The customer service in the Audi Meadowlands service department is atrocious . Starting with the multistep phone tree call in process which requires you to wait 3-10 minutes just to talk to a live person. Then it takes multiple tries to find the status of your car. During the last service experience I called in three time during the day to get the cars status. On the third time my service consultant left for the day at 5:00 and the remaining service person said they did not understand the screen to know what the status of my car was. This level of incompetence and lack of care is a repeat of the last time I took my other Audi in for service. This dealership just doesnt get customer service. Love the cars just not the customer service, so Im just taking my business to another dealership that I hope has a better appreciation for their customers time.

I cannot say enough about working with Michael for leasing a car. My experience with car leasing and sales often tend to be negative. In my years of leasing cars, I have found that dealerships tend to be extremely pushy and put a lot of pressure on the buyer in the moment. This couldnt have been more of the opposite. Michael works with you to help fit your needs and does not breathe down your neck to close the deal. He also goes out of his way to make sure youre well taken care of, is meeting your financial needs, and is knowledgeable about what he is doing. I could not recommend a better salesman as well as when going to the dealership, signing paperwork with the financial department (a very warm and welcoming woman, her name slips my memory) but its very personal and does not feel like youre just another sale. Buyer beware!We purchased a pre-owned car from this company a few months ago but didnt realize at the time that the AC wasnt working (because it was winter). When we brought it back to have it fixed, the girl at the font desk said, you should have figured that out when you bought it! They refused to look at the car and said that there was no warrantee (despite the fact that the car was purchased there a few months ago).I ended up leaving and taking the car to another shop who fixed the problem for $150! It was a simple fix, but this dealership wanted nothing to do with me or my car. Just know that once you drive off the lot (despite what they say), its likely you will get screwed if there is a problem with your car.

Three years later (at lease’s maturity)I decided to change things around and went in for a newer SUV Q5 Prestige.
