**Reviewing Service Center**I take my car here for service and I couldnt be happier. They always tell me exactly whats wrong, what they can do and what I can do if Id prefer to do it myself. Prices are good too.

After struggling to find a Mitsu service center in the area that would even answer the phone (I called 5 different ones!) Caleb called me back about 5 mins after I left a voicemail. He went out of his way to get the part we thought we would need for my husbands car. He was great through the whole process of fixing the gas gauge issue. He was upfront about costs and estimates. He was honest about what needed attention now and what could wait. In the end they were able to repair the problem without a replacement piece.I highly recommend speaking with Caleb in the service center if you need something. He was fantastic. No one likes having car problems but nice people like him make the experience enjoyable.

Ran credit through at least 15 companies without asking.

Yeah, I would never go back there again if you paid me. They lied to me from GetGo. They lied to me over the phone. Got me to my way up there. From another city all we got to their city and I thought I was really a waste of my day. Thank you. Miss Diana

Attempted to look at a car here. There was what looked to be heroin residue on crumbled paper with a spoon in the passenger door holder. Reported to manager and he was nice and apologized, but did not seem surprised! No thank you Pierre Mitsubishi!

Ayo was friendly and worked with us to get us fair financing and decent monthly payments on a 2014 car without high miles. He worked with us to get appropriate pricing and was beyond patient. Overall a good experience buying.Edit: the car ended up needing a lot of repairs within the first two months. Some were covered by warranty, most were not.

Had to get a new smart key for my car. Decided to do it through Pierre Mitsubishi. They charged me almost $400.00 after quoting me $250.00 over the phone. Later I looked up how much a smart key would cost online and was shocked to find that they were going for $150.00. I was overcharged up the wall! When I mentioned the price was different then the agreed upon amount over the phone the employee was nice enough to take $10.00 off for the confusion. What a joke.

The experience buying the car was good. But unfortunately within days of buying the vehicle, the salesman that sold me the vehicle (josh) treated me like i was just a number for his quota. He was not interested in helping me with the problem i was having with the vehicle. He kept interrupting me telling me i was not a priority since i had already purchased a vehicle from him. He then very rudely told me to complain to his manager about the issue i was having with the vehicle.

Great customer care. Talk to them even with crazy bad credit.

Don’t go here. I made an appointment and they switched the person on me, the sales man was trying to shove cars with a lot of miles on me and when I told him I didn’t want to continue with the sale he said I can’t be shopping like that and that I’d never find a car if I continued to do that. THE WORST PART IS they still RAN MY CREDIT without me being there. To this day being about 3 weeks later, I am still getting letters from banks and loan approves about my credit for the cars they showed me. This is insane and not professional whatsoever. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

Worse car dealership I have ever been to, first they send me text saying Im approved then when I get there she tells me all the old paperwork got thrown away n I need to resubmit more...red flag error error... dont go get what you cant afford wait to have cash...

Like to embarrass people and play games. Acting like they are working on trying to finance u a car but come back to embarrass you and waste ur time and to find out they dont even try for ur behalf like they say they do. I call this false advertisment and scamming.

Not even worth a star. Some of the people that work here are rude and the epitome of horrible customer service. I would have rather gone to a second hand dealership than ever go back to this place. It took us at least an hour and a half to go look at an actual vehicle. The person i worked with was just a shark trying to throw any and every type of vehicle that i was NOT looking for. Not worth the time and place to spend your money. I would avoid this place at all cost

They were very unprofessional I drove there to talk to my salesman he didnt even come to say hi or that he will be back in a minute, and the salesman that did finally came to talk to me didnt even sit down to talk to me and he stood in the door way of cubicle talking loud about that I needed a co-signer, but before I got there I gave them all of the information that they needed to run my credit and they told me that I was approved and to come down to their lot an hour away just to be treated like an second rate person .
