Sorry but this place isn’t a REAL photography store. If you want a camera bag, strap, or lens cleaner it’s the place for you. They don’t have much else.

I tried to call in advance to see if they had the charger I needed, they did not pick up the phone. When I entered the store they told me I had to leave without a mask on even with a medical exemption. When asked if they are adhering to the American Disabilities Act, they responded saying they are a private property and can still ask me to leave.I’d recommend spending your money elsewhere unfortunately.

Love that there is a store in town to provide needed gear for photographers. We stopped in looking for a camera strap for my smaller mirrorless camera that I got for Christmas and brought on the trip. I was happy to see that they carried Peak Design products and I found just what I was looking for. I was also pleasantly surprised the prices were very reasonable!! I would recommend stopping in for all your photography needs.

Surprisingly decent selection of cameras and camera equipment. They even had a Fujifilm GFX medium format camera!

Very professional and excellent products. I was on vacation and left my tripod at home.I wanted to get a cheaper model but he had a Pattiblack that was very reasonable, exceedingly versatile, well made and designed to be portable. Its my number one now.

Eric and his crew are awesome. For a small camera shop in the middle of a tourist trap they really do a good job balancing their stock for first timers with the rare piece for more experienced photographers. They cant have everything (it would be wholly unfair to expect it) but they have the essentials plus some rather surprising pieces you may not be able to leave without purchasing. Service is excellent. Theyve been here for almost 70 years... And it aint no accident. You just have to respect that.

Not a good experience product or customer service wise. One of the sterling silver earrings I purchased made my ears infected nearly immediately. I don’t typically have issues with sterling silver so it’s a bummer to have now wasted money. The woman at the front desk (Shoulder length hair and glasses) was also very unhelpful and even sarcastic when we asked simple questions. Would not recommend this store.

Excellent shop in Sedona. I had a great conversation with the man behind the counter and he was very patient to teach me a few things about photography and my camera. This is exactly why I got a couple of things here instead of on line. The prices were pretty close to on line and the service is outstanding.

Sorry, not for me.. hopefully you read this. When a customer enters your store you should great them. I stood 4 ft from you unnoticed until I said I was leaving due to poor service. Not to mention very high prices.

Surpised to see a camera shop among all the rock and art shops. I spent a decent amount of time browsing and found it to have fair prices compared to online which is usually cheaper. Its also stocked well with many things to buy. I live in Phoenix and will be coming back to make some purchases soon!

A great place.Nice vintage stuff.They have many things which i didnt think they could have which were important and rare.I was helped by them getting an external battery charger for mu DSLR
