This UPS store has employees that are knowledgeable for all your shipping needs.With all the Amazon returns and regular shipping, its a wonder that they can help with your copying and faxing as well. I was surprised to learn I could also have my documents notorized here. Very convenient!

Awesome service! Called to have them pick up and ship a family antique painting (150+ yrs. old) which was left to my mother after her sister-in-law passed away. They picked it up, packed it extremely well and shipped it on time. The painting arrived in excellent condition. Very grateful for their professionalism!

This is the place to go for ALL your packing and shipping needs! Jay came to the house very quickly the same day after we called and spoke to him. He picked up 3 big and awkward pieces to be packed for placement on a moving truck. Jays crew did an excellent and cost effective job, when the moving company wouldve charged so much more. Everything arrived intact, no problems. Jay also offers moving services and has men and trucks for that. Im just sorry we didnt find out about all of this until we were on our way out of town.

I have used this store many times for copying, faxing and printing party invitations. Monday I took in a unusual request for printing, unsure if they could help. Mike showed me how they could make this work! My professional organization will be impressed with the outcome! Excellent work! Courteous service and I picked up the finished product today...Tuesday! Poor Customer service... We were initially Greeted with smug, condescending comments by the young man working there. We walked in with a smile and left with our Amazon return packages. I would rather be inconvenienced and take my business somewhere with friendly employees than accept the rude treatment we received.

No help from these clowns. Need to change anything with a delivery, its not their problem. Customer service is not in their business model.

Allen and team really went above and beyond to make sure my keyboard was packed and shipped properly. They actually charged $2.00 for 1 piece of tape on a box I was shipping through UPS. Go to Pack and Ship at US1 and Roseland and avoid getting ripped off at this place

Needed to get to a fax machine and luckily Sebastian UPS store was open at 8:30 so I could rush there. Mike M. & Allen M. were helpful and professional. Been there before for notary services and they were quick then also. For all your fax/notary/ printing and shipping needs I very much recommend this UPS store!

My daughter left her license home when traveling to Richmond and could not rent a car without it. I took it to the UPS store and Mike M. gave me all my options for getting it there the fastest way possible. He was super friendly, patient and courteous and my daughter received her license the next day exactly as promised at the time it was promised. The manager also could not have been nicer. I will certainly be using them in the future for any shipping needs. Thanks guys for turning around a very stressful experience !!!

Working with Allen the store manager was great. He is knowlegable and sharp about all the stores capabilities. I brought in a non standard printing job which he was able to crank out in just a few hours. This UPS store offers all the services you can possibly need. You name it they do it with a Smile

You expect to wait and stand in line at a shipping location but this place goes above and beyond. The people working here do not know the answer to a single question you may have for them, the lady behind me asked for an envelope and the Person helping me looked at her as though she had just spoken a foreign language, I got the same response when I asked for a box, are these not requests you get on a daily basis in a shipping location? Anyway, I have been here twice and received the same service both times, I will be going elsewhere in the future.

Nicholas and Allen were excellent! When I needed something shipped they were quick and efficient. Glad to have this store conveniently located for all our business needs.

I waited in a long line w/ my 2yr old. I was charged $1 to re-tape my box which I taped well with real duct tape and didnt see what the issue was in the 1st place. I told the guy I had no cash only a card and that the PO doesnt charge for a little tape. He wouldnt budge. Last time(about a year ago) the employee was very rude and I said I wouldnt go back. My package was an Amazon return and UPS was the only return service offered or else I would have went to the PO. My advice: go to the PO theyre always professional and kind.

Most unprofessional place I’ve ever been to. Gentlemen behind counter was taking care of another customer but seemed very interested in the box in my hand. I thought it was strange that he kept looking at it. When I was called by another employee to help me he elbowed her away and weighed my box and said “2.5 pounds, that’s pretty average for a morning dump!” I had a colon cancer screening kit. The man made sure to humiliate and embarrass me in front of other customers and employees to make an inappropriate joke. Didn’t know colon cancer was anything to laugh about. This man should be fired!!! DisgustingI will be filing a formal complaint with UPS.I would like an apology from him!

Most of the time the staff are friendly, the reason behind the 2 star rating: I have visited this location and sent 3 different packages over 2 months, each package ultimately was returned for insufficient postage!I understand mistakes happen but 3 separate times these packages in various sizes, weights & destinations and all 3 were returned? Never happened at the post office...by the way they were boxes purchased at this location and filled and shipped

Courtney is extremely rude for someone who works customer service. I use UPS all the time and have never been treated like that or asked so many questions in such a rude tone.

Shipped my custom built very expensive computer cross country with no problems what so ever. Very professional and great service in store. Would recommend them to anyone.

I have used UPS in the past. All ways a great experience. I just found out you can use UPS to return your Comcast equipment. They will package it for you and sent it back to Comcast at no cost!

Google search shows that this store is open until 6:30...the sign on the door says 5pm. At 5:15, there was still a customer inside, but the door was locked and the woman behind the counter just stared at me as I struggled with a box and tried to get in. So much for getting a box mailed on time.
