Went to Alan Jay this weekend for service on my traverse. After speaking to Joshua, I walked out with a 2021 Suburban RST! He was great in every aspect. Patient, understanding, and knew what I needed for my family.I was impressed with his car knowledge. Even more so I was impressed with his honesty. He didn’t sell just to sell. He told me what I needed and what I didn’t.Customer service was top notch. The place was clean. It had a lounge for my kids while we waited which had working vending machines, coffee and water. The car inventory was great and the prices even better. I highly recommend Alan Jay Chevy and I highly recommend Joshua for all your car buying needs!

Great employees and an easy negotiation and delivery process make this dealership worth a drive. From start to finish the Alan Jay Chevrolet staff worked to assure that I would receive the best deal once they found me the perfect truck. Although 90 miles from where I live, this is the second vehicle I have purchased this year from this automotive group. Very thankful that alan jay provides a courtesy shuttle service. i was treated with very good service by all i came in contact with. did notice a smell coming from car after driving it home on 10-7-2021, like it smelled hot. i am assuming that it may be a chemical burning off engine area where i had fuel injectors cleaned and coolant system cleaned. i had 30,000 miles maintenance done on my 2016 sonic to keep it in tip-top shape.

I needed to go to the service department to have my car fixed. A part had come loose after using a local oil change place (not them), which was causing problems with my car for weeks. They got me an appointment and within 30 minutes knew what the issue was, ordered the part and got me back the next day. When I came back, it took less than an hour for them to solve my problems. Everyone I came in contact with was helpful and polite. Would definitely go back in the future!

As any mechanical job, you can run into setbacks but everyone on the Alan Jay team was ready to assist. I was provided a very nice loaner as Alan Jay wanted to make sure I was as comfortable as possible. No one likes to hear the bad news when it comes to their vehicle but I was taken care of. Ask ALL THE QUESTIONS!!! They will take advantage of first time car buyers w6ith disclosing warranty information. We thought we were explained everything and come to find out we were definitely cheated. We will be traded this garbage, had nothing but problems since weve bought it car to someone with a higher offer than the laughable offer they keep giving and will NEVER buy from alan jay again. I called Alan Jay early this morning trying to get an appointment for a oil change. The operator tried to get through twice. She took my name and phone number and said they would call me within the hour. After waiting in excess of 6 hours for a return calI I chose to call the Chevy dealership in Avon Park. I live just a mile and a half away from Alan Jay in Sebring. Still no call at 5:30 tonight. Quite disappointed in how this turned out.

Had a stuck thermostat on a 2015 Corvette after driving from out of town to a race at Sebring International Raceway. on Saturday Morning repair completed and was back at the track by 1:30 PM. They made what could have been a bad day into a minor inconvience.

When I purchased my 2016 malibu it had a small dent in the driver side fender located near the light. However I reported a problem immediately to the salesman and he set up an appointment for it to be fixed. It was in Alan Jay Chevrolet shop for 2days.However it never did get fixed. I also reported the check engine light coming on . they didnt fix that the first time. Not sure if it fixed yet. I picked up my car yesterday afternoon and my paperwork states that my car was wrecked and the Whole headlight assembly needs replaced and the sales manager told me that it was my place to fix it. I am very unhappy and definitely will not refer anyone down there. And I am sending a letter to Chevrolet corporate office as well as the better business Bureau.

Scheduled on a Friday to have my vehicle detailed on a Monday. Drove to the service dept to talk to the about the type of detail I wanted. They had my vehicle for several hours on Monday. The service personnel said the vehicle was finished and looked good. I looked at the vehicle and observed dirty seats with hair and spots from food still on them. The vehicle had been washed but where the tires spend, there was clumps of dirt still on the vehicle. Just too many things to name. The service guy, left to go and get the service manager who appeared to not know what to do but to go and get the guy that cleaned the vehicle. After I began to explain in my frustration, that the this detail job was not good, the detail guy began to make excuse and then state he does not perform miracles and began to argue with me about his SLOPPY work. I continued to complain about my losing a days work waiting for my vehicle to be cleaned and being charged for this. Finally, the service manager decided to offer a refund of my $140.00 for service that was worth $0 or have it recleaned. They should have paid me for my waisted time, their detail guys disrespectful attitude, and a job that was definitely done below any professional standards.This is the way this dealership does business?? Go Figure!!!

I was helped by one of the sales employees Ferdinand. He was extremely helpful when it came to fighting to get me a good deal on a nice use vehicle. Even with a trade in that I still owed a lot on he was able to get me a good price on a used 2017 Kia Optima. Although I am very happy with the car and the price I did run into one issue of misinformation with my warranty but I don’t want to let that over shadow the excellent experience I had with them. Great service. I will be back when I’m ready to trade up.

We were incredibly upside down in our current car, but the salesman Patrick Hansen and his manager worked diligently to make it happen for us! We were even more pleased when we signed the paperwork and found out we were getting 100k mile warranty, along with the payment we wanted! Service advisor (skinny White guy) was lazy. I asked him to check my extended warranty and just wanted to sell me new tires. I said I wwanted to check my warranty first and said its not covered because it doesnt have a nail in it. I told him it does have a nail let me show you. Of course he didnt go and he told me I can call the warranty myself. In addition who ever inspected my tires never saw it. I dont think they even checked the vehicle properly.

My salesman John ONeil was great. I had shopped on line, went through Sams Club True Car emailed back and forth with John and I was very pleased with the sales experience, I was pleased with the price. HOWEVER, I am on my way over to CANCEL an extended warranty that Mike, in finance added to our loan after telling him several times that we did not want add-ons. As a matter-of-fact, when we went back to financing I told John that we did not want add-ons, John said he has to go over them with you, just tell him no. I feel that this was an exacted scheme. We were left to sit alone for almost an hour while the finance papers were being drawn up...it was later in the afternoon when our loan papers were signed and Mike rushed through them just instructing us where to sign and not allowing sufficient time to read the documents. HOWEVER, I told him several times that we did not want the add-ons or extended warrenty. At one point, he mentioned a warrenty for electrical maintenace that was $6.00 extra a month and my husband asked what it covered but I said no add-ons, no extended warranties, no credit life or ad&d. Mikes scheme added over $2550 to our loan or an extra $35.50 per monthly payment. In addition, I dont think he bothered to shop our loan. I have an 850 credit score and my husbands score is over 735, I feel that I should have received a better rate. My sister was impressed with the Buick Enclave and was going to check with Alan Jay, but she is looking for another dealership. This is the fourth vehicle I purchased with Alan Jay (Toyota Camry, Four Runner and Sequoia) my mother has purchased a Buick and more recently a Cadillac, my sister has bout several Nissans from Alan Jay. I would hope that Mike is not representative of the level of service that Alan Jays dealerships find acceptable. I am beyond disappointed, I am frankly disgusted. The one thing I told John was how pleasant the buying process had been Now I have a whole new attitude because I feel that Mike was attempting to take advantage of us, possibly because of our age, our friendly demeanor or because he thought he could get away with it....and I wonder how many other Senior Citizens he has pulled this stunt on. Alan Jay your staff represents you and your values.

I used to be in sales up north for many and I went to every one of his stores and could not cut a deal. I drove over to the west coast to three Ford stores and that was a waste time. Stopped on the way home at Bill Jarrett Ford and worked with Bobby the sales Manger and got $8300.OO discount with no AND ONS, only sales tax. I only lease cars and I leased a new Ranger Lariat Sport. When my lease is up Im going back to work with Bobby. Only had to pay sales tax.

This is what happens when guys behind the counter make commission on repairs. If I could give zero stars I would. I was quoted $1,200 for equipment that wasn’t needed for a repair on my power steering. Turns out my alternator was faulty. I was told my ECBM as well as a solenoid valve needed to be replaced. I am just wondering if I would have gotten a call during the repair to tell me this all to tack onto the bill. Untrustworthy would be an understatement. I will never do ANY business with this company again. Shame on you guys.

I bought a new 20 Chevy Equinox in March 2020 and it has died 4 times on me when I was stopped and had to put in in park and start it again also my CarPlay radio freezes quite often and the driver’s side lane assistance light went nuts flashing constantly driving to Illinois with no car close to me. It’s only done that the once. I had it in to Alan Jays twice now trying to find the problem with it dying and the can’t find anything wrong. I’ve even took videos of my radio freezing and sent it to my salesman Matt Ratke to show his boss. I feel like I should get a replacement vehicle of the same model and year but the sales manager Ed thought the a 2017 Malibu 29,000 miles was equal trade and I decided not. It’s not my fault that my car is doing this and I don’t feel safe driving it any distance. The 1st it died while I was on my way to Illinois to decorate my husband’s grave who died a few months before and it died in Nashville Tn in a traffic jam. Needless to say it scared me. I have bought 3 brand new vehicles from them in 7 years. I did call GM and talked to them and suggested that I go back to Alan Jays to talk with Ed sales manager a salesman Matt and I did but I didn’t get anywhere except wanting me in older and a lot more miles car. I tried to get Alan Jays phone number but wouldn’t give it to me so I am going to call GM back. I feel like they done me wrong so I will never recommend them to anyone. This is not Matt Ratke’s fault ( salesman) I have always used Matt and I highly recommend him as a good salesman. Ed the manager not a bit caring it’s just $$$ to him. Since my husband is gone I only have one income now. Good luck to anyone that buys an equinox.

They were very easy to make an appointment with and when we got there everyone was so friendly and helpful. It makes us feel that we belong there!!! Just one bad thing ---- there were NO COOKIES!!!!!! Did someone eat them all?????

Josh Chavis was our salesman for the purchase of our latest vehicle. We were more than impressed with his level of professionalism and customer service. We don’t live in Sebring anymore so we handled most of the negotiation over the phone and we basically just came in to sign paperwork. My new Buick Envision is much quieter and the ride is substantially smoother than my 2019 Kia Sorento. I’ve really enjoyed driving it this week and using all the features my Kia didn’t even offer! I really appreciated how easy it was to do business here! Everyone involved was very courteous and professional, and especially accommodating to my specific needs and time constraints. The GM and my salesperson even came to my office, and allowed me to take advantage of an extended test drive. I am very happy with the deal they made me! If you’re shopping for a vehicle I would definitely give them a shot. I was impressed with the quality of the vehicles and the customer service here is remarkable!
