Best rug company ever. Stocks till the sky!

Shopping for an expensive area rug via website/phone is difficult. I first contacted Bokara Rugs by email and received a response within 48 hours. I then spoke to Patrick, a sales representative, who was up for the challenge. I found him to be very knowledgeable, efficient, professional and prompt in following up with my questions. He was never pushy and wanted me to happy with my purchase. I love my new area rug and will continue to keep Bokara Rugs/Patrick in mind for future purchases.

After shopping at few places we ended up in Bokara and were very lucky to get the acquaintance of Patrick. This place is huge and youve to see it to believe it. Add Patricks hospitality on top of it, it is fun to shop. We made multiple trips and even though the original plan was to buy a rug for the family room, we ended up buying 4 rugs (1 - 10x14, 2 9x12 rugs and a runner). Patrick always welcomed us with a smile, treated us nicely showed us multiple rugs before we made the selection and also gave us a great price. Folks who are planning to do rug shopping, should go straight to Bokara and I recommend this place without any hesitation.

Great experience here and amazing/knowledgeable staff! Massive collection yet they make it extremely easy to find exactly what you need. Only use Bokara for rugs.

After looking at hundred of oriental carpets in different websites, I was finally able to find a Mori Bokhara rug that perfectly fits my dining area. Price was reasonable, customer service excellent, and delivery was sooner than what I anticipated. I want to thank Patrick for his patience in helping me to choose the right carpet. I highly recommend this store.
