We (the company I work for) were looking for a custom case for a unique, high-value, confidential display model, so that it could be transported safely, both domestically and internationally. Working with Erik and team at Custom Crating was about as easy of a process as you could hope for. They were extremely responsive and quickly grasped what we were looking for. Supplying them with a few dimensions, a CAD model of the display, and our constraints on what we expect out of the case, they delivered a product that exceeded our expectations at an extremely reasonable price. Our delivery timeline was even shortened unexpectedly and they responded quickly and delivered on-time. Definitely recommended for your custom crating needs!

Custom Crating created a beautiful and durable instrument case for our ten-foot long vintage wooden Swiss Alpenhorn. It’s gorgeous, with molded/padded interior depressions for each of the instrument sections, and with wheels on one of the outside edges so that the case can be pulled along like a suitcase for traveling. After the case was complete Custom Crating also shipped it across the country to New York for us, saving us the huge hassle trying to figure that all out. Very professional, very knowledgeable. Highly recommended!

I own a cabinet shop and have built lots of crates over the years. I recently started using Custom Crating and couldnt be happier. They are fast, the quality is great, and the prices are reasonable. Well worth it.

Sometimes you find a vendor you like so much you almost want to keep them to yourself, because, if you tell everyone how responsive, professional, courteous, and reasonable they are, then EVERYONE will start using them, and the demand will go way up, and then theyll have to raise their prices and then I wont be able to use them anymore because everyone will know theyre rock stars. So, Im going to keep this one all to myself. So, dont read this review. Because I need them and theyre too good to share.

Excellent service! I highly recommend calling them for any of your crating needs...whatever you need to ship and however you need to send it, they know exactly what to do to get your items ship ready.We were on a VERY tight schedule to ship something out internationally. The items needed to be crated first to fit specs necessary for large air freight shipments. I contacted Custom Crating, and although they were short on staff at the time..they accommodated us and got the crating job done even faster than we expected...this helped us achieve the impossible, as we actually got the items shipped out to meet the extremely tight deadline! This could not have been done without their stellar service and professional knowledge of both crating and logistics. The staff was also very friendly and they responded to any phone or e-mail questions I had in a timely manner. (Erik and Nicole are extra awesome)We will most definitely use Custom Crating for any crating needs we may have in the future.
