Great staff…can’t say enough good things about pharmacist Darby! Very knowledgeable, and caring…I think he’s smarter than my doctor! 😉

I had a difficult prescription to get filled today. Walmart wasnt able to but the pharmacist called around for me and found it in stock at Plaza West. They in turn had to clarify thru my insurance it was covered and were just as helpful!! A huge Thank you to both. They all went out of their way to help!

Went in to get a script filled today. The pharmacist said he could only partially fill it for 7 days. Then, I would need to go back to doctor and get a new prescription.I took the prescription to Woods Pharmacy in Warrensburg Mo. They filled my prescription with no problem!!😂😂😂🐍🐸

This pharmacy is fast. Pharmacist on duty will answer any questions about medications. Walmart app has pharmacy account, history, and can control medication refills.

WONDERFUL PEOPLE WOTKING THERE JUST EXTREMLY BUSY BUT WAITING TIME ISNT REALLY TOO BAD

Customer service isnt their strong suit. Sometimes I get an automated msg or sometimes a text message when a prescription is ready... Or sometimes, just nothing. Monday April 28th they decided to I just dont rate well enough for customer service. They handed me a bag, informed me one of the medicines wasnt in stock, and thats it! They didnt offer to send it to walgreens or cvs. They didnt offer a future date it would be in stock. They basically said Oh, youre screwed. NEXT! I still havent gotten a call or text for which I am signed up. to tell me it came in and was filled or anything. Its just lost in pharmacy limbo I guess. Im slightly torn between 2 stars and 3

I only give it 4 stars because its always so crowded and so busy that no one really has the time to be friendly they attempted periodically

Awful customer service, not professional whatsoever. I will not be back. Too bad there is not an option for 0 stars!
