Love this place! Always find something when we go. They have selection for the young & older generations. And the owners are the sweetest people ever.

Apparently just moving into a new location theyve added lots more clothing. The new location looks nice and is much larger but as usual the prices are really high.

Great bargains on some quality apparel! Most shoes and sandals were Clarks, and both high end name brands. Trick is, getting what you want in your size!!

Stopped in with the wife and sister-in-law on Black Friday 2018, and the help at this location is and was totally pathetic. Asked the young lady for help and she just threw her arms up and walked away.Really? If you want to be in the service industry have some damn compassion or find another job!

I love stopping into this store and seeing the incredible selection of CROCS and other brands. I have purchased the most comfortable and stylish sandals here. I definitely recommend it to anyone.

In all my years of shopping( and I do a lot of it!), I have never experienced a more nonchalant could careless attitude than I experienced at TS Shoes. First and foremost, the lady that sold us the shoes was very nice, very helpful, and pleasant. Sadly, she was not there the day I went back. I have never written any kind of online review, but this terrible experience has compelled me to share. Purchased a $150 pair of shoes. 20 days later, and only worn twice, the stitching is coming undone around the heel. We were told what a great shoe they were when we bought them. When I went to see if we could exchange the obviously defective pair, I was told..we cant do anything, we just sell them. The young lady then got her grandfather who came out, looked at shoes, shrugged his shoulders and advised me I would have to contact manufacturer. I then asked if he had any contact info he could give me for warranty or defect issues and he told me to just go online and get it myself. This store has a great selection of the popular casual comfort shoe brands and we like to support the small businesses before we go to national chains.Unfortunately, they are severely lacking in customer service. There was not one ounce of concern or empyathy that the high end shoe they had sold did not last 30 days. The attitude was more like how dare I bother them with such a request. They sell shoes, they dont care if they last or not.As a result, I will never step foot in this store ever again. Their loss since you can get the same shoes many other places for less money. I wouldnt even give 1 star but you have to in order to post.

I love my clarks they are so comfort on my feet.
