I love going to this Starbucks. They have pleasant staff, they are always nice. I would give them 5 stars however, the fact that there is only one way in or out of this place makes it difficult sometimes to order from there. Basically have to park behind the building and walk over to go inside to avoid getting stuck in the parking lot due to the line. If this can be a problem a lot of the time because they for some reason have their lobby closed while the drive-thru is still open.

Got I guess someone elses coffee, it was a black coffee ☕ 😕, not my choice, but they were busie6than heck, so when I discovered it in the car, my husband drank it, I didnt want to go back in & wait another 20 minutes for right one

I ordered a hot apple macchiato online and when I got there they wouldn’t let me pick up my already made drink inside, they forced me to go through the drive through. After getting my drink it was iced instead of being hot, so when I told them it was supposed to be hot THEY GAVE ME ANOTHER ICED ONE! 0/10 would not recommend

Always pleasant staff and good coffee that stays very busy . Only thing negative bout this place is the parking lot / drive threw design .

Times are not consistent with online. The place is always closed. Long drive through wait time & you can’t leave once you are in line. Overall I would rather go anywhere else. We went across the street.

While I was the only indoor patron ordering 10 cars and 4 customers walked in and grab orders in the 15 minutes I stood waiting for a latte! Needless to say I left without a latte! No more Starbucks. I am only supporting small local coffee shops.

My favorite Starbucks drinks right now are the iced white chocolate mocha and the dragon fruit refresher 😍😋

I love Starbucks menu but the waiting time is ridiculous I cant be in a line for 45 just for a coffee! The location is horrible because you cant leave the line once your in it and people cant get out of the parking lot because of the long line because of the horrible long wait.

The wait in the drive thru is long but worth it. The service is friendly and the orders are accurate. Just prepare to wait a bit because of the location.

Easter morning with a line wrapped around the coffee shop; youd expect some negative attitudes from the baristas for being so busy on a holiday Im sure many of them would love to be spending with their families or friends...but not this Starbucks. Always impressed with the quick service and chipper demeanor of the baristas here and today was no exception!

Super super super slow. The people and services were fine but don’t plan to come through quickly.

Their speed was great during a crazy rush, both orders were correct and politely handled.

Waited in drive thru line an hour before I even got to the speaker to order. Couldn’t get out of line cus there’s too many cars plus had already paid on the app. Ridiculously slow and made me late. Will go to Warrensburg from now on even a long line I’m done in less than 30 minutes!

Wasnt busy but hadnt paid attention to their online orders. They didnt have everything for our food order and the coffee was cold even though we had to wait 10 extra minutes for it to be prepared. Not gonna go back.

Perfect drink and service

This seriously has to be one of the slowest Starbucks Ive ever been to. I was in the drive thru for 25 minutes. Every time Ive ever been to this location, they are crazy busy and only have 2 employees running the entire store. Never go here if youre in a hurry. At least the coffee is delicious though 😋

Ordered from the app for the first time and got an iced mocha when I thought I ordered a cafe mocha (hot). I took the drink and left as they were very busy. Not sure what to order to get a hot mocha. I looked at the order again and it said it came with steamed milk so I believe I ordered correctly.

Slow Drive thru Service even though we ordered 1 coffee

The drive through clerk was very friendly but when I got my venti, I noticed it felt much lighter than normal on weight. I opened the lid and scooped off all the foam and this is what I was left with... Grande coffee with venti foam...

Did a mobile order on my way out of town. Walked in to an empty store and wasnt greeted by a single person. Walked over to the end of the bar and could see my order but still wasnt acknowledged by a single person. The girls making drinks looked at me and still didnt say anything, the two girls standing in drive thru looked and made eye contact, still nothing. Finally there was a blonde guy who was making sandwiches who said something and Apologized the he didnt see me come in and gave me my drinks. He was the only good thing about the visit. Drinks tasted like the espresso was burnt, which is normal for this location. If I knew I couldve stopped in warrensburg for my coffee I wouldve.

My special-needs grown brother is in a nursing home in Sedalia. He LOVES Starbucks so I take him whenever I can get there. This Starbucks is AWESOME! Theyre ALWAYS very kind and professional. Our order is always perfect! The only complaint that I have is getting into and out of the parking lot. I know its not the employees fault. Be aware of this, and be patient, and kind. Were all trying to get in and out safely. 😊

Friendly customer service however the wait with the amount of people working behind counter and only one barista is poor management leaving us with a 30 minute wait for 2 drinks. Additionally they allow customers to just sit and talk with no mask on, and no they were not consuming beverages.

It’s absolutely ridiculous having to wait 10-20 minutes in the drive- through line. There seems to be enough employees, but some don’t do anything or care to reach out & take care of their customers first hand!

Perfect every single time. There is NEVER any issues with this place the people who work here are extremely friendly and were extremely understand when we asked for extra napkins for the frozen drinks we ordered. Me and my family always will come here when we pass by. No matter what season it is starbucks is the perfect place to go when your craving coffee or cake pops. 👌🌚👌

5+ stars for the super sweet and friendly staff. They are so sweet that I want to hug them, and I barely tolerate hugging people I know.Only downfall is that they are sometimes out of different things at odd times. Ive had them tell me they are out of banana bread for a whole weekend (after an event in town, but still), out of black iced tea, out of refreshers... etc. Ive always been able to find something, but not always what I really was in the mood for.

Not my local Starbucks. I have frequented this location probably ten times now and...STELLAR... staff is great under pressure and always friendly, always clean. I just have nothing bad to say about this place ....I thank you guys for making my life suck a little less with the delicious coffee that you make for me!

Delicious coffee drinks. Great service! I have to add that a few times Ive put in a mobile order because Im short on time, but ten minutes later when I arrive, they havent made the drink yet. Once I came in store and waited a good 15 minutes while they made all the drive-thru drinks instead of mine, too. That is very aggravating. Most of the time theyre fine though.

All the workers there are all very friendly. And the reason for my one star rating is that the past few times that I’ve went to the store and and on the app to order their mango dragon fruit refresher and strawberry açaí refreshers I’ve gotten the same response every time that they were currently sold out. Now wouldnt it make sense that since both the refreshers sell more that you would buy more of the product that sells out fast and order less product of least sold product???

Pretty good Starbucks. Its a little smaller than most Starbucks Ive been to and doesnt quite have the cozy feeling of other places but it gets the job done. The staff is very friendly and also fast at making drinks and everything tasted pretty good.

Went to enjoy a cold drink. Service was great but wasnt satisfied with drink. i asked to correct my drink. Shelbi did it for me and handled the situation in a very rudely manner all while murmuring something under her breath. Great place! But maybe employees need better customer satisfaction training?

When we ordered we told them no whip for all the drinks due to one of us being allergic but yet every drink we ordered was wrong

Love the drinks and they make my daughter so happy but if you go in, they take forever. Also, every time, if I want this 1 specific drink, they cant make it because 1 of the machines is broke.

A very relaxing place to get your coffee, the atmosphere allows for a perfect study/homework session for high schoolers and those in college. Employees are very kind.

Starbucks prides itself is fast and friendly service. Service here is friendly, sometimes, but not very fast. The drive thru window is there for a reason, for people who have places to be in a time crunch. I went there twice today and both times service was slow and my drink was wrong. I feel as though the service here has gone down tremendously.

The drinks and products are good and meet typical Starbucks quality. The workers are friendly. The bathrooms and sitting area is all kept clean. The problem with this particular location is that it takes a long time to make drinks in comparison to most other Starbucks. It is minimally a 10-15 minute wait every time, regardless of the time of day, number of customers, whether your in the drive through or in the lobby, or any other variables. Overall I would recommend this location, as long as youre not in a hurry.

A tad bit slow due to having two order takers, one window and one counter, and only one beverage maker. Also a display of LGBT flag on counter without having other life style and cultural representation was an in your face impression and thus offensive.

This place never gets your order correct! They completely ignore specific order details such as use sugar free vanilla syrup. Highly recommend going elsewhere.

They need a exit drive. If you park and theyre busy. You cant get out. Once youre in, youre stuck.

The drive through goes straight through the parking lot in a way that you will end up blocking people in. And if you end up blocking some impatient person in theyll get mad at you for that, so watch out. Our drinks were made how we asked them to be made. The one staff person we talked to was nice and polite. Not sure if it was just the day but the drive through was slow.

Go to Starbucks just about 3 to 4 times a week. Customer service is always wonderful. The manager is absolutely amazing and shes great! They are always positive and start the morning out right!

Im a regular and I give them a 4/5 because they are always out of refreshers. Most of the staff are friendly and have always remade my drinks. I have seen some reviews that are not true. @Mens Factory Shelbi is one of the nicest employees there and have always made sure my drink was right especially with the almond milk. Some of the employees mutter under their breath but I realize later they talk to themselves. Kind of rude to disclose the name of an employee on a review to make them seem bad! Anyways, I recommend their coffee.

The product is good. We went through the drive-thru. the lady at the window was not very polite. She was rushing through our order, and didnt tell us what she was handing to us, and gave us no napkins. We had to ask.

Amazing staff! I try to get the same Barista every time because he knows how I like my coffee. Ive never been disappointed with my visits to Starbucks. And they provide the perfect pick me ups for the afternoon slump!!! Highly recommended!!!!! :D
