes above and beyond to check in with the bartender on staff. Could not ask for a better relationship with a technician

I co-own Red Star Taco Bar in Fremont and Auto-Chlor has been our dishwashing service provider for 90% of the time. We did try working with a few other services and none of them rival Auto-Chlor. If you need help in a pinch, these guys are the way to go. Fair pricing and excellent customer service.

I have had service from Auto Chlor from the past 17yrs. I dont even recall having any issues with the company or nor the equipment. Service was excellent and if I ever make a come back to restaurant industry again I will definitely use Auto Chlor services again.

Watch out- I have been a customer for going on 8 years- just got an email saying they were gonna interrupt my service for non payment... ok, I’ll lwave a check, I go and look and the driver has been stashing and selling me hand soap packets at 23 a piece and I have 6 extras... so I’m my 700 balance, 130 of it was for product I didn’t want and wouldn’t use for a year. Totally unscrupulous business practices and I am cancelling my account ASAP. Make it easy to pay, have you heard of the internet? I’m a small business owner who does everything and if Rafa leaves a tiny receipt I miss, give me a call. I saw the driver this week and she said nothing...
