I love this little store! Its great being local because we always stop by right before a birthday party on the weekends. Theyll wrap up our gift and have us in and out in a few minutes. Makes it easy for Christmas shopping too.

This is one of favorite stores at Tlaquepaque. It is filled with toys for all ages. I have so much fun in this store. The staff is wonderful and very helpful. They also FREE gift wrapping !!!!!!!

I came in with my grandson to find a toy manufactured by a particular toy company. The store, I was told by the sales person, does not carry the brand. As we were leaving, staff admonished us to expand your horizons. My 10 year old grandson, acknowledging the statement for what it was, turned to me and said, Grandma, that was rude.

I purchased a toy for my son and When I arrived home openntge package and realized how cheap it was made for the amount of money I spent. I returned the next day after repackaging the toy in the same package with my receipt which stated if I was not completely satisfied with my purchase that I could return it within 30 days for a full refund. Upon returning the toy the employee stated she’d could not accept the return due to a slight tear in the package and she stated she couldn’t sell this anymore. Not only they would take back the product but started to argue with me in front of my grandson. You should be ashamed and this business exhibits poor ethics and business practices. I believe the only advantage they have is that the majority of their business is from tourist consumers who don’t have the option to return items....not that they would. Steer clear from incrupulous business and people run them.
