⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 6 stars!“GOOD PEOPLE”I was in Sebring to pick up a pontoon boat I had just purchased. before making the long drive back to Kentucky I wanted to make sure the wheels and tires were interstate ready. I got on Google maps and found Yarbrough’s Tire & Service. It had some good ratings and positive comments, and they were not wrong. Mr. Yarbrough treated me like family. After climbing under the trailer and looking at the tires he suggested I put on the new wheels and tires that came with the trailer. Also change out the spare with the best tire that is left over from the change out. He did all this within 30 minutes or so. (With no appointment mind you. I just showed up) While one of his guys worked on my trailer he showed me around the shop then went back to make sure everything was being done to his high standards. After talking for a few minutes longer I asked him how much I owed him. He said no charge, I just like meeting new people. I know this may not seem like much but being in customer service myself it sure was great meeting this man and knowing there are still good people out there.

I brought my car there and after they checked it they brought my car out to me and when I got my car, my car refused to start and when I called them out they did not know what was the problem. Left the car overnight and after that they said they have only used starting fluid to start it and after that it was starting fine accept it now had a new problem which was a misfire. Took my car to the auto parts store to fix the problem myself to find out after lifting the hood I was missing parts and and my coil pack case was broken. Try to resolve the issue to them and. Turns out they still had my part inside and said they always had that part but denied any damages to my coil pack case. Tried to see if they would just replace the case after getting my stolen part back they said they don’t like when people start with accusations, when I’m stating facts knowing I took a picture of my engine before I left the car with them. Then they denied my service to fix my car when I was not wrong, knowing knows that they were wrong. Now I know now why parts been going missing and I’ve been very upset that I have to constantly buy parts. The part that they broke cost me 98 dollars without tax . They did not give me Recieppt for the little work they did, so I was told that I’m good. But now it makes sense to not give a Recieppt knowing what had occurred.Guy told me he was in business for over maybe 23 years well it’s his responsibility to make sure his workers do their job right. I will not ever be going here again and will not recommend this place at all.

Great quality shop, theyll fix it right the first time

I was impressed! Had an appointment for diagnostics for my engine light. They got back to me with in the hour with a quote. To my surprise was also able to complete the work that day as to not leave me with out a vehicle. What impressed me most was the honesty! My bill at pick up was $100 less than the estimate due to them not needing a part!! Would highly recommend them and will for sure be returning for any future work! Thanks again!!

Had an alignment done on our 2016 Ram ProMaster tall roof with rack. Not many places can “fit” these. Good price as well. Under $80.

Service for tires was ok, but didnt appreciate the mess in floor board of car. Whoever was in the car left paperwork from glove compartment on floorboard. Otherwise ok.

I went to Yarborough with a concern about my front end on my 2002 Ford Explorer, making a rubbing feel and noise when I turned the vehicle. The mechanic here drove my vehicle and says it’s not the front end it’s the bearings in the rear and front. I spend over $900 to go ahead and get them replaced. I pick up my vehicle and it runs great until I get home about 40 miles away and the rubbing continues. I take it back and they tell me it’s a a bushing in my front right wheel and slap me with another $900 bill!!!If you want to get worked by salesman, than this is your place!!! Worst experience

Great mechanics work in FL heat. No complaining (heard laughing!). Fast, fair & friendly. Dustin returned email (COVID19 crisis). Put on loaner tire so I could do necessary errands & got new tire next day. Put on new, Lifetime Rotate+Balance & oil change. Nancy (front Counter) runs all day. (Clone her!)

Ford F150 making pinging noise, trans fault error code. Made appointment for 9 am, got there early and was looked at right away. Was transmission problem. Shop did not charge me anything, took me to transmission shop and then home - FOR NO CHARGE!Are honest and wont take your money for no reason.

Love these guys! They do good work, they are very polite and professional. The highest praise I can give them - they are honest business people!!! I use them exclusively for tires and alignments. Often for oil changes (since they include a rotation at no charge). Whenever I ask them to check something extra they dont flinch. Great local business!

Worst experience ever! If there was a NEGATIVE 5 stars.. they would have it!! My husbands tire went flat after having a leak fixed.. he had to keep putting air in it..by the next morning it was completely flat..he had to put his spare tire on with a flashlight in the dark! then he went back that morning and they insisted they fixed the tire, that it was a valve stem.. why didnt they fix it?! He went in and told them.. he had a leak!! When they finally actually fixed it they still insisted it was already fixed!??? Huh?? Not to mention they overinflated his tire by 6 lbs! Oh and nice bonus...he noticed later today.. that his rim on his brand new truck was scratched too! WOW is all I can say... thats truly NOT the way to do business! Stay away from this place!

I sent my wife there to get a plug put on my tire. Apparently a plug wasent good enough and a patch was used instead. But $30 dollars seems ridiculous wouldnt you rhonk.

Had my van towed to Yarborough after Alan Jay Service tried to screw me (a whole other review). Dustin was extremely patient and attentive. Unfortunately, he told me he could not repair as issue is internal engine problem but the fact he was straight up honest and talked to me with honesty and respect. When I do obtain new vehicle I will MOST DEFINATELY take it to Dustin for overall check out and maintenance/service. Thanks Dustin! :)

Very helpful, honest, and professional...we broke down and were towed to their facility back in March. They worked very hard to get us up and running as quick as possible. They even picked us up in the motel when our car was ready. We broke down again 3 1/2 months later clear across the state from them. I thought it was the same thing. When I called and spoke to Dustin, he reassured me that if it was the same issue they would take care of the cost. It tired out that it was an entirely different issue but it still made an impression on me that they would stand behind their work even if I wasnt in their shop. I would recommend them for their work ethic, quality of work, and professionalism.

Had a tire patch done on a tire with 16000 miles on it. The next morning when I was leaving for work the tire was flat. Had to change the tire in the dark and I the dirt making me late for work. Took it back and they fixed it again. I asked if a refund was in order for my inconvenience (($28.00). Was told no refund because he fixed the tire and there was no leak. Hmmmm. Its a new truck and was planning on them doing some custom rims, tires and leveling but after this I believe I will be taking my business elsewhere. After they seen my review, the contractor ( who referred me to them) and I were sitting down for lunch and he received a phone call from them asking what was my problem. He handed the phone to me and I told them the same story but with more detail about an appointment i had and had to have my wife get out early from work so I could take her car. Then it was all about we fixed your tire blah blah for at least 5 minutes. Fixed to me is not flat the next morning. I thought they wanted to contact me to make it right, I was wrong. The call was if I tell you enough times we fixed your tire I would believe it and for get about changing a tire in the dark and the dirt. The call only strengthened my conviction of not doing business there. Did I mention they over inflated my tire by 5 lb and scratched the rim on my new truck. Please dont contact me, youve done enough

We have had a rattle in the rear of our car for over 4 months. We had the rear struts changed and the noise has been there ever since. I took the car, into Yarbroughs, about a month ago. Cody, the mechanic, checked everything He could think of but couldnt find it. I called the service place, in Michigan, that installed the struts, and inquired as to if the top plates, to the struts, had been replace, and they hadnt. Well the rattle has seemed to get worse so I took it into Yarbroughs again. Cody installed new top plates but the rattle was still there. He took the new plates out and installed the old ones. He worked on the car for almost 2 hours this time and an hour the first time. They didnt charge me either time. When I get back up to Michigan, I am going to insist that the original service center find the rattle and fix it. Then I will contact Yarbroughs and let them know what it ways. I can only say that Yarbroughs is very, very honest and would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Took my car here because it wouldnt start and they checked it at no cost . They called me back 30 minutes later saying the timing belt was messed up. Well I checked the timing and the timing belt before going there and it was fine. They claim that the cam gear sheared a tooth off and it caused the belt to jump timing. They qouted me 800 bucks to fix. I said no bc I knew it wasnt the timing. Towed the car home and checked to see if the cam gear tooth was missing, it wasnt! I then put fresh gas In it and changed the plugs and it fired right up! This place is a scam! Do not go to them unless you want to be ripped off! Filing a BBB complaint on Monday.

They let me drive off with a leaking tire on my car, which I had come in to get fixed. They told me they fixed it, and told me it was the tire valve. It was leaking less than 24 hours later. When I went back to explain the situation I was told that we wouldnt do that. And you got service and youre bitching? In those words. So disrespectful. I will never use their services again.
