Courteous and Professional from start to finish! They easily made it, and let me know 15 minutes before they expected to arrive. The two guys they sent out were friendly and polite and repaired the damage quickly. Our garage door was actually running better than before we damaged it when they were done, and they also gave us some advice on how to keep it in good working order in the future. Would definitely recommend them. Great value for the price!

Received referral to Southwood from Scott Glover Plumbing. Called few places to get quotes for garage door spring break & new seal. (NOTE: DO NOT USE HOME ADVISOR). Southwood came referred & gave best price to replace both springs & seal. Spoke with Jamie who set appointment for next day. Service tech named Rick was here 5 min early & tolerated an out of control yappy little Lola (chihuahua) following him everywhere along with her quiet backup Chunky (pitbull rescue)! Rick was VERY nice & professional - learned he has been with the company for 20+ years. The only regret we have is not tipping him (we had no cash). Super nice guy & entire experience went very smoothly. He actually cares! Checked out all bolts, etc & lubricated. TYTYTY :)

Southwood had friendly staff and workers. They did a very good job installing our new garage door. However, I was overcharged for my final payment and when I contacted them about a refund, I was told a check would be sent in the mail promptly with the overpayment amount. Six weeks later and that check never came and they wont respond to any of my emails or phone calls. Now I am fighting through my credit card. Too bad, ruined what would have been a great experience if they had only followed through with their promise. Well see what happens next..

Great company! They installed the screen garage door in no time, and have been very quick to respond when we accidentally tore the screen loose a couple of times (theres a learning curve to get used to having that screen in the garage) lol!

Ordered remote for roll up screen. They mailed it regular mail, charging me $5 for mailing. Never received it. Called them. I asked if they sent it express mail so it could be tracked. She said no. She said she would send another express mail. She charged me another $15. Not happy with their attitude on phone and their unsatisfactory, costly delivery procedures.
