I used this shop to return an item via UPS. They helped packing the item and they were careful on packaging. Great customer service and I only paid 1.38 USD for packaging and they accept credit card.

The Mailbox Seattle is an absolute gem, and the only place in Seattle I trust with my shipping needs. Ordinarily, I find dealing with the hassle of USPS/UPS/FedEx only marginally preferable to being mauled by a pack of starving wolverines. However, Mailbox Seattle has managed to take this inherently annoying chore and turn it into an easy, enjoyable experience. The pricing is more than fair, their postcard selection is excellent, and the staff is second to none in terms of professionalism and customer service. Daniel has helped me on more than one occasion, and each time, he has gone out of his way to make my visit a pleasant one. Whether its shipping, packaging, or notarizing, his service is nothing short of exemplary. Margaret is likewise quick, helpful, and thoughtful in how she treats her customers. Whatever you have to send, take it to Mailbox Seattle if you want it shipped right.

The service is a mess. Especially, an old woman is a person who is rude and has no attitude toward a service person who is not very polite. I was very upset after coming back. I dont want to have any benefit from me or reason to use it again. And Im going to let my friends know. Especially about the character of an old woman.

This is in reference to the last 1 star review placed yesterday by a Kyung Ko, please let it be known that her review is totally untruthful!! This person, Kyung Ko, is apparently a Doordash driver that Petco hired to make a delivery for an order that we made online with them. This driver, on arriving during a busy time at the Mailbox, was extremely rude and loud, insisting on being helped ahead of all the other customers there.The inappropriate and terrible comment of hers, old lady, she is referring to in her review is the manager of Mailbox Seattle and one of the nicest people Ive met since moving to Seattle 3 years ago who ALWAYS remembers our names and greets us with a smile and wonderful conversation every time we come into the store even when its been weeks since Ive seen her. Margaret uses EXACTLY the kind of costumer service I wish all businesses would use!Im so embarrassed that this Doordash driver, who was essentially representing us, was such a horrible person to this wonderful business and I hope that Google removes her fraudulent review. On our end, we have contacted Petco and Doordash in an attempt to have her reprimanded as well as finding out why she reported the items delivered but took the packages with her (I can only assume she took them home or threw them away)

I went here to pick up yesterday afternoon.Then an old women who worked here came out and was throwing something at the road,and someone was looking at it and screaming what are you doing?and then the old women started taking pictures without permission.I could have just turned a blind eye to it, but as a person who does business through a service for customers, I dont think its really the job of an employee concerned about customers satisfaction that should not be shown to anyone

It’s incredible. They record, scan, shred, forward, mail and packages even deposit checks for me whether I’m thousands - or ten - miles away. I was about to ship a package in UPS. I search the price first on the ups website, its just about $15 for ups ground. I saw this store rating is pretty high on google map, so I want to give it a try. I was really disappointed. Will never come again.First, the working is not efficient. There are two service staff, but they serve one customer together. I mean one staff is not enough for one customer? I kept waiting and waiting, seeing the Ms. doing unrelated stuff with no hurry and just ignoring me.Second, the shipping price is really high than the regular UPS. They charged me $30 for the less than 3lbs package! But I find it just cost less than $15 if I ship using UPS. I would not recommend people to ship in this store. Its really expensive than expected! They not only charge for shipment but also the box and even the printing label ($2.39). Just printing a label costs $2.39????Third, I asked the Ms. if I can change to a small box because the cost is too high. The Ms. was suddenly not such friendly with a perfunctory attitude. It makes me feel very uncomfortable!Finally, thanks for the Ms. giving me the discount. But it still too way expensive than shipping in UPS. I will never come to this store again. Thanks for your service. :)

Never thought I would enjoy a mail/shipping store enough to review but getting an item packed and shipped was seamless. The clerk was super friendly and helpful and the store was organized and clean. Definitely recommend and will continue going here for all future shipping needs.

I was so impressed when I went in today. I needed a label printed, a box shipped and postage stamps. The guy working there was so incredibly helpful and KIND. It was quick and I didn’t experience any of the frustrations I do every time I go into a Fed Ex or USPS store.

This place is THE BEST. Theyre my go to for all of my shipping needs. Everyone who works here is incredibly kind, helpful, patient, and courteous. We should all take lessons from them.

I LOVE this place. I have probably saved a lot of money sending back returns simply because before finding The Mailbox it was often too much of a hassle to do so. I recently moved offices and am no longer located nearby, but I will occasionally trek over just so I can avoid the repeat experience of being admonished for asking for tape or going to the wrong post office (UPS versus USPS).

This place is the best. Ive always had a terrible time going to the post office and UPS/FedEx havent been much better. The lady that works up front is the nicest person Ive ever met. She always remembers me and whats going on in my life, despite only going there every few months or so. Shes really great about helping out with packaging and making sure that you save the most money by picking the best shipping option and using free/recycled items to package when available. I would recommend this any time over going to the post office.

Its so refreshing to come here to mail all of my packages/letters instead of dealing with the downtown post office. The woman behind the counter already recognizes me after only coming twice, and makes the whole experience that much better. The owner is very friendly and tries hard to get you the best shipping prices for what you need. She also spends the extra time to take care of the stuff you are mailing out. She saw that I had some items in my box that could break and wrapped the items individually and even packed them in the box for me.

Clerk was very friendly and patient. However, that was unfortunately for me the only good thing. Im not from around here and wanted to post 20 letters and postcards internationally. She failed to notify me from the start that this means not the 1.15$ a piece that USPS charges for, but actually close to double that! Which means a total bill of 40$ instead of the expected 23$. I only realised this when she charged me the total and was surprised at how much it was. Had she notified me from the start I wouldve gone to the USPS a few blocks away...

Travel the long way came in to ship Parcels to Amazon did not have the right shipping labels worked with your knowledgeable agent got the shipping labels got them on the packages and the parcels are on their way thanks guys for the excellent work

Spare yourself the aggravation of going to the post office or a FedEx or UPS store. If youre anywhere near Belltown, this is the place to go. The owner is so helpful, prices are very fair and whatever you send gets out on time. Because she works with all the main mailing companies, the owner can always show you different options - meaning you get the best of all worlds. I dont go anywhere else for my mailing needs.

I recently needed to sent some stuff, everything seemed to be ok, people there was very helpful, (it was my first time sending boxes) I sent two boxes which needed to be Delivered together, on a specific date because the person picking the up was going to take them somewhere else (traveling out of state with the boxes).Unfortunately, the person that helped me out didnt get the address correctly, he didnt write the specific number to the mail box where I was supposed to be delivered, after I asked if he was 100% sure that I was not needed ( he told me it was ok not to write it).Long story short, my boxes arrived separately, on different days, the person that was supposed to pick them up couldnt pick them together, it had to pay extra because the address didnt have the box number (for each box), someone else has to pick the other box and send it to the person that was going to pick them up originally. (Also pay for that)So my experience was not pleasant at all, regarding the delivery of the boxes and it ended up being more expensive than it was supposed to be.

I work at an office nearby and go here to mail all of my packages. its a great post office, the owners are perfectly competent and decent people. if you want falsified corporate charm, go elsewhere- its a family owned business. and the loud operatic music bursting beautifully through the speakers out front is unique and may even add a little spice to your lifeless, mundane day.

The store was blaring music outside to scare off homeless people from loitering, however this is really ridiculous and extreme. It was so loud and annoying as I walked by the mailbox store that I went in to give them feedback. They were extremely rude and unprofessional rejecting any feedback. I knew at that moment I would avoid this place at all costs. Fedex stores are so much more professional. How these mailbox type places stay open with such rude owners I am not sure.
