I hate to write such a low review for a local business but others should be warned. Too many things went wrong with a single door replacement and window installation. Window was installed, guys left. The screens were left on the floor and I have called three weeks in a row just to get the window handles so I can open and close the windows with no reply. Dont pay in advance...once paid, the customer is forgotten. We still dont have a door...and its coming November. Totally disappointed.

Delivery of folding patio doors was almost a month late due to door frames being misplaced, so the doors were shipped w/o the frames. When the frames finally arrived, several were damaged. SW&D sent rep to our construction site without our knowlege...no prior phone call.We were not there and the rep proceeded to mess with the frames and didnt put the good, undamaged ones back where he found them, but rather left them on the dirty, unfinished plywood floor. This could have easily resulted in further damage. And no follow up to let us know when the replacement frames will be ready. Very unprofessional and poor customer service. So glad we ordered our main window and door package from another company.

Beautiful windows

I called two days ago and am still waiting for a callback to replace a cracked window in my home.
