I dont usually leave reviews, but I had a very weird experience at this shop. To be fair, they replaced my muffler and did that job very quickly for a great price. It was also only a small fraction of the job I expected them to do. I have an older vehicle that needed some serious exhaust system repairs. I know many shops do not work on older vehicles so I called to make sure they would work on it, I drove my vehicle to the shop after that phone call to have an employee look at it in person to make sure they could do the job, I was quoted a price that was what I expected for the work that needed to be done. When I went to pick up my vehicle I was informed that they couldnt do anything but replace my muffler because my vehicle was too old/hard to work on. After being told this information, the mechanic proceeded to ask me if I was interested in selling my vehicle. This felt very suspicious after being told my vehicle couldnt be worked on. (I dont think this would have happened if I was a male or had a male with me.)

The Muffler Shoppe is super rad! I had my catalytic converter stolen on a work trip to Seattle. Not only did they fit me into their schedule asap, they were quick and very affordable. Great customer service, too!

Had my catalytic converter stolen (like many people in the area), so I came here to get it replaced. They were quick, efficient, and very kind! I appreciated that they told me the different prices it might cost depending on how bad the damage was from the thieves, and that they were able to fix it within a few hours.Definitely recommend if you’re in need of a cat converter (or any of their other services!)

Very well run park. Went during sturgis week and was impressed at how well the traffic was managed. Recomend the blue bell lodge chuck wagon dinner excursion .suggest cowboy Keiths wagon. Great music and lots of history. The whole thing was better than I was expecting

Of three muffler shops, if one can wait a week, Muffler Shoppe is the Shop to use for replacing your muffler.Muffler Shoppe quoted best price with a shop schedule of one week out.Muffler King of Kirkland quoted a price of 3 times more than Muffler Shoppe with same day service.Midas Muffler Factoria quoted a price of about double of Muffler Shoppe with an appt 2 days out.

I rarely post reviews, but Jake and this shop need a 5-stars!! i went for what i expected to be a full muffler change on my 12 year old SUV. turned out it was a small fix. They performed the work and charged me only a few dollars. This shop is honest. i will be back next time i need repair!!

Experience and pure quality. Took my Dodge Challenger for a mid Muffler Delete. It took maybe 30min. The guys work fast. They know what there doing and he will give you what you want. Recommend for the Mopar Fam and race fam.

They were friendly, knowledgeable, wore mask and social distanced themselves. I highly recommend this business. I would call and make an appointment, they are very busy. Even gave me a free muffler tip that fit perfect he had spare. Dont have a photo because I never took one under but the weld job was very smooth looked great. Friendly, straightforward service. Can’t be beat! Went in for a muffler repair - they quoted me right on the spot and were done within the time they’d estimated. I just hung out at the Starbucks across the street with WiFi and went on my merry way with a fixed muffler (for the exact price they quoted me) within the hour.

Ive had work done here about 2x so far and both times have been done quick and simple. Both ETAs were estimated for roughly an hour or so, but gets done before the half hour mark. Excellent work for a great price in the most time efficient manner-- highly recommended.

Dave is an artist and pipe is his medium. He replaced a section of perforated flex on my Sienna for one quarter of the cost of a complete replacement pipe. Very quick, friendly & confident - this is a shop where old school smarts and extensive experience equals professionalism that sets it way ahead of the chain shops that have a canned corporate answer for what ails you.The joint wont win a beauty contest and you wont pay for one either but, its whats under the skin that counts.Highly recommended.

Hi, I wasn’t sure exzactly what kind of exhaust I wanted to put on my 1996 Impala SS. All I knew is how I wanted it to sound, so after reviewing a couple tube videos I was positive what I wanted. After telling Dwane what I wanted he told me I should go with something different trusting his professional opinion I listen. After picking my car up after a couple hours I was more then satisfied with the results it sounds just how I imagined I wanted to sound even better all the welds look very clean as well. l highly recommend there work and I’ll be bring all of my cars here in the future

Toyota of Seattle told me it was going to be $1,700 to fix my muffler/exhaust. The owner here let me know that all I needed was a re-weld. He did it for $50. Very friendly and honest - I would recommend this place to anyone. $50 most definitely beats $1,700.

The guy was super nice. I moved from Michigan where my dad used to repair my car. So when my exhaust pipe got a hole in it I panicked and looked for good reviews for shops. I pulled up 15 minutes until close and the guy nicely put it up to look at it and told me he could fix right then and there for $60. He was already working on one car and by the time he said he could start it was past close but he still fixed it for me. I greatly appreciated it. Would recommend him to someone else!

I needed to pass my emissions test and couldnt pass because i had leaks some where in my exhaust. All i told him was to fix it, and also had a replacement for it. He welded it and even added a custom tip for a very fair price. took about 30 minutes!

This is what I can call one of the best customer service that I have so far.Catalytic converter on my Honda Odyssey 2004 got old and needed to be replaced, but it was welded, so I couldnt do it by myself (not skilled enough). Called couple shops - they announced it will cost me approximately $1-1.5K, that was ridiculous and totally insane, considering the part itself ranging from 120$ to 250$! Found this spot on Google and was surprised by the reviews and rating, I had doubts, being honest, that something wrong with it, but its TOTALLY not. I like the guy, who maintained my vehicle, I liked the service itself (Emission test next day was passed easily) and the price - he charged me 3-4 times less than anybody else, whom I reached out.This place deserves more customers, for sure.Im glad I found it. Great job, keep it up!

They installed a muffler on an older Volvo for me 2 years ago. Yesterday it failed. I went there today and they immediately took me in with no appointment, fixed it quickly, and did not charge me a thing. Plus, they were polite and very clear about what had happened to it. Folks, this is how you get and keep customers for life! Not to mention valuable referrals. The other muffler shops may as well close down cause they cant touch these guys and I am not going anywhere else!

I had an exhaust leak. Asked mechanic to replace exhaust. He investigated and found the problem wasnt extreme. He fixed small problem and saved me cost of new exhaust and cost himself. But gained himself customer for as long as I can drive.
