I like Michaels store. I bought two bouquets if fall flowers at 40% it is a great bargain. Michaels has everything for anything. It is great place to shop.

I have good interactions with the older employees, the younger ones don’t seem to know what’s going on in their own store. Last outing I had to MICHAELS the employee named (Amanda) felt she had to triple quadruple check a sale that was going on in their store. How dare I leave out with such a good deal, I just left the items on the counter and left out. Not cool, if I didn’t know any better I would’ve thought she owned the store and that she was afraid of losing money out of HER own pocket.

It’s awful.Never has anything in stock. Ever. Like it never recovered from the pandemic supply disruptions. The people that work there, though nice, aren’t very helpful (I’ve had to explain to two of them what foam core board is).Go to the one in Clifton. It’s like 8-10 mins away. Way bigger, most things in stock, and more helpful employees. Ditch this one.

I was trying to have a quick in-and-out trip. I know exactly what I wanted to look at, the jewelry section. I think I spent in total 15 to 20 minutes, with only five of those minutes in the checkout. I have the Michaels app on my phone so I have my account information and multiple vouchers and coupons in the palm of my hand, which made everything much quicker. The store is very clean oh, there was a worker who is continuously walking through the aisles and picking up things customers place down. The store was very quiet, extremely quiet, to the point that if anyone left or said anything a bit over whisper you could hear it from the other side of the store. Not a problem, just something I thought I would include LOL.

Great customer service & help me with customizing my picture boarder for 3 different pictures. The picture framing department did an outstanding job, took their time to help me organize the pictures so they can fix the picture frame, & was patience with me. Cant wait to get them so I can put them together and finish my product.

This Micheals is an okay store. They have a lot of merchandise. However they are almost Always short staffed. Not enough cashiers at the register! Blick art materials offers both student and teacher discounts. Micheals on the other hand has No Student discounts. only teachers. If you need assistance with security locked items; Don’t bother they’ll never come. A while back I visited and needed assistance getting access to some Copic markers. Went to the aisle where they sell the spray paint and a man and his kid were having the same exact issue. Asked an employee for help and waited 30 minutes. I gave up and left.

Very polite staff, internet was down and I was offered my purchase for free since my order wasnt ready to be picked up. They tried their best to accommodate the customer, will definitely go back to this location.

Michaels always has a lot of supplies, but not everything. This was a smaller Michaels store than Ive been to. Other than that, all good.

This is one of the larger locations with great selections. Staff was also helpful. This was my 1st visit to this store I normally go to Bayonne but may take the extra trip back at times. Next time ill be sure to get pics.

Trying to ask for customer service in store was horrid. Seemed like they were more interested in what employee clocked in at what time which could have waited until customer service was provided so I left.

Pretty large Michaels that if you get anxiety entering stores with over abundance of choices, avoid at all cost. They had a lot of frames, crafting supplies and aisles more to roam through thay I had to just walk to register and cash out. Clean store but at time I went was a bit crowded.

Great place, usually out of stock on most crafting items but their so organized that its easy to identify when they dont have the items youre seeking.

This store has a really good layout and always stays very organized. A creative person can get lost in here for hours with everything available. Keep on mind though, the convenience of having everything in one place comes at a price. Alot of things can be found cheaper elsewhere but the convenience of having it all in one place is nice.

Went to get something for my granddaughter. Found what I needed with the help of some very polite employees !! You would be amazed how many different things they have there!

How do you not accept phone pay?

This particular location products are aimed towards the creative consumer and not the enthusiastic artist. I went there looking for vine charcoal sticks and white charcoal and the charcoal was prepackaged charcoal pencils inclusive of white charcoal. Also some of my water colors are dried out in tubes and I would cut open the tubes and add its contents to a 2 oz. resealable clear container. No 2oz. containers. I asked the associates for assistance on the 2 oz. containers and a price check on a brush and both said to go to aisle 25. For anyones edification the price check device is located in the front of aisle 27 and 2 oz. containers are NOT in aisle 25.

Lots and lots and LOTS of craft stuff. Staff seems friendly and helpful. Dont forget to look online for a coupon. I used to go to AC Moore and this replaced it, the only thing they dont have that AC did was fabric for sewing (but I could be mistaken) They have a good selection of kids craft kits to keep your kids busy. Nice store.

Staff are very helpful with answering questions and directions to products.They kindly accepted to do a return 5 minutes before closing time and it was super smooth. Store is well stocked,well kept and theres so much available to make dreams come true. Hope Michaels will weather this Storm and stay around.

I looove this location. Always organized and clean (a MOST) with staffs that are very helpful and professional. I’ve been coming to this location (convenient location) for over a year and I don’t remember anything that I could possibly complain about (at least till this day). A huge + I love about Michaels it’s there discounts and an coupons. I mean who wouldn’t 😄It’s literally a nightmare for my boyfriend when I ask him to take me to Michael’s 🙃

I always come here and when I say this place has the Best Service, I mean it! Lines are fast even when they’re long, Staff is always friendly and helpful. They always have what I’m looking for! They work hard to ensure all items are in stock. The other Micheals stores I’ve been to cannot compare to this. I wish they’d have more classes and activities for us artists.

Love the collection, although some of the paints were out of stock. But there was a lot of items out of place, made it harder for me to find stuff. Havent had the chance to explore the aisles but will do soon.

I understand that there’s a pandemic and greater things going on in the world around us. But I showed up to this Michaels to get supplies and I realized there’s ONLY curbside pick up which is fine and I understand. So I placed my order at 5:00pm for same day pick up. I sat and waited in my car assuming my items would be ready quick since it was only 5 things. But I got nervous around 5:30 and called the store to which they told me I wouldn’t be able to get my items until the following day. I don’t understand why the website or anywhere wouldn’t state that if you order by a certain time you wouldn’t be able to get it the same day. ALL of the advertisements says SAME DAY. The girl on the phone was extremely condescending.

Ive visited other Michaels in the area, but I like this one the best. Their selection is always great. The store is always clean and organized. The staff is helpful and courteous.
