So, I need to say that Robert and Jennifer were very professional providing a very detailed information, which was very useful to satisfy my needs. Excellent customer service!!!! Jennifer the service agent i worked with today went above and beyond my expectations. First I needed to close out my account but forgot my key.She immediately dispatched an employee to cut the lock on my request. When I went to close account and get refund for unused time, she explained that my contract clearly states no refunds of monthly payments already charged.After I asked a few times about any exceptions, she simply told me she would investigate further, and would get back to me by the end of the day.Not even an hour later she called me and refunded the previous payment and charged me only for the days I used.I was pleasantly surprised, relieved and happy with her follow up and attitude towards a long time customerThank you Jennifer, I sincerely hope your company knows that they have a quality human being representing their brand. I used to rent at Storage Blue in Union City the access to my unit was horrible! Definitely did not run into that here. Access to units are quick and easy!! Completely hassle free on all levels! This is a bait and switch type of business.After the first 3 months they arbitrarily increased my rate by 53% or $85 from one month to the next. Curiously this happened after I indicated in a survey that I was planning to rent the unit long term. Well......not anymore! Its very unethical and a really poor service to the customers.

Jose was the best. Very kind and efficient as I was on a time crunch. He made sure I had all the info I needed prior to move-in. Ernesto walked me thru and took the time to show me the facility. Great people!!!When I had to relocate to another location, Jose personally called the other Extra Space to make it easier for me. I can’t thank him enough. I highly recommend.
