To get to a live person to help you, you have to jump through so many loops that just repeat the same questions over. Then I have had so many issues with the internet service .. I bumped up to the highest amount and still have issues. I am over them and plan on canceling my service as soon as I can
Easy access for payment. But I believe that for the services they give you the price is very high. I might think of getting another internet service.

I moved to Sebring 3 months ago. I had a contract with Xfinity back in Miami and they weren’t able to provide me service here at Sebring because “we aren’t serviceable.” The fact is that all my neighbors have Comcast. Here at this office they want me to pay $1000 and wait 4 months to be “serviceable.” I hope that everyone watch this review so they know in advance what a bad service I was given!

When you call into Xfinity (Comcast) they say this location is open, but when you go there they have a sign on the door saying this location is currently closed. But yet the head office doesnt know why and everyone is leaving there equipment at the door to be stolen. No one will give a reason why theyre closed and no one can get and equipment.

I have never been a big fan of Comcast/Xfinity until today. We switched back to their internet service, as we needed faster for my Wifes new job. We had connection problems on our end. Trainee with one of the repair servicemen stole a gold pearl bracelet and a diamond tennis bracelet from my bedroom. I found both of them in my bedroom closet looking at something where there is no TV access or wiring in there. At that time I did not realize what they were doing until after they left then I realized and went to look at my jewelry. Plus I have my safe in my bedroom closet that they were looking down at the floor. If anyone else has had a problem with them please post for others.

Worst cable company Ive ever dealt with. Employees arent trained. Took 3 jokers the first time around - one claimed to be a supervisor. He was exceptionally rude as well. service was in and out and never reliable . Two attempts to troubleshoot over the phone with someone I could barely understand each call lasted over 1 hour.These 3 jokers took a short cut on proper placement of the router according to the other 2 jokers that came on the next service call. They left equipment behind. Never did have reliable service . in and out for 7 weeks. Finally discontinued service. Woman at the service center was rude when I turned in equipment. Customer service kept calling wanting me to tell them why I disconnected and do surveys etc. REALLY!?. Went with local cable company. No problems everyone is pleasant and they even know how to install cable!

I ordered a prepaid Xfinity for my home it was $50 which I prepaid for when I receive the machine couple of days later I went to set it up I found I could not get service I called the company and they said they would send the truck out and charge me $70 just to activate the line from the house to the pole on a new service i told him I was not going to pay $70 and that they could please refund my money back I would bring a machine into them and give it back they proceeded to tell me that would be four to five weeks before I would get my $50 back off my debit card which is like cash so I had to call and dispute the order to my bank and it still takes into 12 days to get your money back by the way they dont give you interest on that four to five weeks while their holding your cash, worst company in the world to deal with I will just keep CenturyLink any day of the week, also its hard to set up a account with them they must have sent 20 codes which I never did get it set up.

We had cable service during our stay at an RV resort. Very nice and efficient installer but you have to bring the box and remote back to the office yourself when youre done. Nice staff, easy to return, easy building to find.
Im at the point I no longer want service with this company if i cant even communicate with a person. The automated voice is no help at all and just runs you around in circles.and I cant make a appointment .Ive been without connection for over two weeks and havent been able to get through to anyone .

They are usually very nice and work with you very well I like this business and its employees. The location is kind of hidden though and their sign isnt very big, so unless you know exactly where it is its very easy to miss the business building.

After driving 45 minutes to pick up new modem I was given one that didnt have any working Ethernet ports. Wireless only doesnt cut it for me so I have to drive back and pick up a new one because they refuse to ship it to my work.
Although this store is too small and often way too busy, the staff is awesome! They always take care of my issues promptly and professionally.
The worst. Friendly local staff. Cable always has trouble but recently they changed the box and we are unable to watch most Netflix and all Amazon channels regular cable glitches extensively. After 3 years they finally buried our cable and the bill is still in my fathers name though he died 11 years ago and despite the fact that we’ve taken his death certificate and proof of my mother’s ownership at least 7 times over the past 5 years. It is completely ridiculous. I have never had this level of service.
Brought my old TV boxes in & traded for HD boxes, but they never activated themWhy would I want them, if they werent activated ?? Sooo hard to get them activated & working through phone calls....

Service needs to be improved and people needs to know there products. Over priced and spends money when not needed. We all then pay for it in increasing . They do not care since they know they have us to pay for it.

Informed the person that I was taking to that they are described as an Xfinity mobile store on the Xfinity/comcast website. I noted that there were no cell phones and stated I am guessing that you dont do cellphone exchanges here? After a five minute explanation of their process when I asked to see the phones available a supervisor came out and said they did not do that there and directed me to go on line and check the store finder to find an address. I explained to the supervisor that was why I was there talking to them.

I went into this office on a Tuesday and asked if I could get cable TV service at my address. I was told they would have to put in an order to see if I was in the service area and they would let me know by Friday. I didnt hear anything from them so I stopped in the following Monday. I was told the computers were down and they would let me know when they found out something. The next day I called 1 800 COMCAST and had a tech there the very next day. That has been a couple weeks ago and still have not heard anything from the Sebring office.

Personnel changes have made for better customer service
This rating is about Xfinity period. The installers tear up your house and put in the equipment shoddy. Then you call Xfinity they send $60 per tech fee. Half techs do not know what they are doing. They will tell you want you want to hear to get you to sign up. When termination comes they give you 10 days to get the equipment back to them but unlike Direct TV they do not send you a label to send you equipment back in. They will not give you an address to UPS it to or a phone number. Tech support is rude and not helpful.
Worst company ever to deal with. Totally incompetent customer service. I have been trying to get service at my new home for days now. Over 5 hours on the phone muddling through a terrible automated answering system just to try to get a human. Finally thought I had an arrangement for service and when my appointment time came...no serveman I called agsin... wait wait finally a human in the Philippines!!!! Of course he was sorry for my issues but my service call was cancelled,no customer notification of course so I had to go through the entire reorder process again,of course he was so sorry, after another be hour of conversation and waiting I was told my next available appt would be 6 days away,I said this was unacceptable,he tried to get me expedited and trsnsfetran me to another person who was of course sorry also and promised me an expedited service call. He said he would work on it and would call me back with a new service time shortly. no calls yet,that was yesterday afternoon. I totally have no faith in this company and will go into my local Comcast office in person to attempt to clear things up,if no reasonable solution is offered I will cancel everything and go to another company. Enough is enough,they do not keep promises and are incompetent at their jobs. So far over 5 hours,no solution, will go the local service center-1-2 more hours. Clearly at the end of my patience. If you have options I would recommend avoiding this company completely.

Burial team illegally buring cable per N.E.C. 300.54th day waiting on getting it fixedUPDATE: Comcast subcontractor came to my house today. Showed him where to bury cable to avoid future fence installation and cement work.Contractor refused to bury cable, full of excuses. Contractor left without job being completed.I was told to reschedule after cement and fence in place.Problem with this though there is no pvc pipe inplace for cement.His boss told me before he leaves he will put in place a chase for future cement slab. I handed back phone to his boss and he drove away, contractor did not speak english.

They turned me in to a collection agency for not returning their equipment upon cancellation of their horrendous service at our FL home. I returned ALL of their equipment, including the original box, cables, router, cable tacks, packing material, and the TV equipment, which was useless, since the signal was not strong and kept cutting out. The GPS trip to the Herring Ave. site is still in my phone. For the most part we used our phones for internet while at our FL house. Over half a dozen visits to our home failed to fix the problem. The technicians have no way of communicating with each other about previous attempts to alleviate the problem, so they just kept replacing the line, time and time again. We finally told them not to come out to replace the line and turned one tech away who had planned to do the same. One of the last techs that came out to try to fix it gave us a business card to call directly to the headquarters, which we did. That fix, which was work on the pole, did not work either. Months later, I get a notice from a collection agency that I owe Comcast for not returning my equipment. I do not have their malfunctioning, subpar equipment, and Im wondering who, in their right mind, would keep it, except for melting it down for scrap. By far, my worst experience with a communications (HA!) company, and it is likely that whoever received my equipment at this location 7 months ago (Im talking about you, gentleman at the window on the right) is either a thief, or incompetent, or perhaps it is just that they are using Comcast for their internet service and, as is common, it cut out at the time my transaction was being processed. .

I ordered service for 4/14, equipment came but couldnt be hooked up they said it was shut off at the pole. So they couldnt come out for another whole week to connect me. It is now 5/7 and they still havent corrected my bill after 4 phone calls. they are billing me from 4/14. the last representative said she fixed it but the guy I talked to today said she only gave me a credit because they charged me for installation which they should not have. I cant get it through to them that they need to change the billing date from 4/14 to 4/28, the connection date. I am so upset and frustrated. They dont get it! Must hire illiterate people at minimum wage. I explained over and over if you dont change the date I not only am paying for days of service for this billing cycle that I didnt get but also for next billing cycle. If they keep my billing cycle at the 1th then, next month I pay from the 14th to 14th. I should be paying from 28th to 28th.
Lacks customer service
Internet goes out constantly. Equipment is crap. Customer service keeps you on hold while tossing you from one person/department to the next. Ive called every day for the last two weeks. There are outages here every day. Its the most ridiculous thing Ive ever seen.
Stopped here around 3 pm and there were not a lot of people in line. I told the rep the package I wanted and she got me set up with service.
I have had satellite and I find that Comcast is better. And they have fast internet .

I have to say comcast is the best service ever but over the years all my bill does is go up in price. The best thing i did like about comcast is no contact so if i have to cancel because funds are low i can do so. But now comcast is not for the poor person anymore for thier service because now they want to charge you more money to not have a two year contract with them. Sad that now Comcast is thinking about how much money they can get. Why change something for years have worked fine for the poor people to have TV and Internet service without having to over pay for service. Also comcast used to be cheaper than other service providers out thier but not anymore. Now they have the i do not care as long as they can get more money in thier bank accounts. I have been with Comcast for over 8 years without having to cut service for any reason and have never been late on a bill. So as a loyal customer my does my bill have to keep going up in price over the years. Comcast please think about your loyal customers who have been with you for so long. Offer your loyal customers a discount after being with you for so long with out cut in service and bills paid on time.
