We were told we would get a refund for a mess up of mail delivery. They did not refund us. Also are package was packed up bad. You could see into to top of the box through the clear tape. We asked for help to try and get are package delivered faster and they gave us no options.

5 months in and so far so good. The staff if friendly and helpful. The mail address for this place is a bit tricky for auto-generated addresses (online validation) so my mailbox # is usually omitted, but the crew sorts it all for us and we get everything. I appreciate the extra effort. After hours access to mailbox is also very nice.

First, ignore all the old reviews this place is under new ownership now and has new employees. The place has gotten much better under new ownership. The prices for boxes and storage are reasonable. But, the reason Im giving 5 starts because the new employees are super friendly, nice and just cool down to earth. They are always willing to help with everything. I met Val and Justin and theyre handsome and upstanding young men! Highly recommend!

This place was recently purchased by someone new and the departure of the former (helpful and friendly) employees is a big disappointment. While the new owner is nice, his current employee never smiles, speaks only when absolutely required, does the bare minimum, and seems genuinely annoyed when asked to do even the basics of her job. (This isnt just a bad day -- its every single time.) Once I overheard her on the phone saying things like, Lady, what do you expect? Why are you talking? I told you I need you to hang on! Are you not listening? She also treats the owner with complete disrespect -- even in front of customers. Someone this surly should NOT be working with the public. Frankly, if it wasnt such a hassle to change addresses, Id find a new place to send/receive mail. In the meantime, I keep hoping shell find a different job and taking outgoing mail and packages elsewhere.

The employees here are great! Friendly and professional, quick to assist.

Hours are completely inconvenient for anyone with a job, only open 3 hours on Saturday, closed Sundays. (The hours listed here are not accurate anymore. Closed at 5:30 weekdays, 1:00 Saturdays now.) And the last time I picked up a package the guy was asleep in the back room.Two stars because at least its clean and the employees arent total asses.

This place is apparently under new ownership. Three times I have tried to mail items where I wanted a comparison of prices between Fed-ex, UPS, and USPS. The person behind the counter was unable to do that and other fairly simple things that I am accustomed to doing in a mail store. Very disappointing as the previous owner was amazing!

Air conditioning! I just needed to drop off for UPS. Employee was helpful and courteous.

NEVER, NEVER, NEVER get a mailbox here! It is soooo hard to change your address, so once you have this one, youll think twice to change it. But this place is the absolute worst!!! They have the RUDEST employees who can barely say hello when you walk in. Their opening hours are horrible for a mailbox place thats supposed to accept FedEx and UPS and theyre not even open when the carriers are trying to deliver. But the WORST of all is that they willy nilly close shop without warning, just scribble a note and post it on the door that theyre closed for whatever reason. So, you drive there to get your mail, some might be really time sensitive and they are not open, even though their opening hours suggest it. What a waste of time and energy! And now for a personal example. December 23 I call to ask their opening hours for December 24 because I know I have Xmas presents there but no way of getting there on Dec 23. They say on the phone theyll be open from 10am - noon (which is already RIDICULOUS). So, I get there at 11:45am and its closed and I have no way to getting to my childrens Xmas presents inside. SOOOO FURIOUS!!!!! So, I guess, Ill have to change my address but what a PAIN IN THE ASS that is!!! I am soooo mad!!!!

I see why they are rated 2 stars employee tried to charge me for a fax that wouldnt even go through!! They suck!!
