Talked to a sales rep (Brandi) to make an order yesterday. She told me it would be ready by 11am today. I drove up from Philadelphia to pick up the order and When I got to the RoseBrand warehouse at 1:00pm nothing was ready and the warehouse folks had no record of the order despite the fact that it had been paid for. Had to sit and wait for them to figure out that it was already paid for due to incompetence and poor communication of the sales rep. Sales reps were not accomodating or apologetic and blamed everything on another department. Overall was a terrible cutomer experience. Would not recommend rosebrand. At the very least would engage with them online and bypass the incompetent sales staff.

Great place for large fabrics and theatre equipment. Location stopped the last star, but it is not too bad an issue. Everyone gave great service, operators were awesome on phone asking questions and taking my order. Will be my theatrical fabric stop from now on.

Customer service there is sorely lacking. Its very difficult to get somebody to give you help. Dont even ask for getting help loading your van your pretty much pointed to the item and youre supposed to load it in there yourself. Theyre more concerned about getting to lunch on time. If youre planning to use that location prepare to be there a really long time.Edit to my review. So I dropped off again at this same location and guess what same horrible service. I had to lug 2 heavy boxes up to the counter instead of advising me to back my van up to the loading dock. Plus I had an additional wait at the counter as the counter person just disappeared. As for this I dropped my rating to one star. And to the owner please dont ask for my phone number as all of your clients should get better service without speaking to you directly. Also if your looking to speak to me Im probably still at the front counter.

Great place to work if your up for labor work

Absolute excellent and consistent services. We work with Matt (ext 161) at least once a week and he is always helpful, expedient and almost always has a solution for our needs. Could not be more grateful for the support and resources that Rose Brand offers to industry.

I have been using Rose Brand for custom drape projects for both theater and events for the past 6 years and I have never been disappointed in their work. The prices are reasonable and the work is always impeccable. Their customer service reps are always very helpful and pleasant and they have a wealth of knowledge about the products they are selling. I can go to them with an idea and a half-conceived method for how to achieve what Im looking for and they will offer ideas and insight to make the design a reality. I cannot recommend them enough!

Rose Brand is TOP NOTCH! The one on one service gives any design the personal expertise it needs. I dont know what I would do with out my Renee Vero. Its always nice to here the same voice on the phone and have them remember every detail of your personal project regardless of the number of clients dealt with each day. GO TEAM!

If you want the excuses that their departments “lie” to each other in regards to when an order is ready, take your business here. I was told this first hand when I inquired how long it would take for the order to be ready. It amazes me how everyone I encountered made me as a customer feel like a nuisance. Not even a simple “can I help you”. Just a smug face from the associate and “what’s your order number” when he felt he was up to it.

What can I say about Rose Brand? I feel total gratitude...we all feel total gratitude for Rose Brand after years of working with their amazing line of theatrical production supplies. We have thrilled as they continually grow and bring new and innovative products to market. They have brought us all to new heights with new capabilities that have been vital to me as a production designer and everyone one else from lighting to video, sound, rigging, audio and production. And we and our audiences have seen amazing productions that have only been made possible by the fantastic fabrics, paints, hardware and other great products offered by Rose Brand. But beyond the product line is great customer service that over the years for me has lead to many friendship born from everyones caring commitment to the arts. We are all so thankful.
