I really like this store. Thst being said, why the management refuses to hire more staff stuns me. The poor guy in hardware (Matt, I believe), and the young lady in customer service (unknown name) were so very helpful, but they were both overwhelmed with no backup help.

Home Depot is absolutely amazing.. They have so many things and lots of choices that are needed for your home, office or your business.. Their prices are very reasonable and affordable.. I proudly served this country along side my brothers who have sacrificed life and limb. I have been miss treated by the cashiers showing the proper military I D card. This policy that the VA ID needs to say service connected is discriminate and needs to change! 1% of the nation puts on that uniform and cloth of the nation. If you claim to promote how you give veteran discounts and help those who serve then put your money where your mouth is. I fought before for my country and I should not halph to fight my own country men!

My favorite store, the possibilities are endless staff is very helpful at this store it has that down home feel that Sebastian, Indian River, gives you. Ive not had any issues with it being unable to purchase any supplies that I need for my home or business needs personally its great location and I actually think theyre a little less money on some products.

The staff is okay with some I dealt with that are under appreciated. Krystel the woman who works in Hardware was spot-on and had knowledgeable about everything. Even when about stuff out of her department. They need more workers like her, heck she should be head manager of her department she is that good. All hardware was easily laid out and easy to find. If you can find a department employee the can tell you your best options to complete projects. Even when I buy tools here I get told how to use them when I need it.

Never have service in the store internet-wise and also person-wise the little help that they have they are no help two hours there to buy one stupid door!! its a shame!

My last three visits has equaled to buying nothing because of out of stock items. This last visit was for ordinary 5 12 single shelf brackets and a wall bracket, I picked up other items first totaling around a $100, then off to the shelving section to find nothing in stock except heavy duty double brackets. So in me being aggravated for driving here from barefoot bay for nothing except wasting fuel, I left without buying anything returning most items back on the shelfs where I found them (why punish the staff). If I need to go to another store to find what I need, Ill buy everything else there and it turned out to be WalMart & Lowes on Malabar rd. Get your act together Home Depot, your store is well stocked for what you want to sell but not what I need in a crunch!

They also did not honor the 5% discount anymore they offered me with a new credit card. As I said - I will go to Lowes who gives me the agreed discount and shred the Home Depot card.

Nice store Nice staff. Upgrading from a 2 to 3. Used to be one could not use their website except when one WiFi. Now they seem to have WiFi available in their store. But if you’re not on WiFi, you can’t use their website.Fix this and we’ll upgrade you to a 5 😊😊

Huge selection of items in garden center. I definitely wasnt planning on spending $500 the day I went but couldnt help it. They had the perfect fathers day gift for my dad that I would have never thought of if I didnt see it here! I initially went shopping for plants and some potting soil, I left with all that and much more!

They said at front desk they didnt carry laundry products. Absurd

NEVER - NEVER - use their Independant contractors or trust their workers to set up a date and time to get the work done.Theyre terrible!

HD should change the name toDOG DEPOT. People have a strange desire to parade their dogs around the store to get attention from other patrons. Ive seen dogs try to fight other dogs in the store. I doubt that dogs are impatiently awaiting the chance to go to HD so they cant drink water, pee and poop when they need to.

Went to return an item and shop. The lady at return desk was rude and acted like I was trying to return something I stole. My check out cashier from Maine was awesome

This store is useless. They never have what you need. Reduced the plumbing section to nothing. Love it when I have to go to Vero every time to get what Ii need. Sure wish a competitor would come into town!

Garden center perfect place. Their plants are in great shape. Home Depot in Sebastian is run by the women who work there. Ill call it girl power. Panama who works in the garden center my gal to go to and the gals inside are all great to I just dont know their names but girl power rocks store

Today I went into the store and showed my military ID and the woman was so rude to me and only grudgingly gave me a 10% discount all the while telling me I did not rate one. It was at the Sebastian Florida store and her name was Elizabeth R. She refused to give me her last name. I only live a couple of miles from this store but I will drive all the way to Lowes in Vero Beach from now on where they are kind to military people and even my spouse when he goes without me. This is the second time this same person was rude to me. But Home Depot apparently only gives a discount to certain military people and apparently 8 years in the Marine Corps does not qualify for that. But it does for Lowes...so I will be happy to take my business there.

This was my first time using curbside pick up.I purchased a freezer over the phone with a credit card. I went to curbside pickup with my order number and ID. Popped the trunk, waited five minutes and the man brought it out, he put it in my SUV and off I went. Very stress-free, great service thank you you guys

Lavinia, kitchen specialist, is extremely nice and very professional. She helped above and beyond our kitchen sink replacement, asking pertinent questions and addressing issues that we did not even think of.Overall, the people working at this particular Home Depot are very nice and helpful.

What could I say about Home Depot. Seems to me they ate not as good as they used to be.Home Depot in Sebastian gives military discounts but not on lumber. All other Home Depots I have been to give the discount.

My favorite store for Business supplies...paint...lumber etc.
