David and Alicia were lifesavers. Had some issues when switching over to FirstNet, but with a little time and patience they had me out the door and working great. They both took the time to sit down and understand the problem, while explaining what they were working on behind the scenes to get the issue resolved. Would recommend them to anyone needing help.

When I purchased my phones on the payments plan, I asked if I was under a contract and was told no. When I decided to go to a different carrier for more data at a much lower price, I found out I couldnt till the phones were paid off. Since I had other services with AT&T I assumed I could finish paying them off. So basically if one finances one on the payment plan you are under a contract to use them as a carrier. The best thing to do is pay for the phone upfront

Ally and Anthony were so very helpful.. we were here for several hours and they were so courteous and patient with us setting up our new phones! Loved them both for all their efforts in helping both me and my husband!

Ally informed myself and my mom that we couldnt buy phones outright unless they were being used on an AT&T plan but when we spoke to an AT&T agent online we were told completely different and also bought and paid for 2 phones without them being on an AT&T plan. She almost cost AT&T over a grand in sales. She either needs fired or maybe taught your policies.

David from the Sedalia location was the absolute best at getting me set up with a new phone and plan! He was the most helpful associate I have ever had in my AT&T store experience and as a long time customer that’s saying something! Would’t let me get a new SIM card because I didn’t have my photo ID. I had a photo in my cellphone and other forms of ID on me. Been with this company for over ten years and have ten lines. Needed a simple SIM card. Have my phone with my app and number on it along with my four digit access code. Waited for half an hour before getting help while there were three employees in back. Even helped an elder woman with her phone while waiting it line. Poor customer service and I don’t understand why I need a photo ID to access my account that I set up for a simple SD card while they allowed my brother to get a new phone on my account without me present or my consent and didn’t have an access code.

Ally is awesome. She helped me right away with an issue I was having with my phone. Im here from out of town and dont know anyone so I cant tell you how much I needed and appreciated her help.

They offered my Mother multiple plan options, and identified discount options through AARP, which will save her 10% from her monthly bill. David and Alicia were professional, kind, highly knowledgeable of AT&T’s available promotions, products and services - they were fast and accurate.The store is immaculate, well lit and really cool, too. My Mom and I were also impressed with the number of different phones they have on display. The iPhone we purchased and the color we requested was in-stock, too! David Stoermer was our sales consultant in the Sedalia Mo store. He was very patient and helpful with me. He gave me a lot of options to choose from and helped me even save money on my plan. Anytime I need help or an upgrade, I’m definitely going to him!

I took my mom on Sunday to get a new cell phone. Daiya was extremely patient with both of my parents. I was impressed by her gentle caring attitude. She kept us informed of what she had to do to resolve their issue and accomplished the task. ATT should be proud of her as an employee.

Alicia was fantastic! I was trying to report a phone outage and couldnt get through to the online help. Once I did, they were not helpful. Took a chance and called the local store. Alicia contacted the customer service department and merged my call. It felt good to talk to a real person who cared and helped out. Thank you!

6/21/21 Since the last update I am having trouble spending text messages. I went to the AT&T store stoll having trouble. Any assistance appreciated.

I went to the building yesterday and a lady attended me, said I had to wait outside of the building, took my data and said they will call me, I was there for plenty of time 30 minutes or more, then I better went inside and I did an appointment today at 11 when the store open, I wanted to be the first then I got there today and I was sent back outside to wait.......I was there just 20 minutes, nobody called me later or any, I do not think that store is really interested on having customers or sell a service, may be some people have had a good service but not my case.

Went to this store to get help with a new watch I got in the mail. Was told I was out on the list and they would come out and get me with one person ahead of me. Was out waiting and two people came after me. They said it would be 10 minutes. Meanwhile I was waiting my turn and they then took someone before me that came quite awhile after me. That is nonsense. First of all you make us wait outside till our turn and then you choose to take others before me. Failed on customer service. Will not be going back to this store. Was treated very rudely by the guy checking me in.

Waited an hour for service and didn’t even receive a greeting or an acknowledgment.

I called ahead to see about a quick appointment.Lindsy met me in the parking lot with the phone I requested and we were done maybe 15 minutes later. Lindsy was friendly, knowledgeable and ended up saving me money through some programs without me feeling like I was in a commercial. Im very happy with my visit.

All I wanted was to get my weather radar to operate. Tech failed to do it. Tech in Warrensburg tried two days prior. It worked once when I got home. Then nothing. Think Im headed to a T-MOBILE store for my next phone.Then only tech in Warrensburg that knew his way around my phone was let go. Shame. At least John knew what he was doing.

They are nothing but liars! They tell you one thing when you bring your phone in after they’ve looked at it but then when you bring it back all the sudden you have problems and pixels that are out and now they can’t give you what they promised. And since you have to pre-order your phones everything‘s already processed so you can’t take your old ones back!On a sidenote as others have stated, Lori who works there is as good as gold, but any of the others I’ve dealt with are as immoral as the company is!!!They better count their blessings that they have Lori.....
