Ive brought 2 different MacBooks in for screen replacements, Laura was nothing but nice and professional. They did the work faster than they initially estimated and all works great. There are very few Certified Apple Repair shops in this area, so Im glad theyre here. It sure beats going to Best Buy and sending your computer off for 3 weeks.

BEWARE!!! Absolutely awful Customer service, could not even give me an idea of what it might cost to replace a MacBook Air screen. The women was very rude and kept interrupting me. I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere. Called two other shops in flagstaff and both were able to give me a clear idea of possible repair cost within a minute. NOT THIS SHOP, very unpleasant and only interested in getting a $120 diagnoses fee. Kept trying to explain me how the “industry worked” yet their competitors did the exact opposite of what she was saying. Wish I could give them zero stars.

These guys are great!! they took care of my battery issue right away and warranted the problem with apple. Laura followed up with me via phone call to let me know what was going on with my repair. i was refunded the $120 drop off fee (a fee that goes into service and parts if necessary) when i picked up my Mac. JC is a boss!!! thank you all very much!!

I went in on a whim to see if the could fix a drowned iphone. The women seemed annoyed with me just walking in the store. Then when I asked about the phone she scoffed, she actually SCOFFED at me and told me That nobody would fix that and I might as well just start making payments on a new phone. She was just plain rude and condescending. The nice powple on Main Street in cottonwood DID fix my phone and we NICE and helpful. If you value customer service, or being treated decently, I don’t recommend going here.

I had an excellent experience with the Mac PC Clinic recently. I think it was my first experience with them. Laura was pleasant and professional. Justin spent extra time with me. I brought my MacBook Air back to them for an unrelated problem a couple of days later and they immediately fixed my issue and at no charge! Theyre a great local resource.

Deceptive Practices - Rip Off!I took in a Macbook pro for a battery replacement, they refused to give me even a ball park price until I paid for a diagnosis fee. Given that there was no other store within a 100 miles, I paid the fee. The estimate for a battery then came back at over $400. The $120 already paid would go towards that repair cost, but even so was over double what the apple store thought a battery replacement would be. They should have said up front that a battery replacement would be at least $400, I would have immediately gone else where.Shame on me for falling for this kind of practice, please take the time and drive to the Apple store in Phoenix, it will save you money in the long run.

Warning: I dont advise visiting this computer repair shop, take your computer to an Apple Store Genius Bar for diagnosis! You will have to get past Laura, the receptionist, who believes she is an apple repair expert - dont ask her anything. She knows NOTHING and will give you misinformation information. She also gave me misinformation on the status of my repair. I literally had to wait for JC, a decent repair guy, to return from the field and ask him information about my computer. I was able to get my computer back - the cost was over $100 for diagnostic testing and nothing was done to fix my issue. The experience was a waste of time and money. I brought the computer to an Apple Genius bar in Phoenix and the problem was correctly diagnosed in 5 minutes at no cost. (The estimate for repair was a reasonable price).

So Disappointed!!! I drove 30 miles down from Flagstaff after calling & arranging to drop my 17 MacBook Pro off for repair. I explained that the audio selection was stuck on Digital Audio Out after I removed a digital audio cord & as a result, I couldnt select the Internal Speakers any longer. I also explained that I was missing a couple of screws from the bottom of the unit and that one of the screws was hanging half out, causing it to scratch any surfaces that I sat it down on. I also had a left speaker that was blown out as well... but, decided not to ask them to replace it at that time. After leaving the unit with Mac Clinic/PC Clinic, I received a phone call from one of their tech reps who inquired as to why I had left the unit with them. I thought that it was weird that they didnt know, but I reminded them of the issues & they asked if they could call me back after they looked into it further. A little while later, I received a call back from the rep who began to explain that I had a blown speaker and that maybe it was related to the issue... so, I asked them to replace it. Some time after, I received another call from the tech rep explaining that they were going to be forced to wipe the computer & reinstall the OS, which I regrettably agreed to as well. Days later, I received another call from a rep explaining that they had completed all the work, (New OS, New Speaker, Repaired Audio Out Selection, New Screws, Etc.) & that I can drive down to pick up the computer at anytime. Again I drove down to their store in Sedona & after paying over $300 & picking up my MacBook Pro, I drove back home only to find that the only thing that they did was install the very earliest of OSs with no updates. They never removed the outer casing of my computer, therefore, they never repaired the speaker or installed new screws. In fact, the screw that was half hanging out was still right where I left it. The worst part, was that I received the unit back with a broken disc drive to boot. As far as I can tell, they must of dropped the unit at some point causing the drive to become damaged, which probably happened while it was being shoved around their shop for those weeks. I ended up going to Best Buy for help. Needless to say, I cancelled the credit card payment & ended up eating two days of travel expenses, as well as a new disc drive. Id sue, but these kids arent worth anymore of my valuable time. All I can say is... Shame on Mac Clinic/PC Clinic!!! & BUYER BEWARE. What an unprofessional, costly & damaging business!

Justin and Laura keep it real and are upfront and informative throughout the transaction. Even though the mail affected the time line of events for my phone’s healing process, Justin and Laura remained communicative and did their best to hurry along the process. First time customer, I made an appointment and was seen immediately. I explained my problem with my Mac book pro. Their rep was very knowledgeable, she clearly explained procedures and upfront pricing. She said she could have an estimate within 24-48 hours. The next day I was given a fair price estimate and told what was wrong, I agreed and had my Mac back in less than 5 days like she said. The whole experience from the very qualified saleswoman to the techs who repaired my Mac was a great experience. My Mac runs like its new again. I highly recommend this company. They have been doing business in Sedona for over ten years. They are a perfect example of shopping locally..

I went and had my mac book pro looked at by these folks and was not happy. They charged me 105 dollars to tell me what i already knew and made my computer worse. The wifi did not work when i returned home and when i replaced the part myself at a later date i discovered that they did not connect my wifi antennas. Do not go here. Just embark on your own journey to fix your problem. Do not trust these people to fix anything. Thanks for nothing.

*** Mac Clinic/PC Clinic is NOT accredited with the BBB for good reasonThere is NO inner communication amongst their team whatsoever. The manager was one of the most unprofessional leaders I have ever dealt with, insulting, patronizing, and raising his voice to me throughout our conversation. He made a ridiculous return offer and then rescinded this after I didnt immediately accept it. There is NO customer satisfaction guarantee at this store, nor would I ever recommend that you do business with this establishment. Drive to an authentic apple store and stay far away from the Mac Clinic in Sedona.

My computer is a smooth and happy extension of my brain and a key to living my life, productively and creatively. Ah, but when issues arise with my MacBook Pro laptop hardware and multiple softwares and webesites, I turn for help to the Mac Clinic in Sedona. Here is one of my favorite fixers and tutors J.C. Escruceria doing his magic for two hours in my home office. I thank him for his patience, gentleness and clarity in improving my navigation of the computer world’s rough waters, lifting my technical confidence, and becoming more creative in its many applications. I am grateful to the Mac Clinic for hiring J.C. and arranging him to visit my place, so I don’t have to drag all my hardware components to it store.

I could not be happier with the repair service provided by Mac Clinic/PC Clinic. I brought in my MacPro that would not boot. Diagnosed, repaired and upgraded with new OS, for a very reasonable rate. They do a very good job of communicating the options and the best path forward in what is being done, which is an element often missing in computer repair companies. I feel good knowing we have a local, knowledgable computer company locally. I will be giving them more of my business in the future.

I tried to get my macbook pro repaired here. They charged me $110 for a diagnostic and then told me that my logic board was toast and it would cost over $900 to repair it. They then tried to sell me a refurbished machine for the same price. I took it another local shop and they, without charging a diagnostic fee, quickly figured out that the logic board was not broken and just needed to be reset. They also discovered that the Mac Clinic had dislodged the hard drive from the main board along with multiple internal connections. Additionally my machine had multiple pieces of malware and a couple keylogging viruses which were easily removed and now my system is working perfectly. I will never return here and would not recommend this business to anyone.

Being this being the closest apple repair center I left feeling very upset with how capable their technicians truly are. I entered with a known problem of a keyboard issue, which I did not wish to pay for a diagnosis seeing as I knew exactly what needed to be done, which is replace the keyboard entirely, and surprisingly enough the keyboard can be replaced without any added parts involved. then I get slapped with a 1k dollar quote, which to I immediately decline repair and ask for part numbers. a repair that costs over 2/3s the retail price of a laptop? I laughed at that immediately. given this, I looked into the price of the parts, roughly 600 bucks from apple/amazon. so for another dollars they would repair it. when I declined the replacement I paid the service to diagnose, but the thing is is now my keyboard works even work than when I brought it in. I basically have to take a hammer and chisel to type out a sentence now, which WAS NOT the case beforehand. TAKE YOUR THINGS TO AN ACTUAL APPLE STORE AND DONT BOTHER WITH THESE GUYS!

I’ve never left a bad review but people who are used to a friendly Apple store experience should be warned. Worst customer experience ever. All 3 men were dismissive, impatient, and unkind. Not sure what I did to deserve this kind of dismissive treatment, I simply came in asking for help- Maybe because I’m from out of town? Maybe because I’m a solo female?? Avoid this experience- would Not recommend to anyone.

The most incompetent business I have ever dealt with . If I had the time I would sue for damages . They diagnosed( $ 100 fee ) Simple repair ( replace power supply) However when they installed new power supply ( probably incorrectly) an electrical surge blew up most of my computer 3 hard drives, part of mother board, dvd player, .After three trips back to the store they got the crippled computer to run .However it kept shutting down I took it back for the 4th trip, and he sheepishly said that he forgot to plug in three cables . A week later the computer failed again, and has to be totally replaced .

The service was what you would expect from an Apple authorized company. There are a few reviews of people being dissatisfied, but I believe that is because they do not understand how warranties work, and by extension, service companies. I did not have to pay a thing for my iMac to be fixed, and they did exactly what they said they would. Overall I was very satisfied with the service and quality of work.
