The machinists at Wilson Machine Works were quick, kind, and reasonably priced! I had a defective table that they were able to fix while maintaining the style of the furniture by adding a brass piece that matched the original design. They communicated with me throughout the process and I was able to keep a marble table that would have otherwise been trashed!

Quick turnaround, good pricing and quality craftsmanshipI will be a return customer. I imagine that a lot of the negative reviews may be from people wandering into the shop and startling a machinist.This place can feel a little rough, but theyve been operating in Seattle since the turn of the century. I would hope they still have some gruffness. Their generational knowledge of metalwork is unmatched and if youre still worried, ask for Max, the younger Wilson. He was friendly and easy to work with.

The staff members at this establishment are very unfriendly. Multiple people came out of their business to threaten our family while waiting at the light on Prospect because we had turned around in their parking lot. One even banged on our window.While I cannot comment on the quality of their services I can say that the interaction left us unsettled for the remainder of the day (so much so that I’m noting our experience here). Can’t imagine their customer service to be worthwhile.

Love the smell of this place, just the right mixture of grease and cutting oil in the air. Anyway, wandered back into the shop to ask a question about a job. The guy dropped what he was doing to chat with me, gave me some ideas and I ended up being able to doing the work my self. Super nice though. Would definitely come back.

Took some car rims to have their centers bored out. Quote was great, timeline was great, and work was great. Would definitely use them again.

After trying a couple services, we gave these guys a call. They were the first ones to actually know what they were doing. After just 30 minutes they were packing up and giving me a detailed explanation of the problem and how they fixed it. Really thorough. Would recommend.

Worst customer service Ive ever experienced. The shop manager proceeded to tell me that I was On his time. If I could I would give this place a 0 star review.

Apparently no one complains about work from this shop. Trief to have brackets made for seats that I wanted installed in a car and my seats wound up being destroyed by mold while in the possession of Wilson Auto Works and at that point they did not want to do the work anymore stating that they would not make a profit. Definitely would not be back...
