The guy who first talked to me seemed genuinely annoyed that I was there. He tried to send me away because I wanted a check engine light diagnostic, and then sighed when I still asked for an oil change. Super rude, unfriendly service.

Way over priced. They wanted $93. For a 6 quart oil change with synthetic oil. After I complained they did it for $63. They tried to tell me I needed a new air filter. The one in it had 5000 miles on it. With no gravel road driving. I believe that would have been $50. Next they told me my battery was bad. It is less then a year old and has a 3 year free replacement warranty on it. Then they wanted $25 dollars to clean my battery terminals. To be fair one did need it. They are very expensive and try to sell you things you do not need. I will never use them again.

I have a 2014 VW Tiguan which I was nervous about not being able to use their services. The guys at this location were professional, but personable, friendly and had a great down to earth manner. Loved it, they helped me with a discount and just overall experience was great. I’m coming back.

While I was waiting there was a description of services the perform and a couple of the was vacuum interior and clean exterior windows and on my receipt it says completed but neither was done. So disappointed in that. Other than that quick and friendly.

Poor quality I have my oil changed on September 17 after that I been having paddles of water on my floor mats 😠

On one of our recent drives across the United States, we stopped at this Jiffy Lube to get our fluids topped off. The manager was super kind and attentive, and he oversaw the employees as they thoroughly checked everything, including our tires (which needed air, as we had just trekked over mountain ranges). We were very pleased with the service.

Cary greeted me in the best way possible, with a smile! Got my oil change with all the perks for less than 35 bucks with my coupon, which was super easy to use. Waiting room was clean and inviting even with everything going on I was comfortable. Got everything done with enough time to fill up afterwards at the breaktime all on my half hour break at work. I wasn’t asked much about my information. I wasn’t greeted either- just next in line. The attendant asked what I wanted to put in. I asked what was put in last time. He said 5w20 and I asked of that was best for summer . He said he recommended synthetic oil. I didn’t want to pay that much and said to put in 5w20. He ended up putting Synthetic 5w20 and it cost me over $65. I am not pleased at all and will probably use a dealership to change my oil next time.

Both my husband and I have gone here for an oil change. I asked the employee if they had my synthetic oil and he very rudely said “yeah it’s an oil change shop of course we do” so I pull my car around and take my son and I to the waiting room and 10 minutes later he comes back and said they don’t have enough oil. It was very Inconvenient for me to take my son out and wait for no reason. Then my husband goes today and they were completely rude to him and he flat out told him he will go elsewhere. Very unprofessional

Having worked in a hospital setting for years customer service is very important to me. Saying that I received the best customer service from the jiffy lube in sedalia mo. They kept me informed on what they were doing and How much longer it would take to finish the the maintenance I requested. The Time it took to rotate tires, flush and replace coolant and of course a oil change was much faster than I expected.I was also impressed that the jiffy lube crew double checked all maintenance completed.I highly recommend the sedalia jiffy lube and rate them with 5+ stars and will certainly take my cars there again for maint.I switched from another place to jiffy lube because of poor service.

Had my 1012 Silverado serviced excellent quality in an out in no time they are very informative and personable.

Wont ever go back. Way too expensive. Needed an oil change right before the start of the 4th of July weekend. This was the only place not packed or closed up in our small town. $120 for less than 15 minutes worth of work. Staff was friendly and fast but that is about all this expensive place had going for them. Steer clear if you dont want an super expensive oil change and service.

Jiffy lube always does a good job of doing oil changes and small maintenance on my vehicle. Nothing ever died from clean oil is cheap insurance that your vehicle will last you longer.they have just about every brand too.They can change every filter service transmission, rearends,flush your coolant.

First time here and was a little hesitant. Just had my Tahoe serviced and I couldnt be more pleased with the service. I stood in the bay and watched their process. They communicate professionally so nothing was missed, the manager was very attentive, and the employees were on top of the game. Service was fast and honestly I was amazed at the process. I went here for a simple oil change. Not only did they overcharge me like crazy, they didnt top off the other fluids like they are supposed to, or check the tire pressure. Plus, they dented my door and front quarter panel and refuse to fix it!!

I feel bad for writing this so late but better late than never. I was driving thru Sedalia headed home from Kansas City on a horrible weather day. I left KC with weather icing horrible on 1/17/20 and stopped at the Break Time there connected to Jiffy Lube to put some air in my tires as my car showed that it was needed in two tires. I paid the machine and filled my tires with air accordingly, as the machine showed that my tires had reached their max air. However, upon getting into my car it showed differently. I inquired with the gas station attendant and maintenance worker if the air machine was working correctly and they replied yes but I could go and check with the Jiffy Lube connected next door and see if they would be willing to assist. The gentleman working were very helpful and professional. Cary, Chandler and Eddie were very quick to assist me. Told me to pull my car around and immediately got to work. They saw all the ice on my car and I had already explained I was traveling two more hours aways and they began to tell me how all the ice on my car was bad for gas mileage and worked to take the ice off, check all my tires air pressure and ensure that my wiper blades were still good. They were quick, proficient and helpful, not to mention polite.

First time coming here, Cary and Levi did a terrific job! Employees were professional and polite! My car was finished in a very time efficient manner! I definitely will be coming back to Jiffy Lube! :)

I utilize a company car that requires frequent oil changes due to the amount of driving for which we use the company car, and the staff at the Sedalia Jiffy Lube always get me in and back out very quickly, they know me by name, and they are always very friendly and professional. It makes it an enjoyable experience each time.

Was on a road trip across country when my oil indicator light came on. Had to get an oil change and came into Jiffy lube. I also was going to get my wiper blades replaced but they said they did not have the right size. After getting back on the road and a 100 miles or so from the shop, I turned my wipers on and they forgot to put one blade back on. My windshield now has a distinct mark on it. Additionally, once I got to my final destination I had my car checked out by another mechanic. I was informed that my car was a quart and a half short of oil and the oil filter was a mess. Jiffy Lube told me they did a full change including the filter. I called into the store and the manager Cary gave me a guarantee that my oil was changed as well as the filter. No way my car would be over s quart short of oil 5 days after an oil change. I told the shop I was on a road trip and they swindled me, be weary of this store. I am in the process of contacting the BBB and Jiffy Lube corporate.

First experience here and all I can say is WOW! These guys are fast, polite, professional and hilarious. First time Ive have ever laughed and enjoyed getting my oil changed. I will most certainly be back.

I havent used an oil change place in a long time. When I arrived, I wasnt instructed on what to do. Man came to door and simply stood there. No identifying tags on clothes, didnt know he worked there. After a while he came over and asked if he could help us. Told him wanted oil change... Leave keys in car, then went to door again.? So I guessed that meant leave car there and go in. Inside no one greeted us or asked us anything... After a while, someone came and told us some options. It was really strange the whole transaction. Communication is key to knowing what your supposed to do. I will probably never return here for service, though the service was done correctly. I never felt comfortable there.

Would not recommend this business, the two times I went there check engine light has come on right after I left. First time they didnt put the air filter cover back on correctly and this last time, I still havent figured out what they screwed up. I really wouldnt even give them one star. Very unsatisfying service.

Dont take your car here. It was $70 for an oil change with not even full synthetic oil. On top of that a few days later I checked the oil and they overfilled it. Hope my car isnt damaged, will never go here again.

Normally I love jiffy lube but this particular worker cary was a complete jackass about my entire visit. Normally I enjoy jiffy lube because they check everything including the lights on your car. To make sure everything is up and running correctly. Cary told me he could not change my blinker light because it would take to long to change and he would lose out on money. He argued with me about the blinker for a long time, I even offered to pay extra for the time that he would of had to spend extra fixing my light. He told me he would not spend the extra time fixing my light. He eventually did it, and instead of the extra 30 minutes he thought it would take, it only took about 10 at most. If you dont want to do a service, dont offer it.

Fast and friendly! Great customer service! We had an oil change and tires rotation done on my car 2-11-17. When we left the car made a noise on the front wheel. We turned around and came back in. The manager ( not sure of her name) took our car back in the bay checked it out. She said they couldnt find anything wrong. We let her drive the car down the road to check it. She didnt hear or find anything wrong. She said if it does it again bring it back. About an hour or so later. We got a phone call from her she was checking up on us making sure we were ok and the car was running ok.We really appreciate the call and the concern. Good job!! 😀

Paid $110 for a oil change and a air filter for my truck and when I was driving back home my truck sounded different so when I got home I popped the hood and they left my air filter box wide open and no air filter in it and lost almost all my clips to my air filter but 3 I am not happy at all

I have used jiffy lube for many years they do a great job i change my oil about every 3 to 4 rhousand miles even though they say i can go to longer. I figure clean oil never killed an engine. Actually seen it proven on screw ammonia compressors . The cleaner the oil the longer they last.They are always friendily do thier job let me know about specials that save me a few bucks.They put your car in the computer so when you come in they know you want this that and what have you. But they always check anyhow.I think its a great little shop.

Got an oil change here and while it was incredibly fast they must have forgotten to complete tighten everything up. Ended up having a small gradual oil leak due to it.

Over priced for me. I rather goto Wal-Mart quick lube.

They got my oil changed, filled all the necessary fluids and even cleaned my windshield within 15 minutes.

I drive an hour to Sedalia and an hour home 5-6 days a week for work. Generally, I use the Jiffy Lube located closer to home, but with my crazy schedule, I rarely have the time to make it there. Mind you, I am fully capable of chaning it myself, but we recently moved and not everything I would need is at our new home just yet. Today at 5:25pm, I pulled around to enter the bay at this Jiffy Lube location. Before I even pull up to one of the doors, a young kid/service tech stops me. I roll down the window, he just stares at me. So I say, Hello. I just need an oil change. He says, Have you been here before? Im a little confused as to the relevance....but I reply, Ive been to multiple Jiffy Lube s before, but not this specific location. He goes on to tell me some nonsense about, The drain plug for this specific car is really hard for us to get. We can do it, but it would round out and your dealership would charge you $300 to fix it. It would void the warranty. Hmmm....where do I begin? #1. I dont appreciate being treated as though Im an idiot when it comes to vehicles, just because I am female. #2. I was raised by a mechanic, so I know enough to know bull**** when I hear it. #3. I understand you close at 6pm, but there is nobody in your building, I can see you have already started cleaning up shop and closing everything down through your giant bay doors. #4. The drain plug has no need to be changed unless its damaged, which mine is not, and this kid had no easy of knowing since I didnt even enter the shop. #5. There is a dealership right down the road, and an AutoZone 300 yards away. Im sure theyre not that hard for you all to come by. This kid proceeds to tell me The Jiffy Lube you go to is owned by MFA. Again....relevance? Anyway, the more I thought about it, the angrier I became. So I tell my experience to a buddy of mine who used to be a service tech for Jiffy Lube. He tells me this kid was definitely just blowing smoke, and being connected to a Break Time, this location is likely owned by MFA as well. I will not take any vehicles to this location. Sad thing is, there are probably some technicians there who care about customer service and will actually do a fantastic job. But this dude ruined it for me.

Bad service I went in for an oil change and I was parked right where I should be was asked to move so I did thanking you know something was going on so I moved all the way and they plagued somebody else back to take that spot so I got out of my car and I was going in to find out why and they lock the door on me and kept shaking their head no I asked for a manager three times and they said none was there will never go back

They can never figure out how to run gift cards. Last time I sat there for 45 minutes with me being the only car, and they did not do a thing to the car. When I asked they told me the computer system was down so they were unable to change my oil.I have used them for years, but the quality has dropped sharply in the past few years
