As an interior designer, I purchase a lot of sleeper sofa for clients. I used to purchase these from another sleeper sofa store in Seattle. But when they failed to respond to me, I had to search for another supplier and came across Bedrooms & More and I am SO glad that I did! Not only is the showroom gorgeous but everyone who works there is just awesome! They offer superior customer service and are super knowledgeable about their products. If you are looking for a fabulous furniture shopping experience, I highly recommend Bedrooms & More. You wont be disappointed!

This is a wonderful local store. The service is great and mattresses are excellent. There are many different options as well as price points. For our second home (in another city) we were going to buy from a local chain. I left uninspired and called my usual place Bedrooms and more. The were very helpful so I went in to buy two new mattresses and ended up with 4 and a bunk bed on clearance. Best of all I got four better quality mattresses and a bunk bed for less than it would have cost to buy 2 at the national chain. They were willing to work with me on delivery as well. Can’t say enough good things!!!

Staff at the showroom and the distribution center all went above and beyond in the realm of customer service. I had a tricky bed frame situation (needed to clear a pipe sticking out of the wall, very tight squeeze for a queen mattress), and Sean was willing talk it through with me and make a recommendation. Incredibly, someone at the distribution customized rails for me to get everything to work. I am super appreciative of everyone I encountered. Highest recommendation!

I had been searching for a mattress that I liked for 3 months. My partner and I were on our last legs searching for a mattress that would make me happy. Every store we came across they told us that the only mattresses in production were hybrids or foam. In a last ditch effort we decided to travel out to bedrooms & more. We came in and we were welcomed in immediately even though we were there an hour before close. Our salesperson was Anthony. I reluctantly asked if there were such a thing as basic traditional cotton mattresses anymore, and BEHOLD Anthony showed us a mattress that I liked on first try that was not only cotton, but it came in ORGANIC cotton. I was so thrilled.My partner and I didnt want to make the mistake we made last year when buying a mattress and just buying the first one we liked, so we asked Anthony if he could show us more and he did. So many wonderful mattresses, some hand made, some with wool, horse hair... You name it. It was nice to have such an authentic and knowledgeable salesperson, who actually cared to show us everything and didnt even assume our budget. My partner and I have deep pockets but we dont dress or look like people who do so that was refreshing.We decided to come back tomorrow to discuss our options with what we liked, with when we would be able to get our king mattress, if we wanted a custom one... All of that.The next day we came back and Anthony greeted us and remembered us! We ended up buying a mattress thats a king, and made of organic cotton and wool which made me feel fantastic. Ontop of that we got a very nice organic cotton mattress cover and Egyptian cotton sheets.I dont think Ill ever try my efforts anywhere else other than bedrooms & more thanks to Anthony.

I cannot recommend this store highly enough. Excellent A+ service, with knowledgeable sales people. They sell very quality brands, there is a mix of price points but generally the cheapest mattress is ~900 and is excellent. They also carry stressless chairs and a variety of furniture, and can have some good deals on them. Pam was great. My family has been coming here for years, and they have kept their very high standards throughout.

I had two not great experiences at this store, so Im slightly confused by the number of positive reviews.I came in to purchase a mid-range mattress, the salespeople were not super helpful they just kept asking if I could afford their cheapest mattress (instead of just asking for my budget?). I picked out a mattress and after 60 days it was giving me terrible back pain, so I went back to try and exchange it. A different salesperson helped me but they only showed me one mattress I didnt like and then they disappeared for 20 minutes. So I left and setup a return, I was told I would get a gift card in a mail that never came. After reaching out they said it should be a credit on my account, which is fine I guess. Ill never shop for a mattress here again, and they were so unhelpful when I tried to do an exchange, so that money might as well be gone.They seemed to be much more helpful with some of the customers both times I was in the store, so maybe its a luck of the draw on who you get as a salesperson.

Five years ago I purchased a mattress here and loved the experience and mattress so much that when my mom needed a new mattress this year I insisted that she come here.The staff is exceptional. They want to find the best fit for you, not the best profit for them. The products are very high quality, and comparable (if not cheaper!) than other mattress stores. I was doubly impressed when they said they with I deliver to my mom in eastern Washington.

Do you know what you rarely hear? That someone had fun purchasing a new mattress. However, I had fun buying a new mattress at Bedrooms & More. Sean may be the coolest mattress salesperson ever. He guided us through our options, gave us space as we deliberated, didn’t pressure us AT ALL, and had us laughing when we left. We purchased our bed frame from Bedrooms & More a couple of years ago and that made us want to come back. I’m now convinced that I will never shop anywhere else for items related to my bedroom. I’m confident that they stand behind what they sell you and genuinely want you to feel comfortable with your purchase. I hope you have as much fun mattress shopping as I did!

I had ordered and paid for 4 queen pillows and when I went to pick them up it turned out they only have 4 standard pillows. We now have to wait a month or a month and a half to get our pillows.Second time I called in, a couple days later, I called in to find out the price of a blue blanket I was interested in buying, but the person who answered said he couldn’t see it on his camera so I should call back or pop back in. He did not transfer me to the main desk where my question could have easily been found.I will say that the new store is absolutely beautiful. So beautiful.

Beautiful new warehouse of latex and other high-quality mattresses this company has become known for. (Go to the neighboring original location for chairs and more.) At this location, we loved the gorgeous floors, high ceilings, and clean feel -- on multiple floors. The tiny parking area includes a handicap-parking space, and the facility includes tidy restrooms, stairs, and a spacious elevator. Staff here are attentive and knowledgeable, well keep coming back!

Man if I had known what really makes for good sleep I’d of invested in a mattress along time ago. Yes. Sleep is an investment and the Garfields have done everything right to insure you get what you pay for. From Knowledgeable sales staff to their awesome delivery team, you’ll feel like family. They have frames, bedding, pillows, adjustable bases, bedroom furnishings, and even a great selection of recliners in their west store, (1 block separates the two stores, and the recliner store has covered parking for both stores.) I walked in, owner seemed cordial enough. But once upstairs, as I tried to open a sofa, he lost his patience with me because I didnt follow the instructions. He rushed over, did it himself and said, The instructions are literally right there. Then walked away without a word. Im going to guess that if Id been a white person, well dressed, that would not have happened.Update (2/07/20)This story has a happy ending. Through a referral from a good friend who had a great experience at this store, I decided to go back to the store and meet with sales associate Luis. While working with Luis (who was wonderful to work with) Jeff the owner made a point to stop by and apologize in person. He and all of his staff were incredibly gracious and I walked away having purchased a gorgeous sleeper that was exactly what I wanted. Thank you Jeff and Luis!

I had a such wonderful experience here. I had no idea what I was looking for or what to watch out for. Thankfully Pam was so helpful and sincere. They have options for all levels of comfort. She let me take my time and listened to what issues I was having with my previous mattress. I didnt feel like I was being sold by some sleazy sales person trying to make a sale. She offered genuine conversation and information. This was the first place I looked for a mattress and I am glad it was. Since it was my first outing, I wanted to check other places in the area and see what else is out there. So I went to a neighboring store. When I told the sales person there that I had been looking somewhere else that I really liked, he made a snide remark about it being Bedrooms and More. I defiantly got the feeling that he is intimidated by your company and that helped solidify my decision to buy a mattress from you. You have high quality products and the service is outstanding (especially Pam). When I went back to purchase my mattress, they even went out of their way to get it to me sooner. I really feel that the dollars I spent here are the best dollars I have ever spent. This was my experience and I hope it helps you choose the right place and product.

Shopping at their bedroom store for a mattress was a pleasure. Knowledgeable and no pressure staff (Tabor) made it a fun learning experience. They also have great options, we ended up getting an organic latex mattress with options we didnt even know existed before we stopped in. We enjoyed our experience enough to go next door and look through living room seating furniture. We explained we were looking for a future purchase, and the salesperson (Matt) walked us around, explaining all the different options then showed us how nice it would be to nap in a Stressless chair. Well definitely be going back when its time to set up our living room.

I bought a bed from them four years ago. Some time ago the drawers in the bad stopped working properly, but I kept putting off calling for repairs because I was afraid of the cost/hassle of it all. I finally emailed them and they were at my house, within hours to repair the bed for free! Not only that, but they were unhappy with the repair they did and want to come back to reinforce the repair. All for free on a bed that I bought four years ago. Doesnt get better than that.

The products are organic or natural so you can sleep soundly knowing there are no harmful chemicals in their products.

We felt no pressure to buy; my wife and I took our time and tried out dozens of options over two visits, ultimately narrowing in on an option that somehow managed to satisfy our two very different mattress preferences. The Woodlawn Plush latex is the best mattress we have ever bought. Love the latex compared to inner spring and memory foam weve had in the past. Our sleep has definitely improved in the two months since our purchase.Also, delivery was clean, fast, and efficient.

Local beds, great service. The beds they sell are meant to last, are flippable, and the one that we got was actually made in Washington so it makes me feel like Im supporting the local economy. Linda who helped us out was incredibly friendly and wanted to make sure that we found the mattress that we were happy with. Finding the right mattress didnt take too long and we have it in our house and we think its great.

The service here is superb and they try to do everything like a local mom and pop shop. I was surprised with how reasonably priced a lot of their furniture is. They also have many fancy options. For a small show room, theres a lot there.

Very helpful staff. Showroom is a bit cramped but they have really good stuff and are the only place in Seattle that sells American Leather sleeper sofas, which are the best you can buy. There is a small parking garage for customers behind the store.

We bought our bed and mattress June of 2017, and waited with the review until the mattress had had some time to present any potential issues with aging and wearing. There are none! It is absolutely fabulous, we sleep like logs, it has the perfect firmness, you dont sweat at night, no depressions no nothing.The bed frame is elegant and beautiful. The installation was timely, they showed up when they said they would, could not have gone any smoother.Overall, we could not be any happier and would go back there any time should we need an additional bed. I would really not consider going anywhere else, (we had been to a lot of places last year) and can recommend them without any reservations.We have no connections of any kind to the store and its ownership or employees, and were not asked to write a review.

My experience with Bedrooms & More is among the most amazing customer service experiences in my life. My wife and I purchased a bed from them a couple of years ago and, despite it being a two-sided, flippable mattress (which we did flip regularly, it recently began to sag - I began to awake with bad back pain.We had the similar trouble with a Heavenly Bed (purchased from Westin) and, despite what should have been a great warranty, got no support from Westin and just had to buy a new mattress. Given my previous experience, I assumed Id get no support from Bedrooms & More and would have to buy another new mattress. Nonetheless, I thought Id let them know.I have been amazed by the way Bedrooms & More has taken care of me. I live a couple of blocks from their showroom and, within minutes of my call to let them know of my mattress troubles, Drew Garfield and his father (company owners) were at my house to take a look. They didnt argue about whether there was or wasnt a sag in the mattress - they were just concerned that we werent comfortable. They assured my wife and I that they would do whatever it took to make us happy and comfortable - and they were true to their word.They were back within minutes with a latex pad to firm up the sagging area and immediately offered to replace the mattress at no cost. Concerned that replacing with a similar mattress might result in the same problem in a couple of years, my wife and I chose instead to purchase a more expensive organic latex mattress. Bedrooms & More applied the full, original purchase price of our original mattress to purchase of the latex mattress, and provided a hefty discount in addition.It took a few weeks for us to get used to the latex mattress. Throughout the process, Drew checked in several times to see how we were doing - even changing out the latex core from a firm to a medium core - again at no charge. We now love our mattress and are immensely grateful for the care shown by Drew and the other folks at Bedrooms & More.I will never shop anywhere else for a mattress.

I am so happy that I found friendly, knowledgeable staff that went out of their way to answer my questions with no pressure! I just bought my first latex pillow today, and I will definitely buy my mattress from them instead of a department store!

Comfy attractive furniture at good prices with helpful and knowledgeable agents

One of the few places where it is possible to buy a double sided bed made with no polyurethane at all. It is made from latex (Dunlop process, no synthetic latex). Note that the baking process destroys the protein which causes allergic responses, so they are safe for people with latex allergies. Polythene wears out in 1 to 4 years and then it fails to give proper support. Natural latex beds have a much greater life. Dont get disappointed with expensive modern beds that wear out quickly. The big name brands merely put some latex into their latex beds, the bed are all latex.

We just bought a bed here last week after a couple months of shopping around. We went to all of the local manufacturers, but Bedrooms and More stood out among all of them. Huge shout out to our mattress expert Burdic who spent hours with us on multiple occasions testing pretty much every bed in the store.We settled on a Woodlawn bed and have had it for less than a week, but it has been life changing. Seriously the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on. I normally have a really hard time falling asleep and wake up all the time throughout the night. Since we have had this bed, it takes minutes to fall asleep and I havent woken up once before my alarm! Love love love this bed.If you are looking for a bed, this is the place to go.

My past experience with a latex mattress many years ago was very positive and we are happy with our choice of extra long individual twin mattresses with the massage feature for our king size bed frame. We are happy with our purchase and have to agree with the other reviews there is no pressure from sales people. Our customer service was not a positive experience however. Our mattress did not arrive when promised, and were told the order was evidently lost. We waited another week - no phone call so I called to inquire and was told they did not know when it would arrive, then another two weeks and finally got a call that it arrived and they delivered it on Sunday. The delivery men were pleasant and did a good job. With the very long delay we expected a phone call from someone in management to explain the delay and check to make sure we were happy with our purchase. I am in a sales management position and always go beyond what a customer expects from us and must say we were dissappointed with Bedrooms and More treatment of customers.

We came here for our new mattress via a friends recommendation and we were so glad that we did. We had shopped around at Tempurpedics and Icomforts but the customer service and the products were top notch here. The person who sold us the mattress was honest and knowledgeable. He did not try to upsell us, he explained each and every product and how their business operates, and how they have been doing business for decades.We ended up getting a 100% latex mattress at a very reasonable price. We also got a wool mattress pad that has been a really good purchase. They set up the free delivery for us and had it delivered the very next day and picked up our old mattress. Great buy!
