I’m giving this place 2 stars because they will charge you literally for everything! They charged a $1.00 for tape! Why even bother to charge at all??? The other ups locations I have used didn’t do that. They also charge over $3 for a shipping label to be printed! Really? I know a sheet of paper with some ink on it doesn’t cost that much. Other locations charge less than $1 for a label or just to print whatever you need per sheet. The guys working in here were nice enough. I had a big package & they assisted in carrying it to my vehicle. I only had to pay $5 for an item that weighed about 30lbs which is cheaper than other locations so that’s great! Maybe revisit your pricing on tape and printing. It just seems a little high.
A Great store and friendly staff. Ive had a mail box here for over 7 years now. Overall Ive found the staff to be very friendly and helpful consistently over all of these years. I would highly recommend them.
This has to be among the worst of the worst of UPS facilities. My most recent complaint (among the many) are that they misplaced medication sent to me by the VA. It wasnt until I complained that it was found and nearly 2 weeks past the date it was delivered! If I owned this store, I would be replacing staff that are incompetent!
I think the bad reviews are funny, the staff is great lol. And I’ve never encountered any of them ever having a single issue with handling whatever it is I’m sending. It’s not Starbucks. I’d rather they know what they are doing than smile and be nice.
Service is so unorganized. Made an appointment and received a confirmation # and everything, yet when i showed up they were completely unaware and couldn’t even help me.
Open on time, fast and friendly!! Even got a receipt, quite knowledgeable. Thanks for being there to help us out!
This store lost a package that was sent to me and they havent done anything to help me out. I called several times and was given various excuses about why they couldnt help me. The manager wasnt in and to phone back, for example. The last time I called, I was told they couldnt help me at the store, unless I had the shipping code. The person who sent me the package cant find the shipping code, so I told them that I dont have it. They told me that I could phone the toll free UPS number and they could help me. I phoned UPS and told them my situation and they pretended that they were asking someone else for advice and then they hung up on me. Very disappointed with this store and UPS in general.
These people care the staff is cool . I am thankful . Everything works for me. Bless you guys in Sedona .
They have no supplies for shipping out & then you are given the attitude. The staff is completely unprofessional & has no respect for their customers! I’ve supported this location for many years but never again.Do yourself a favor & go across the street to FED EX where they are kind & beyond helpful.The couple that own FED EX also does UPS & I’m one of their new customers for life!
Undoubtedly the worst shipping experience overall in my 20+ years of shipping items.Would be more than glad to share the 38+ email trail dated from Nov 28 2020 —Jan 25 3021 w/ excuse after excuse, to zero response, return calls, beyond rude staff of a delayed >$1,500 reimbursement payment UPS Store #1550 Sedona owed our small company. This was for an item we paid them to pack box and ship which was damaged UPS corporate confirmed it was 100% this stores fault back in November 2020)Beyond shock that UPS Corporate allows the owner (JOHN C....) to remain in business with their name/brand 🙃
These people wanted 65.00 to to ship a package with UPS...... that I ended up shipping with UPS for 19.00 I certainly would not recommend going here
Just walked into the store. 4 employees sitting in close proximity no masks. I googled to see if UPS had a protocol in place for employees after I was told no they dont...they do. In a State that is spiking with their highest daily case rates and the governor issuing more face mask requirements their behavior flies in the face of common sense not to mention not having any regard for their customers. I wont be going back.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! If there was the possibility of putting -100 stars I would have! DO NOT, EVERY TRUST THIS STORE TO SHIP YOUR PACKAGES!!! It took them 10 days to ship my Amazon package, TEN DAYS!!! I could have gotten my refund by now! BAD, BAD, BAD, BAD SHOP!!! GO NATIONWIDE OR DRIVE TO COTTONWOOD INSTEAD.
This location is literally the worst. Over the course of 9 days I have been trying to get a receipt for a shipment made via phone (stationed overseas-can’t do this in person) and I have been hung up on 90% of the time, Omar seems to be the only person who can do anything, customer reps have zero customer service skills, and they blatantly do not care. This is extremely frustrating when you are paying for international minutes and can’t get what you need accomplished. While I get you may not be footing this bill... I am...and it shouldn’t take several calls to get a receipt that was supposed to be emailed on the first call. Super upsetting and disappointing.

Came here to print a label and mail a box thru USPS. Was told mailing a box thru USPS is only available to box holders. Also that there was no room on the USPS truck for anything but letters. If you were a box holder, I guess magically the truck would have room. Least friendly policies of any UPS store I have ever been in. I felt sorry for the clerk.

This place is never open during posted hours of operation. 4 Sundays in a row now that their website and store front say they are open, but after a 10 mile trip into town you will find them closed. Who cares about the customer right?? Employees seem lost and lack training. Employees claim they have no manager.. I have a box at this location but feel I have been ripped off! What a con job
If I could give this place zero stars I would. They lost merchandise that they were supposed to pack and ship for me. I called after not receiving the items and was told they would search the store and that a manager would call back that afternoon. I called back the following day after not hearing from them and was told I would have to call back later there was no manager onsite. I called back a third time and spoke with Omar who said there was nothing they could do, I will be calling UPS Corporate on Monday to try to work it out with them, otherwise our travel insurance company has advised that we should file a police report so that we can make an insurance claim. Very disappointed in the entire experience and would highly recommend not using this store.

ZERO Customer Service! After reading the other reviews this is a horrible place to support. The staff may only be the product of the owners training? No supplies, no nothing! Visited to print and ship docs out. From the minute I walked in the door at 535pm I knew the representative at the counter was not going to be helpful. Poor attitude, no assistance! Its really sad considering whats going on in current events.
While picking up a box I specifically asked for the drop-off deadline for a critically important overnight delivery, and was told 5:30 pm. I even asked twice, and for a next day specifically, and was assured that it was 5:30.This was around noon. I returned at 5:15 and dropped of the package. The following day I received a call from the recipient informing me that the package hadnt arrived. I went back to the store, and there was my package, sitting on the floor. It turns out that deadline is at 4:00 not 5:30 as I had been told. I asked how they were going to take care of it, and they werent going to do anything. Absolutely no acknowledgement, or even an apology for their screw up. Luckily, there is a similar store across the street, and thats where Ill go in the future. Im shocked that UPS has a franchisee with this horrible attitude and level of incompetence.
This has got to be worst UPS store on planet earth, youre better off standing in line at USPS. Rude, unhelpful, and greedy staff 👎 Im surprised they attempt to charge me for walking in the door.....

Arrived at 3:57 p.m. to drop off a package and saw they were already locked up even though theyre supposed to be open until 4:00 p.m. there wasnt even an employee in the store.

No stars!!! Its Saturday morning and Ive called the store (14) times only to have the phone ring off the hook !!! Not 1 time did anyone pick up the phone!! You wont be in business long !!!!

Called and asked if they had a notary in, they said yes. Drove 20 minutes to get there, and was told the notary will be in at 11am “maybe”.Do yourself a favor and avoid this location.
If I could give this store zero stars I would. They have the absolute worst customer service of any place I’ve ever done business at. I recently opened a mailbox with them and was told I could not receive my mailbox key unless a manager was there. I asked for the managers hours and called the next day to ask if he’d be in. They said he’d be in at 10:30 and I arrived the next day during the hours I was told he’d be there and he didn’t even show up to work that day. I have since called 2 other times and after being put on hold for 10+ minutes, each time was told the manager is not there during the hours he “supposedly” works (at this point I’m convienced he never shows up to work). What’s more frustrating is that I can not have access to the mailbox that I am paying for just because he doesn’t show up for his job! I should not have to arrange my schedule just to get a key for MY mailbox and wait weeks to have access to my mail!! This place is a joke.
I love this store, very helpful. Fernando and Juliana were highly professional. Quick and efficient! Sedona UPS is where its at. Save time and stress and visit this location!

Terrible experience. I needed notary service. I came in at 12:30 PM Thursday and was told by the notary clerk that he stops the service at noon!! There were no other customers in the store!! He also said he did not work on Friday. He sent me over to Wells Fargo (they were great!).
I have been using their services for the last several years and have never had an issue with packing or printing...and their prices are reasonal!
Sucked at customer service, ignored all my calls and when I was in line for 25mins he ignored all the phone calls until his personal phone rang. Then he answered... He said itll take a while before he gets to me and I asked roughly how long and he said until I get it all done. I wasnt being rude, but he was.
I called here and was put on hold with there are customers in the store, youre going to have to wait, without a chance to respond. I was going to suggest a return phone call when he wasnt so busy. Waited for ten minutes, was never helped so I called back. I made the aforementioned suggestion, and the rep said no, thats not an option, what do you want? I said I was was put on hold for ten minutes... I was interrupted and told I only waited for 30 seconds. What was I going to say? Guess it doesnt matter. I lost it at that point and said, youre the only UPS store in Sedona that I know of; you might want to learn some customer service skills. He said if youre going to assault me, Im going to hang up. I said just help me, thats all I want. He hung up.Zero customer service skills. Rude. Needs new management immediately.
I have always had great customer service and found everyone to be knowledgeable, competent, helpful, and friendly.
I read all the other review. It seems like this place might not have fulfilled their expectation, however every time I show up there is no line and the people helping me are ALWAYS friendly. This is also the last place UPS picks up from in the Sedona. If it’s after 3 and you need to drop off a package DON’T GO ANYWHERE ELSE!
This establishment is unethical and dishonest. They mark up postage and do not tell you when you sign a contract with them - it just charges to your account. I spoke to OMAR to get this resolved and get the actual postage cost that was promised as per my signed contract with their company - and he denied to refund the overage they charged (not only on this occasion, but in the future of my 12 month contract). They are unethical and shady. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
Charges $4.99 for Large security boxes when they arent supposed too. I travel alot so I know what UPS Store charges for and get free.

Waited in line for 15 minutes only to find out that they could not provide a printing service they advertise, until someone else came in...in an hour or so. Walked over to Staples (100 feet away) who did it for free! Staples is also a UPS store. Go there instead!!
