This place is awful the guy did even know if the washer or the dryer was used then he didnt know the freaking prices and I just left hes a horrible salesman and will never make any money or sell anything

I have done business for years with National TV....When my home burned down, I went to them first and paid cash to furnish my new home fully...BUT, THAT WAS BEFORE THEIR NEW MANAGEMENT TOOK OVER...My debit card was lost or stolen, so I has to order a new one...it was right before my next payment due....the week later,I still hadnt gotten it in the mail...well,they were aware and said it was ok....i get home tonight and find out that they had come around 7pm to repo my stackable washer and dryer...on a Saturday night, banging on my door so loudly that they wake my next door neighbors son...please bear in mind the neighbor is the manager of my apartment and it got so hostile by the repo people that the cops were called...really? These are the people I always used to be happy with doing business... I dont know who put these people in place, but I seriously would never do business there again...im setting out the washer and dryer by the road before I go to sleep Sunday night and this company can now take a long walk off a short cliff....NEVER AGAIN!Never even got a call or voicemail...your new management is lacking...you can thank them for your loss of business in your Sedalia location...i will post my disgust with your company on every social outlet I can possibly find...your people actually picked an argument with the manager of where I live? Really? I hope your company goes down in flames and the sad fact is, I used to brag about how decent you were to customers...

Very good customer service, great quality of furniture with great prices, friendly staff that work with you if you are struggling alittle bit, fast and friendly delivery service. Much better then arrons and much cheaper then rac. Would recommend this place to anybody and everybody.
