I hired this operation in April to auction off my belongings as I was relocating to Upstate New York. It would have cost me the value of the items to move them and my lease would not allow an estate sale. Sam came to my rescue and I was, initially, delighted. Many months have passed. Ive called many times. Im told its being wrapped up, call next week, the check is being processed, its been mailed, and now its August. He never intended to pay me, which is clearly apparent.UPDATE: See response, same story different day.UPDATE: In September I received a check for $428.35 and a note letting me know that theyd given me more than the agreed upon percentage with an apology for the long delay. These are a few of the items: 65 HD Flat Screen with Surround sound system and Blu Ray Player in a 6H x 102 four-piece expresso entertainment center made of wood (not pressboard) from Ashley Furniture. There was a Loveseat with two power recliners, matching side tables with slides inside the drawers so you could set your beverage down without using a coaster. There were a total of four tiffany-style lamps made with metal and cut glass, not plastic. The bedroom set was also Ashley, in perfect condition, queen, eight-foot headboard and four poster footboard, mattress, box spring, bedding, matching bed side tables with drawers also made from hardwood with a matching antique four drawer bureau. Misc. items such as patio furniture, silk plants, accent chair, etc. were also included. I dont think I have to state the obvious.
