I love how caring and respectful this Walgreens is! They treat everyone with equal kindness unlike some of the customers they get like Ronald Lockwood, they are my favorite pharmacy around!! They always have my medication ready when I need. Freddie and Jeannie are the best technicians around!! I come here just to see my favorite men Brady and Jay;)

Love when they ask how was Walgreens or what ever store you are at. It is a Walgreens. Clean, quick, easy. Needed a few things and got in and out.

Took them 6 minutes to help me in the drive through after I got to the window where I was waiting in line for 15. Other than that the address they gave me on the covid test document sent me to CVS rather than wallgreens

Thank you PJ for being such a great help and taking the time to do your job. Come here for passport pics don’t waste your time with CVS.

Me and my grandma are locals here in sedona and we come to this Walgreens almost once a week. Every time we go to check out there is always the rudest lady named Jill I believe. She never greets us nicely and always gives us attitude even when we are always so sweet to her. Today we went in and she told me my sub total instead of the actual total which was 4 dollars off, that wasn’t what bothered me, it was the attitude she gave me after I told her thanks for telling me actual total.

Lines are always long. CVS on Airport Rd is newer, better choices, with less lines.

Just a bad experience all the way around, more interested in helping illegal aliens, not even ID card from this country then helping a card carrying American just a bad experience .... shame on you Sedona Walgreens

In and Out at the liquor department which ahs stunningly good prices.

I made an order online for pickup. Went to the store to pick it up, and after 50 minutes of waiting in the store, they didn’t have my order and told me to cancel it. And I was told just to buy my items in the store (and paid more because I didn’t get any of the coupons from online). Then I waited on hold for another 30 minutes because I had to call to cancel my order. I was able to get a refund, but after wasting a lot of my time. I love Walgreens, but maybe skip this specific location and find a CVS.

Nice store in Sedona!

This Walgreens goes out of their way to help. Keeps the registers moving and at the drive thru they are exceptionally helpful. Many times I did not have to go in for drug items. Great service

Called ahead for an eyeglass repair kit. They said they have it. They didnt. I wasted an hour coming down there to get it. Horrible service, the manager didnt even apologise and neither did the pharmacy.

My fiancé and I went in to the store while on vacation. And when we got up to the cashier the man looked at my fiancé, past the young white lady in front of us and him and asked “we found everything ok” (I have worked for Walgreens before and that is a word they use to ask if you have stolen anything with out saying you stole something) .Like he didn’t have anyone in from of him to assist. By the way my fiancé was the only African American woman in line and the other 5 people behind us were white. As we continued to checkout he asked multiple questions and I was so upset. My fiancé was very polite and answered every question he asked. I just don’t appreciate the racism of him over looking the with people and looking directly at us.

Good selection of food and merchandise but pharmacy leaves much to be desired, to say the least. Concerning the store as a whole, about 2/3 of the staff are so friendly and grateful to help you but the other 1/3 are very cold and probably should not be in the guest/customer service industry. I would have given a 4 but the pharmacy is just so terrible.

Always been great place

Extremely rude woman at the counter, rushed me when I was well aware of when the store was closing and was just extremely rude throughout the checkout process. This is not my first negative experience with her. Hope they finally fire her, Ill write a review with her name next time.

Paula (super grouchy old lady) was very rude. Definitely needs better costumer service for it being a tourist place. If I could give it less than a star I would. I was just purchasing 3 mugs and she even did this nasty face to me like if I had giving her the worst things to scan.

The pharmacy was SO disorganized! I called to refill a prescription. Then went to pick it up when they said it would be ready, only for them to tell me my insurance wouldnt cover it and I needed to call them. Come to discover my prescription got filled in another state by mistake and they needed to call that store to cancel it. I went to pick it up after all that when they said it would be ready. But it wasnt. So I came back later that night. Still not ready. I came back THE NEXT day, STILL not ready! Ughhh turns out they never called to cancel in the first place. So frustrated. We travel the country full-time and I have never been to a such a horrible Walgreens pharmacy.

Pricy, but sale item are well priced. The Pharmacy is hit & miss quick service or a long wait.

A very nice place to shop. I would disagree with the review that stated workers are rude. Just the opposite in my experience and I shop there weekly.

When I walked in, the cosmetics lady near the entrance squawked weirdly while looking at me, then went over to the liquor cashier and said, when I say your name, thats what I mean. I felt very uncomfortable and unwelcome and will not be returning to this store. There are other options in town, I feel sorry for people who are forced to go here.

My experience tonight with this particular location was unsatisfactory because of their lack of knowledge with their system. I called in advance to ask if western union was open until 9 pm as their website advertised and was given confirmation that it was correct. when i arrived at 8:05 pm with an already filled form to receive money i was met with a person who lead me to a computer to fill this information again, after 4 time of the system reading my information wrong and denying me the transfer i was accepted and directed to the register to pick up the transfer and i was met with more complications and finally a system is shut down reply at 8:29pm being denied my transfer after a call was made to western union being confirmed by ph the problem was fixed and it was to their discretion as to whether to complete the transaction and pay me and i was told the system is down and there is nothing they can or will do. My advice would be do not trust their system with western union transaction due to faulty system

I was shopping at the Sedona Walgreens when Larry, one of the cashiers commented on my clothes. I have been approached by this man time and time again in Walgreens, where he will make jokes about the items I was purchasing and ask personal questions. Annoyed by yet another joke from Larry, this time about my clothes, I told him to keep his eyes to himself. Ten minutes later I was checking out and Larry was the cashier. He told me I had to apologize, for him to serve me. Needless to say... I checked out with another lady....

Pharmacy is fast, friendly and helpful. Highly recommend
