Christina was our sales person and she was Johnny on the spot. She was in the middle of another sale and it was taking a long time but she made a point of coming over to us a few times to keep us aware that she was going to be with us as soon as she could. Then when she was freed up, she was right on top of us and asking all the right questions. She even moved a mattress to another location so that we could try it out on an adjustable bed. When we were satisfied we have the right mattress we work on getting my financing. Everything went smoothly and we were out of the store quickly. We expect delivery this morning and so it was a quick turnaround. Kudos Christina.

The young lady who helped me choose a mattress was knowledgeable, patient, and very helpful. She helped me try many different mattresses and answered a dozen or so questions. She was also cognizant of budgetary constraints.

I received courteous, professional, and knowledgeable service from all employees at Mattress Firm from the sales staff to the delivery of the adjustable frame and mattress. In spite of my having to change delivery date of my mattress at least three times, the assistance I received at both the Vero Beach and Sebastian FL stores was patient and understanding. Later I bought a headboard; and Mattress Firm sent Jesus and a helper to attach it. They arrived earlier than expected, after a courteous phone call asking if it were convenient for me, worked quickly and efficiently, taking all debris with them and deserve the 10 score of meeting or exceeding expectations that I am happy to give them.

Natasha in Sebastian, Florida was superb. We felt completely heard and attended to. She was great on the phone and in the store.Before we arrived, Natasha had chosen a great mattress, which we eventually chose.She allowed us all the time we needed to make a really good decision after the mattress we had ordered on-line was disappointing.She helped us to think through all of our needs and worked very hard to have us choose the perfect mattress for ourselves.We think that Mattress Firm found a real jewel in Natasha. Joni you as great. She was able to find the exact mattress to meet my needs and price point. She was even able to add some accessories and a frame at prices and delivery times that beat the internet. I had a lot more confidence in my purchase as a result of being able to test the bed in advance. The delivery team set my bed up quickly, efficiently, taught me how to use the electric adjustable frame and carries off the old stuff. Too notice service all around.

We were shopping for a mattress for our RV. We were shown the 3 different firmness levels which we decided on first, and then to the next step where we selected the actual mattress in that style of firmness we liked. Danielle Powdrell was very knowledgeable about the different mattresses, weights, materials and warranties and she helped us select the one that was right for us. We purchased a waterproof cover for it which was very thin which was nice; my husband couldnt believe it was waterproof, so Danielle got some water and poured it into the material and it did not leak! The actual purchase was fast and easy. We are very pleased with the whole experience.

Probably had the best experience with ANY KIND of a store associate ever! Danielle Powdrell was very pleasant and helpful. With me having Cerebral Palsy she was very aware of what would be best for me and my pain. The payment system is a little bit of a different story. Had a hard time paying buy check. Not the store but Corporate would not take a STATE ISSUED ID for identification. If its good enough for homeland security you would think it would be good for buying a bed. Not everyone can drive and has a drivers license. And not everyone has a credit card which was another ID option. Corporate should really fix this issue otherwise some people like me will not be able to purchase a bed. But overall thanks to Danielle, a very positive experience.

This is not the first time I have bought beds at Mattress Firm in Sebastian . Both time I was completely happy with the people and the service I received. This time I had two wonderful ladies helping me. The day I bought the bed the girl was extreamly good. She knew what mattress to show me and let me lay down on it, I said perfect. She handled the whole sale and even got my delivery sooner then first was set up. I am completely happy with the company and would recomend them to anyone.

Honestly I was dreading buying a mattress fearing a pressuring sales person, however we needed to replace the mattress that was purchased online and came in a box.The staff was very helpful, asked about our sleeping habits and answered any questions we had. And more importantly didnt pressure us or upsell.We left happy with the purchase and are having the new mattress delivered the nextday.

I walked into Mattress Firm to ask questions but Rick greeted me and I tried an expensive mattress. He did this to see what firmness I needed. As we took it from there I tried the feelings of different mattress. Rick was VERY patient with me and answered MANY questions. He gave me time to decide on the mattress that was comfortable for me. I choose the mattress, frame and accessories that I liked. I was not pressured into buying anything but Rick worked s good deal for me. I am extremely happy I went to ask some questions VS buying something on line. So now I will wait for my delivery. I am so excited and can’t wait until my new bed comes.

Danielle is the store manager. I have absolutely loved my experience with her. I ordered a purple mattress, adjustable base and two purple pillows. Unfortunately one of my pillows was defective (it can happen). However Danielle and her purple rep have gone beyond normal customer service to make my life easier and make things right. Stan and Steve were pleasant accommodating knowledgeable and prompt. The selection was good, but we knew what we were looking for. The price was exactly the range we wanted. The ups and extras were good, but we really didnt need too much. Credit went through immediately. The promise to notify Us in advance the night before and right before the delivery was kept. The delivery was smooth efficient and the product is exactly what we wanted. Now we have 120 days to try it out. The mattress looks great but I just want the Box! Grace can have the mattress.

They make it absolutely impossible to return a mattress. Not saying it’s their fault the mattress didn’t workout but they make it sound sooo easy to return if it doesn’t work out when really all they do is fight with you and then threaten you with not getting your money back. Went to the Sebastian Mattress Firm looking for a new mattress, we have shopped for and purchased several other mattresses from other stores in the past, but never found the one that fit. They all felt good at first, then all felt the same. We met Steve and he showed us different types of mattresses starting with soft, medium and firm. Then foam, gel and pillow top. After spending about a half hour with us explaining the different types we decided on the blue touch 3000 elite plush. Steve was very knowledgeable and was a great help, he wasnt pushy and was a major factor in us making our final decision. Steve provided more information in that brief time, then all the other stores combined, I must say it was a pleasurable experience!
