Perfect and impressive in all aspects of my project. I asked for a quote for replacing all of my kitchen cabinents. Jim came out the next day after I called them and did all the measurements and made some great suggestions that I went with and couldnt be happier that I did. I received a quote in a very timely fashion along with pictures of what it would like finished with all measurements. I picked out cabinents which they special ordered and came in exactly when they said they would. An appointment was set for demolition and installation and the contractors that came right on time, Randy and James were sooooo amazing. These two guys worked together like a well oiled machine. Very meticulus, careful, and went above and beyond. This was a large project that was a total remodel and they made my dream kitchen come true!! BLW came highly recommended. They are very maticulous and they were very helpful with my quirky requests! I couldnt have asked for nicer people for our bathroom remodel! The bathroom remodel was completed the end of September and we have had company twice. So nice to have a pretty bathroom for our guests!

Great company and good service. They delivered what they promise. Would and will give a five when I hear from them about the installation job. Small fix but they need to check the job after installation is done.

I called this company to schedule an estimate for a complete shower remodel project. They said due to my busy schedule they could come out on a Sunday morning. I thought wow thats great. Well come Sunday morning they call to reschedule to a later time. Since I already had plans for that afternoon I reschedule for the following Saturday afternoon once I get home from work. Come Saturday they never show up or even call! Customer service is dead and this company is no exception. Thanks for nothing, Ill be sure to spread the word on my great experience with you guys.

We were more than pleased with the results we received by having BLW Home Improvement refurbish our kitchen. From start to finish, Jim was available for picking our granite, lights and backsplash. Hes knowledge was apparent in all areas. He offered guidance when needed, but was also able to stand back and let us digest the suggestions. He cleaned up his work area constantly, had a wonderful work ethic and was on-the-job ready to go bright & early each day. We are so happy with the end results and would gladly have Jim back in our home for any project.
