The techs at Barker are wonderful, however the receptionist is RUDE. Super unprofessional as she is your first touch point with the business.

Barker Air has been there whenever I have needed them (and that has not been often). I have an annual contract with them and I wouldnt be without it. I have used them for almost 20 years since I moved to Sebastian. Barker Air came to our rescue when I first moved here and the air conditioning company (I will not name) who installed the new air conditioner wouldnt replace the motor that was burned out. We had never turned the air conditioner on for the first 5 months that we lived in our newly built home. It was a mild year. The first time we turned it on it wouldnt work and the company that installed the air conditioner told us that we had burned the motor out and therefore we would need to pay to have it replaced. They would not believe that the air conditioner had not been turned on and said that it was our fault that it had gone bad. So we called Barker Air and have used them ever since and we are very pleased with their service and professionalism and quick response. We have used Barker for more than 10 years now. They are a family owned business. Their techs are always professional and polite. If you ever have an issue give Danny the owner a chance to make it right and he will. I also recently talked with Jeff the manager in Sebastian and he helped us with a billing issue. Bottom line this group is fair and honest and perform quality work. I highly recommend them.

I called Barker because my a/c system stopped working. I called at 4 pm and they said they would be there between 5 and 7 pm that evening. They arrived at 4.55 pm and it was all fixed straight away AND they did my 6 month service at the same time....for no charge - part of my maintenance agreement! Very impressive...

They were prompt to resolve our issue on a after hours weekend job. Professional and courteous staff that stands behind there service agreement.

Ryan the Tech on last Saturday for my broken pool heater, came on time and was professional and courteous and able to troubleshoot my older pool heater quickly and had it going again within 35 minutes. Excellent job. Asset to the company I would say and based on this experience I would use them again.

I switched this year to Barker after poor experiences . They are honest and polite and very helpful! Being new to florida and having mini splits in my in law addition and not knowing about them the service manager walked me thru a to z servicing and my end of maintenance of them. In the past no one did after having mold issues in the unit. Excellent company ! Highly recommended.

We have a Nortek A/C unit and tried for over a year to get a repair guy out that Nortek used with the company Baker? the guy NEVER came out and now our unit is 2 years old and runs like a 25 year old unit? was told by a representative JUDY that it will now be our responsibility to fix our unit. we have small kids and grand kids our unit bought from Nortek. only cools to about 89 during the day here in the sunny Florida and a whooping 77 at night. this is ridiculous! not to mention that the company was very unprofessional when forcing me the customer dealing with the warranty department. I had to tell my situation 4 times and still got no where.
