Gotta heck of a good battery for my zero turn, cost a little more than the box store. It had almost 200 CCA than the box store battery, it was worth the extra money.

Good supply of parts, staff isnt always much more than a cashier, need to assure allways have at least one staff person auto part knowledgeable.

Their part warranty is a scam. They say they process claims within 2 weeks - not true! 4 months later they lost the part. They say such things like: part not inspected, we just installed a new computer system which is slowing us down, need more info, need more time, Ill email this person or that and no answer to any emails they send, part lost, missing number and we are still looking for the part. To get your call through its a 20-30 min wait ever time. To get a call back its 2-3 days wait. Not organized because they are always missing something or losing something. I found it difficult to work with John Davis, Quinn, Rashel, and Mike.
