I visited this location on my way from Miami to Orlando. Let me start with saying that the staff were absolutely amazing. They went above and beyond to share alternatives to the drinks I was trying and now, I have discovered a new favorite drink. The staff made our hectic day great and were extremely friendly throughout our visit. Will be stopping here on the regular, on every drive up.

Nice and clean. Friendly service. The dining room is still currently closed for seating but you can go in and order. Not much else to say here - all great.

I am in disbelief that I am writing this right now.. I literally had to do a triple take!! I ordered a $7 drink the shaken oat milk brown sugar espresso and they handed me nothing but an ice filled cup with quarter of the coffee missing!! I cannot believe it, I asked for another to be remade and once again all ice but this time all oat milk .. Im so upset they would even pass this off to a customer 😲 are you serious? Never again will I go back. Then they tell this is how they are made ummm no Ive had quite a bit of these! Im in disbelief

The experience was bad in general, the waiter did not know the menu, he could not explain the combos, when we asked if they had cider and he asked what that was (he was very young). The soup of the day was like a puree and it was cold, they brought the soup with a coffee spoon. Never coming back.

Very nice workers. They seem to be out of this or that frequently (cake pops, muffins to me a few) 4 stars. Like a said. The girls there go out of their way to treat you

The service was really good, I used the drive thru and I did not have to wait so much. The food was hot and very fresh. Beverage as always was really good. I totally recommend this place for a quick bite, coffee or a refreshment, you can try the one with dragon fruit, the seeds will explode in your mouth when you crush it with your teeth!

Visiting family and came through this morning. Asked for light ice, label says light ice but ice was more than half way full on two drinks.

Very disappointed. I tried to order 3 different things and they were out of all of them.

Wasnt my best experience. Made my drink sloppy very runny not thick at all. She seemed frustrated. Hopefully it gets better.

I liked. I saw the staff with masks all the time and they have tables outside the premises to avoid any risk of contagion from Covid 19

The cashier was awesome and funny. He gave me a mini history lesson and was very knowledgeable about the coffee menu. He was very helpful in picking out a drink for my friend.

When you place an online order and arrive 30-40min later and its still not done then there is a problem. Dont get me wrong, love Starbucks, just wish they were more organized to deal with such large crowds and larger orders.

Their coffee us literally THE best !I know it is pricey but treat yourselves once a month like we do ! Its delicious 😋.Try the Ventimiglia Mocha Frappuccino for sure. Your taste buds will thank you !

I will never come back to this Starbucks. I was wearing a mask as asked by the signs but whoever the manager is was very rude telling me I wasn’t wearing my mask properly, and that it needed to be over my nose, and it was. I’ve never been more disrespected in my life, in a freaking coffee shop at that.

It seems to be hit or miss with this Starbucks. I order the same drink every time I go to Starbucks which is Cinnamon Dolce latte, decaf with almond milk so I am very aware of how it should taste. About 30% of the time it is perfect and delicious. The other 70% of the time it either tastes nothing like its supposed to or is a less tasty version of that drink. Today after waiting in a long drive up line I received the wrong drink altogether. When I am paying $6.00 for a drink I prefer it to be perfect.

Its the only Starbucks in the county. Thats all you need to know. But its also pretty good. Service is friendly and competent.

I ordered hot choco this morning and it was the worse hot chocolate I ever tasted, it tasted like water no flavour at all. Not going there ever again!!!

The barista was nice answered my questions. But the drink are never made with consistancy there. Java chip should not taste and look different every time I order it.

I’ve never been to a starbucks with such poor communication and consideration for their customers especially being the only local Starbucks in the area. There are two things people really want from a business in this day and age: convenience and consistency. On more than one occasion I’ve tried to order ahead on the app only to find that this location isn’t open, isn’t taking mobile orders or only their drive thru was open. This last time, they had signs up with alternate “temporary” in-store hours and a sign that said the drive-thru was open with several cars continuing to line up at the window. Can you believe it?! No one was in the store; No one was in the drive-thru; No one left a note on the door or the intercom to communicate this disappearance of whatever employee was supposed to be working; No message appears on the app; nothing. Communication is absolutely inaccurate and incomplete. As for as convenience goes, you have all of the people who stop by during these inaccurate closed hours that represent missed business and profits this store experiences on a constant basis. Lines and lines of disappointed customers - I even heard the woman in front of me yelling at the drive-thru “HELLOOOOO?! Is anybody there?!” and then honking her horn at the pickup window. It’s unprofessional and erratic behavior from a business. Sure you can attempt to blame these “temporary” hours and closings on coronavirus, except I haven’t seen any other Starbucks store between Lakeland, Bartow, Winter Haven, Orlando and Tampa have anything even close to this issue. This store could at least contribute their extra peppermint syrup to the stores that ARE open and running successfully through a pandemic.Now... all that being said, I’m going to be just fine if I don’t get my Starbucks coffee, but holy cow... are you seriously trying to run a business? If you are, you’re running a successful franchise RIGHT INTO THE GROUND. This store needs new management.

In the weeds too early. We had a large order and they just kept placing each item without telling us what they were. When we asked if that was our order they snapped and said to wait they were very busy. With Covid we did not want to grab what was not ours yet were left to figure things out. Not the usual Starbucks crew..... expected more

All I wanted was two cups of coffee. So I went in and ordered. The noise inside made it hard to hear what the server said but I placed my order and paid. Then I waited. And waited. Finally I asked about my coffee and was told its coming. Several people were served and still no coffee. So I asked again. Its coming. So is Easter. I finally got my coffee and it tasted like instant. The drive through wait was even worse. Ive been to lots of Starbucks and this one is the least enjoyable experience I have had. If youre desperate for a Starbucks coffee, dont mind 85 dB noise and have lots of time to waste, try it. Be forewarned.

A safe haven of good coffee, tea, and an awesome staff! I find myself here when I need to escape. I know theyll take great care of me. Im not entering the best coffee debate, but I will say their customer service is best.

I tried ordering my drinks, and the intercom kept cutting out. I continued to order and said I would pull forward after hearing static and no real response. When I pulled forward the manager told me that I can’t order at the window I have to pull back around. (There were no cars behind me!) I tried to explain to her that the intercom wasn’t working and there was no response, she told me that I was wrong, and she would not take my order unless I drove through the line. She was extremely rude, and had an attitude.

If at all possible I would give negative 5 stars. Simply dropped in for a refreshing blueberry black iced tea lemonade and they took my order and charged me for the beverage. I waited 20 silent patient minutes until they called my name to tell me they do not have my drink. This should have been told upon ordering. They also lied and said the drink was discontinued which it is not. I buy this drink at my Starbucks every night.

They take so long dont repeat your order or give you a total. I asked for no ice for personal reasons and they gave me ice and didnt even give me a receipt i had to ask for it. I will not be driving this way anymorw id rather go to brandon so much more stores and way better service. If you dont like your job look for another.

Trendy coffee shop vibe, enjoy the music and overall feel. Ive never ordered any food here, but they have great coffee and tea drinks. A little pricey but not unreasonable for the product quality. Starbucks is my favorite place to get a latte.

This location is always busy. Since the lobby is closed, it is almost impossible to go through.

Service was fantastic. Place was very clean and the music playing was great. I received a suggestion to try the Toffee Nut Latte which turned out to be delicious. Will make that stop a must every time I am nearby.

The staff was great. The store was very clean. The womens bathroom was out of TP and staff was right on it and filled the bathroom. The fraps were the best I have ever had they were made the way I like them.

Horrible. I can only drink decaf coffee, I went in this morning for a decaf caramel Frappuccino. The girl was so nice on taking my order but the coffee was full of caffeine and now I’m feeling very sick from it! So disappointed.

I always come here and granted this is a very slow Starbucks the slowest Ive ever been to actually. But they hardly ever make the drink just as I request it. Ive had many remakes and as long as it takes to get the order the drink should be made correctly. I am really considering quitting Starbucks or making the change to DD. I just cant deal with this anymore. The staff is nice but its always a mission going to Starbucks.

Its always a good time to get a coffee, day or night. Everything on the menu is worth a try, warning you will have more than one favorite. Great place to study or catch up on some reading. I highly recommend you try the Java Chip Frappe if you love chocolate and espresso.

I ordered a green tea matcha latte and was literally all milk with little to no matcha.. please follow the measurements better and learn how to properly make a drink.

Ive never had a problem with this Starbucks location. It seems to always be pretty quick at getting my order ready and a fairly friendly staff as well. Ive been here several times and there has never been a long line either.
