I love this place! Its bright and airy and has a lot of cool stuff to look at and buy. Also every time Ive been in there, the staff has been so polite and outgoing. I have recommended this place to a few people!

The people of this location are very very friendly and helpful. That being said I will never buy anything from batteries Plus ever again. I had purchased a battery for my phone at around the cost of $40, the package said lifetime warranty. In about a year when the battery crapped out I went to get it replaced they replaced it and informed me that Batteries Plus no longer honors the lifetime warranty. I could have purchased a battery for $14 on Amazon Prime. Please dont take this as anything against the location just the corporation.

I thought I would have to buy a new phone, but telephoned Batteries & Bulbs just by chance to see if they would have a new battery for my Android device and they did. They fixed it like new and it is an S7. A refurbished S7 phone would have cost an extra $100. WAY TO GO B&B.

The personnel were extremely helpful and courteous. They were able to help me with one item and I will return another day to get their assistance with my other issue. The store was very neat. Location may be the only issue for this store but I will make the effort to go there.

Got a great battery

I highly recommend looking here first for batteries, bulbs, cell phone screen repairs and misc relative items. Prices are great and they stand behind their work and product, store is clean and simple. The staff is always knowledgable, helpful and in good spirits. It is so refreshing to get great service with a smile from people who clearly know what they are doing and enjoy their work. The one and only down side is the location. It is an absolute nightmare to get out of the parking lot and on to 27 and even worse if you want to get turned around and head north. I have recommended this store to several people who say they will not go there simply because of the location. Shame too, because it is the right place for all kinds of things.

I went in to Batteries and Bulbs to get the battery in my iPhone replaced. Nicole assisted me and she was wonderful! I only had to wait about 10 minutes and I walked out with a new battery, installed. I also booked the appointment online and received $10 off my bill because of that. Its a great perk for sure! The best place to buy batteries and light bulbs. They have the best price for golf cart batteries. I took my friends battery in for his motor wheel chair and they replaced it. Some wires came off as the casing was replaced and they came to my friends house to fix it. Doesnt get any better than that.

Customer service was very knowledgeable on pre visit telephone inquiry. Service person in the actual store was courteous and outgoing in working to help me select the correct battery for my mower. This company got my business because they also had the item in stock and I didnt have to wait on a mail order. Prices were reasonable.

My phone was shutting itself on and off every minute. I was worried I had lost everything on it. Jake at Batteries Plus Bulbs replaced the battery in minutes and my pictures are now safe. Lesson learned. Back up your phone. Im glad it was a quick easy fix. Made my day!

I had a serious issue with my iPhone 7 that was causing problems with not being able to operate my business properly. I came to Jake and his co worker to see if he had any answers at all. Little slow on service, but good verity and prices

VERY disappointed with my visit today. (5/8/18) I have shopped on many occasions before and the staff was most helpful, but apparently today they left their helpfulness at home. Normally, I am in no rush but today I had 3 other places to be by 1:00, but despite that I drove a couple of miles out of my way to stop by for some batteries I really needed. As I was walking in, a young man walked out and said I will be with you shortly. Even though the store is changed around I found the batteries I wanted over on the wall now, and went to the counter. And, waited. Finally, after 5 minutes or so I had to leave. As I was backing out in my car, the young man returned but now I just did not have the time to go back in. What really disappointed me however, was not the young man it was whomever was in back, yakking on the phone!! I come from the day where if you have a customer at the counter, you take care of them... you dont just keep talking to someone on the phone. So, in the end I did not get my batteries I really needed, and the store lost a sale. They are only $30, but still a sale. I dont have plans to go back there anytime soon. Next time I can just order the batteries online and have them shipped, most definitely not from Batteries Plus Bulbs

Batteries Plus Bulbs in Sebring, FL was able to quickly change the batteries in my old i phone 4s and provide the right batteries for a wireless phone. Also they gave me info on whether to replace the battery in a wireless vac or not. Really a great help. Very efficient and pleasant.

The attendant was rude. It took us less then 5 minutes. He barely looked at the bulb we needed and said they do not carry it. Now we would have waited if he could order itBut did not offer to even look at it. This is not the first time we have shopped there. But it will be the last. I have never gone into this type of chain store and had anyone polite assist my husband or myself.

Great place to find any kind of batteries in sebring area

Disappointed! I was offered a 10% discount if I ordered on line and picked up in store. I purchased a car battery for 124.00 but was given a different battery at store that listed for 114.00 yet I could not get a refund for difference in price. I was told I had to talk to a manager who did not work on the weekends, and thats the only time Im able to get there. I have purchase golf cart and another car battery there but dont plan to ever buy there again.

Purchased battery online and to pick up in store-could not collect the 10% offered on line and shared that with the store when I called for the availability and was told they could make it right at the store. The store clerk told me no fixing the 10% online discount because I completed the purchase on line. I told the clerk to cancel the order, suddenly we found a way to get the 10%. Had to hunt for the battery in the back room after being told it was there in the store as well.

Ordered a battery for my trim nailer online, paid online, went and picked it up. No hassles all went well and thats all I can say.

I made an appointment to have my older mini iPad to have surgery to a power cord port. Was there less than a minute when a tech looked at the port and noticed something in the port. He took the device in the back and returned a minute later with a metal chard from the charging cord. He said the iPad was charging and there was no charge. It saved me $100.00 it would have cost if the port had to be replaced. I was impressed with the honesty, expertise, integrity shown by techs. ( bought a lifetime battery for my car Key )I wil go back and recommend to my friends
