Item not delivered refuse to replace or issue a refund. Horrible customer service spend your money with a company that will truly appreciate it and your hard earned dollar. Horrible customer service. Seem like scammers to me!

I bought some stair rugs from KYNC via Amazon. The rugs were in great shape and looked wonderful. I needed a second landing rug and their customer service helped me out immediately, it was amazing!
