I’ve been a fan of prism for many years and their kites never disappoint. Great build quality, design and performance! And their kites only get better throughout the years. Also the customer service is brilliant! I had an issue with my lines and they sent me out some replacements all the way to the U.K. free of charge. Would highly recommend this great company and I hope them all the best for the future :)

Small logo on the entry door, a bit secluded to find. Friendly staff with good advice on what to kites to buy. Edit after use: Kite was very nicely engineered, and flew excellent in light breeze conditions.

14 years or so years ago my Aunt bought me a Prism Fanatic kite. Over this past decade and a half Ive used it only a dozen or so times, but enough to have had a lot of fun with it and to lose a part necessary to its assembly. Today I finally made it out to Prisms manufacturing facility in Seattle and was helped out by a founder of the company, Mark. He took my kite out of the bag, made some helpful adjustments, taught me a bit about it and installed the lost part. He didnt charge me a thing, but even if he had I would be writing this review. His pride in the product and his sincere interest in my enjoyment of it actually cheered me up and as a fourth-or-generation satellite made me feel proud to own a kite from this great local company. Thanks!

Had what I wanted at a good price...staff was helpful..location looks like a warehouse type place (opposed to a storefront type) but inside had the goods...just kites..J Man
