I have made two orders with these guys and they are FANTASTIC!!! Both times they helped me diagnose my problem from 2000 miles away!! Much appreciated. Great customer service... friendly and knowledgeable people!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Only complaint is that they dont carry generator parts....I could sure use their help figuring out whats wrong with my gen set😂🤣

I ordered a Dometic pump and the shipping was USPS priority which I selected since the boat is backwashing water in my fishbox and my deck was filling out with water. Then I get an email claiming theyre shipping the product UPS ground which takes forever and I could not wait. When I called the rude lady on the phone laughed at me because she did not like the fact that I told her your website specified USPS priority and she was insisting that it would be the cheapest available which in that case was her way. I told please do not laugh at me she said OH I was putting my mask on. I told the lady please cancel my order I cannot wait for UPS, she said you bet I am going to cancel your order with your attitude.Thanks Lady hope you dont own the place which I am pretty sure you dont since an owner will not act like you did. ####rudeveryrude

I rarely write reviews, unless I experience something that really deserves a mention.Recently I had an issue with my Vaca flush system on my 38 SeaRay Sundancer. Levi spent over an hour on the phone walking me through different scenarios, ultimately recommending which parts would best suit my needs. That could be the problem as well. Turns out that WAS the problem and I will be buying my supplies frome Marine Sanitation and Supply. I know that my duck bill valves are more than 4 years old so they are due for regular maintence replacement. Thank you! A+

This place is awesome. I took my broken black water tank down there expecting to hear that they couldnt help me or fix the tank. But the guy got right on it. Took it in the back room, literally, 5 minutes later, the tank was fixed! This place is the REAL DEAL!

Its never a good day when working on ones marine head, but these folks made it all OK. They had the parts I needed, schematics to help me put it back together and were happy to check out my work before re-installing. Glad to have this resource in town for such occasions!
