I stopped into the Sebring Mattress firm store last night and was greeted by Geoffrey. He was very knowledgeable and was eager to help. We ended up landing a VERY nice mattress. The best part was that it was an outlet/clearance deal. I look forward to getting our new mattress soon. I couldn’t recommend this store more.

We had a great experience at Mattress Firm in Sebring, FL. Geoffrey made the process of finding a great bed easy and enjoyable. He was knowledgeable, not at all pushy, and very accommodating. Delivery of our new bed and adjustable base was quick. After a few days we realized we should have gotten the split base and twin mattresses so we could each adjust our bed positions separately, which we discussed in the store initially but at the time thought it wouldn’t be a big deal. We were mistaken. Lol. Mattress Firm and Geoffrey were very accommodating and with a little more money, of course, they will be taking back the current set up and bringing the new bases and mattresses as soon as the mattresses come in. Overall, we are very pleased with our experience and look forward to many nights of great sleep.

I have not experienced such poor customer service in a very long time. It appears that the communication between the store and the warehouse is poor. The exchange of product is convoluted, confusing and meant to keep customers from actually trying out mattresses and getting the one that seems to work best for them. Ironically, this is why we decided to go to mattress firm in the first place. We were told we could try different mattresses for up to 120 days. We have picked a mattress, yet they will not do the exchange because of a stain on the bottom of the original mattress. I did not install the mattress, only the delivery guys installed the mattress which means, we never saw the bottom of the mattress. Be very careful and ask detailed questions about the try a mattress and exchange it if you dont like it deal. There are many details in the fine print.

This was our second visit to this store in the last year. Today we went to get my 14 year old daughter a new mattress. Awesome visit to this store. The associate Geoffrey was super nice, knowledgeable, and did not try to pressure us which is a plus in my book. We knew what we wanted. I really appreciated the experience I had at this location. Gigi helped answer my questions and showed me different features on the adjustable bases to help me make my decision. The particular mattress I wanted was an online only bed, that will be coming direct from the manufacturer. Thank you for the great service and helping me make all the decisions I was stuck on! Our salesperson, Gigi, was polite and knowledgeable. She let me try almost every mattress in store and gave me a printout of the prices and all that she could save me. After bringing my husband into test the mattress that I liked, we ended up buying that set. I cant tell you how we liked it yet as it Will not be delivered until the 30th of this month. I hope I find it as comfortable as it seemed to be when I tried it in the store.

The 4 month return/exchange policy is perfect for my friend who was not permitted to leave the facilty to try out the mattress.
